Hi everyone you see ourselves today, I'm going to show you and how I blow-dry my very short stacked bulb. I know I've done plenty of videos built on my hair, but I suppose every time I hate a bit different length and I always always get asked to show you what my hair looks like and how I blow-dry it. It is a process with this type of haircut. You can just wash it and leave it. You have to blow-dry it to get this shape. It is a bit of work and I know people say to me very often. Oh, this is spatter too long. I'Ve got no time for it, but yeah. It is and that's why I often wear wigs, because I don't want to do this every single day. Another thing is people always ask me about the colors in my hair, so I will explain to you now so my hairdresser doesn't mixture of highlights and lowlights, and my highlights are done with bleach with quite strong peroxide, I think, is 40 % and and the darker Bits that you can see in my hair is a mixture of loriel material, two colours number six and number six point three, and that is done with developer twenty percent. Or is it twenty volume? I don't know how to put it all down below and the ratio? I get it done in is three rows of blond. Highlights one of dark three blond, one dark! So that's how she does it. She obviously starts from from the back okay. So let's begin the process. So, as you know, I've got a very, very short bob sort of inverted bob and it is quite easy to blow dry, but he requires some work and some effort because my hair is self fine and it's easy to get the body where my hair is really Really layered, but the talk and sight, and also it is how I have to do some extra things and I've. Only just wash my hair put a bit of conditioner in I'm, going to use the pillow talk now from webcam, which is a Xpress primer, time-saving blow-dry primer with heat protection. So I said spray it. Firstly, all over my hair. Now, after this white has come it's from macadamia natural oils, I think I got it with some macadamia masks that I bought. I don't know. Okay, my hair is very short at the back, so it's quite hard to section. I have these crocodile clips. They are quite good and keeping how well you can try Sally's to buy them again. I got them with some hair tool that I bought long time ago and what I do I section my hair from the back at the bottom, I'm taking the round brush. This is ionic ceramic 77, and this is the brand Hedgehog okay. So what I will do, I will obviously have to turn around, so I won't be talking much and you can just see what I do at the back and then when it comes to the front. I talk to you again, okay, so you can see the shape emerging. I would have to do it from the front now because the sides will be coming down. So I have to see what I'm doing I've been doing a blind so far, so yeah, I'm just going to repeat what I've been doing, but obviously now some of the sides. I got I'm gon na let down some of the side. So I have to see what I'm doing so I am just going to repeat that my French is now dry completely because I've got such fine hair by the time you know when I wash my hair and the nice to end on my makeup by the time I finished my makeup: half of my hair is dry, so I'm doing exactly the same thing at the back, so you can see the shape now showing, and this is all down to how the hey scat, I suppose it takes quite long to do this bag because There is so many layers you have to take quite thin small sections to get to every layer, so this bit is the most time-consuming. I suppose you, okay and now we are getting to the front so now at the front, all this is going back. I'M going to now just separate this side and this section is going back and now the front for now I do under okay. So that's what I am left with and, as you can see, I can't really get much body at the top. I can backcomb it, but it will drop and otherwise look a bit like a triangle. So what I do next is use velcro rollers and I don't know how big these ones are. I would say two inches, then I use my Sebastian upside down. Sebastian available spray, and I just bought a few rollers just at the top to give myself whole and volume. So I just go straight back with a roll straight back put the wrong spray on and the last one hanger. Then I put just one here and one here now: give it less blessed with a bit more of that spray, then I'm going to blast it with some points, add and they leave it for about half an hour and it's open down, and I will take this One out so I see in a bit okay, so I think I can take my rollers out now there and you see that gives me all that body that I want so now I take one of these comms. I don't know where I got it from, but I really like this for backcombing and I just back home those beds that I've booked in rollers. I take my TIGI Bed Head masterpiece and I spray underneath when that's dry, then I gently flatten it out, not don't brush it, always also. You don't lose their back come now. I don't know what's happening at the back. Let'S, let me have a check, so I take one of these columns and I just get rid of any holes. Then I take my helmet hair hair spray. My TIGI Bed Head maxed out and I spray the top with that, because that really really holds it. Okay and that's my hair done so, as you can see, it is quite a lot of work and and that's why I will wigs very often because my hair tomorrow, sometimes I'm very lucky and next day he looks so quite good. I just have to use it up, and I put you know one side behind my ear or whatever I still looks good, but sometimes it just needs washing again and the same process and I've got no time or desire to do that every day, so yeah. So let me just show you now from all the sides, because I know a lot of you really like this haircut. I want to show it to your hairdresser, so you can always show them on your phone, this video or on your iPad or Java. So this is the front. This is my left side. There is back and my right side I can also sometimes I will take the brush and just blow dry this front that way, so it flicks out. But basically that's all. I do. Okay, I hope you enjoyed this video. Thank you so much for watching, and I see you soon. Bye

