Destin Naidu: Firstly, it IS blonde and has loose curl formation! Hairdressers use a thing called an International Colour Chart. Using this, they can determine the clients natural base colour, then depending on what colour the client is looking for, can work out how they can achieve it. It's a numerical chart. The lower numbers are dark colours, and the higher the numbers go, the lighter the colours will be. Technically, this lady in the video here, looks around a level 7 or 8, which still comes under a blonde shade. Just because her hair isn't a bright blonde shade, doesn't mean that she's not officially blonde! So many non-professionals think that they know just as much as, or even more, than qualified hairdressers, and are quick to make adverse comments that they think make them sound smart. In this case here, it proves the opposite.