trust the process: Amazing! Your hair looks fantastic. You're brilliant to put all this time and effort into blowdrying it and you make it look easy. X

Brandy J.: I've worn my hair like this for 20 years. I started growing it out a year ago because I was so sick and tired of fixing it every day. I'm so tempted to cut it again. I wish I had known bout the jumbo rollers because WOW what a difference. My hair is fine, too. Great video. Thanks for sharing it with us!! Xx

Debbie Adair: Thank you for such a great tutorial on blowdrying and styling the stacked bob. It is a great haircut that looks good on so many. I don't think I could ever wear it because my hair is REALLLLLY thin! I know you say yours is and I believe you but goodness mine is worse. I'm so used to seeing you in wigs, which look so great on you, I had forgotten your hair is short now like when I started watching you. You are a sweetheart to share so much with us. Sometimes I don't feel like taking care of myself and watching you pulls me out of the slump. Have a great day

California Glo: What a gorgeous hair cut. Mine doesn't have as many layers. I am showing this video to my hairdresser. Thank you for making this video.

Sandy Shore Walker: If I had a short hair cut again I would love this look of the short stacked bob. It is a lot of work to keep it up. The wigs you wear are lovely. Will look for those crocodile clips for sectioning. Very pretty Nisha!

Toni Wall: Thank you for this video. I just had my hair cut and the stylist cut it way to short with lots of layers. I have fine hair like yours and had no idea how to style it. This video helps tremendously!

Lo Chamb123: I do enjoy your videos, great for us ladies in the 40+ age bracket. You're a very stylish lady and as a woman i think it is important to look after ourselves and to look good for us, for our self esteem. No excuse for a woman to look untidy ( unless you've just had a baby )

Suzanne Smith: My hair is fine, too, and requires a good bit of work daily to look good. I save time, eliminating all that parting and clipping, and use gravity to blow dry my hair. I do some quick preliminary blow drying all over first and lift the crown section with my fingers to focus the heat toward the roots. Then I bend at the waist and pull or comb all of my hair forward except for the bottom section of the back. Using my round brush, I blow dry the very bottom of the back in three sections, starting with the middle, then on each side. I work my way up the back in a similar manner, again just using my hands to section off each layer and section. Once I get the back done, I use 6-8 Thermal Self Grip Rollers by Hot Tools in the crown, center front and one at the top of each side. (These rollers are available at Ulta and are lined with metal and work more like hot rollers than plain thermal rollers. There are similar rollers available at amazon.com, just search for thermal rollers.) I hit the hair in the rollers with the blow dryer and then use the round brush to blow dry the sides. I usually leave the rollers in to cool and set while I do my makeup. That keeps my hair out of my way and I have some nice lift and body when I take them out.

Tiffany Jesudian: Thanks for the great lesson! That helps a lot. May I ask, what heat setting do you use on your dryer? I too have fine hair, but lots of it. If I use the highest heat, I can get more body, but then my hair over time looks less healthy. What do you suggest?

Terri Baldin: Thanks for sharing Nisha! I also have such fine hair and starting to go gray so now need to use highlights and lowlights to cover, so will give these a try. So petty with your makeup as always

Monica Teeling: Love the idea of using rollers for volume! Going out to purchase tomorrow!!! Thanks for sharing !!

Joanne M: It is very much work for sure! I can see why you love the wigs so much now. Mine is shoulder length, and it's in a ponytail most of the time, because I don't have time to fuss with it lol You look beautiful either way

MaryEllen After 60: You are so talented in many, many areas. Excellent demo.Try as I may, I've never mastered the blowout with a brush! Your hair turned out great!! Many blessings...MaryEllen

L. Seabury: Your haircut and color are beautiful, Nisha. Love your how-to videos, tips, vblogs, and life stories and trips.

MAKEUP FOR MATURE SKIN: I love your cut. I'm that's the style I was going for...then my stylist cut my hair too short. It's finally getting longer. Maybe by next winter it will be grown out. Great tips. I love those products as well.

Kathie Nickerson: Wow - that is an incredible amount of work! Between hair and makeup, it would take me 2 hours to get out of the house! Wigs must be so much easier. Might be time for me to invest in one or two..... Thank you for the video, Nisha!

Marlene Jeannotte: Love your hair! You're so generous with your tips and tricks! By the way I'm very happy to find out that we are both born in the 70s and that we share October birthdays ! I was born on the 5th. Best channel on Youtube! Thanks alot! :-)

AZSinbad: I really love your hair style. I had long hair for so many years and just recently had it cut in a short inverted stacked bob. I like it so much better on this old lady than that long ratty hair I had. I dont think I would have the patience to do what you do. I just basically wash and blow dry and go. Not as great looking as yours but it will do for me.

catherine walsh: I've had my hair cut like this and slowly practicing how to do this and slowly winning.. great hair do

Joan Potanko: Thank you Nisha for showing us how you do it. Your hair is always beautiful.

Paula Hutchins: Lovely cut & colour, spending time on your blow dry makes your style last longer plus a good workout for the arms xx

Tena Wallace 🐦🦉: You are so kind to show exactly how you style your hair! I so like your videos. Such patience you have. Thanks Nisha from a fan in E TN, USA.

cwm53: Very beautiful Nisha. You do an excellent job blow drying your hair. I have fine hair too so I know how challenging it can be. Have a great week, Carol M.

Vicky Chartrand: Hi Nisha. Your hair looks lovely! I have fine hair like you and pretty well follow the same process- so much work!. Sometimes I use my Babyliss hot styling brush for volume. Have you tried using one with you inverted bob? I hate doing my hair. I think I would rather have surgery!.lol...xo

Bea B.: I recommend to try an ammonia free hair dye, eg. L'Oreal INOA. It adds volume to the fine hair and doesn't damage it that much. I love it!

Kimberley H: I'm going to try and section my hair tomorrow and section continuing all round I've got a short bob and wash it everyday. Loved the demonstration thanks

Pandora_331: Great tutorial Nisha, thank you. My hair is very fine too and I agree it is so much work. I think your hair looks absolutely beautiful styled this way!

Gloria Lagroon: Thank you, Nisha. Found very helpful and informative. Yes, and a lot of work and time consuming. Lol! Overall you do make it seem easy. Take care, have a great rest of the week!

Joyce Durand: Nice stacked back hair Nisha! Love the color too! I had red hair for 20+ years & cancer treatment made it fall out:( it's grown back:) however, I don't want to color it red so I put bleached highlights 1/2" off my scalp. I did the 40% developer for 50 minutes like you said & it looks great! Thanks from US!

DebbiAnn2: I am a hairstylist and just in case any of Nisha's subscribers want to ask for her color, you want to ask for 40 volume developer not 40%. The actual percentage in 40 volume developer is 12% if you want to ask for it by %. Thank you for sharing ,you always look like a million bucks and today is no exception! Such a beautiful haircut and color!

Mary Reed: Hi Nisha! This was fun to watch! You always look Fabulous!!! xoxo Mary ⚘ P.S. I see why you love your wigs! So much work! Lol! ❤

It's Just Me, Sallie: Hi ✨Fabulous Nisha‍♀️-it's nice to see you today for another video. I really appreciate the effort and time you put into giving us videos. Thank you. I was wondering if you've tried a hair dryer that's shaped like a round brush, like the Conair Supreme 2-in-1 Hot Air Styling Brush. I understand we have different hair types, you and I. Mine is very thick, coarse and curly, and frizzes all-too-easily. But it's only been in the last couple years that I've stopped heat styling it. (My post breast cancer med depletes my body of estrogen and makes my hair curlier than it ever was so it's sorta a losing battle trying to get control of it. I can get it smooth-ish with just some waves, but one good hot flash and my scalp perspires and then I'm frizzy. But, in all my zillions of heat-styled days, I've gone quite a few types of hair dryers and nothing worked better or quicker than a "curling brush." Too bad I can't say, "Here you go, borrow mine and see what you think." But there are a lot on Amazon with both types of brushes (bristle, metal, plastic) and different sizes, too. I'm sure you've seen them, and I think I recall your blow dryer being kind of new-ish. And I understand you have your method that you like. It's just a suggestion that might make things easier or better, or maybe not. In some of my "punkier" hair styles, I'd spritz the hair that was wrapped around the brush while it was drying to get good staying power. You seem like you're a lot better at it than I've ever been though. So, just sharing a thought. Hope you're doing and feeling well. It's a treat to get to feel like I've just had a visit with you, albeit a one-sided visit. Haha! Blessings, grace and peace

T Diekemper: Hi Nisha! Beautiful job as always! Love your videos!

Kimberly Evans: Wish I had known about this video sooner. So happy that I can now style my bob!

Agnieszka Brodziak: Bardzo ładnie ulozylas fryzurę! Wykorzystam Twoje porady!

KLC8158: Thank you for showing me what my hair COULD look like if I made the effort to style it! :-)

Margo Chertock: I love your hair, Nisha! I, too, have very fine hair cut into a bob and it takes me an hour to style it every day, but it doesn't look as good as yours!

Angela Stadalsky: With this style you look like you have a ton of hair love it! Looks very good on you !

Gosia Bojanowski: I just bought Sebastian Volupt spray and used it today, I used the way you do, after blow drying put rollers in my hair, sprayed with the spray and blasted with hairdryer, left them on for only 15 min while I was doing make up . The hair looked fabulous , bouncy and with lords of body. Thank you for your tutorial Nisha

Ann Margaret: Fabulous NIsha! I am sure you have tried it but I wonder whether setting your WET hair in velcro rollers then blow drying it, then putting your make up on while it cools would be easier? You could tease and set it after the makeup. Velcro rollers into wet hair always give me long lasting hold and volume and less damage. This video makes me want a short bob again :-) oxox

PEACEATLAST: LOVE IT!!!! My Sons got me the Dyson for Mothers day Im enjoying the ease of use.x

Trish Ward: Hello Nisha, how do you stop your blonde from going brassy? do you use a blue shampoo or conditioner and if so which brand and how often. i'm 52 and you've really inspired me to take a pride in my appearance. Thank you x

Aline Simoneau: Thank you Nisha for the hair tutorial... you look great

Rainbow Greece: I really have to say, that you are a delight to watch! You are inspiring!

tigress63: Why don't you get a Round Brush Blow Dryer - that would save you A LOT of time.    It also makes the hair nice and soft etc.    It is especially good for the back of the hair and if you spritz a little bit of hair spray just when you finish the section blow out you likely won't have to use the Velcro curlers.

Josette Budde: Always enjoy your videos! Your hair turned out beautiful & you are so gorgeous, Nisha! xoxo Josette

Denise D: Nisha you have great hair and you have some great idea of how to get that height in the crown area. You are beautiful with your hair or if you wear a wig, it's whatever makes you happy. But your hair is so pretty, I had no idea you had that much hair. Hugs and Love to you <3

Renee P: What a workout! Your hair looks fantastic but I do see why you love having your wigs. You are beautiful no matter what your hair looks like. Blessings...

Emily Dunn: Now I understand why you love your wigs. That's a lot of time and effort to style your hair - and especially if it doesn't last a few days.

Ka Bell: Have you ever thought about Hot Rollers?  I have very baby fine hair and find they work the best.  Products I recommend after 58 years of experience with this hair is Joico moisture Recovery shampoo and Conditioner, Blow dry upside down and use Matrix Biolage thermal active setting spray , and joico heat set blow out perfecting cream...  Curl with rollers and spray withhair spray- what kind of hold you like.... Also treatments of Olaplex are amazing.  I think you could cut that time down a lot!!!!

Pipin 🦅: You can rat the top then use a flat iron to curl the ratted hair as if you were using a curling iron. It will give you lots of volumne on top.

Lisa Schooler: My hair is cut very similar now to how yours was at the time of this video...I can’t help but think that perhaps using “click and curl” for the top portions might be faster (click n curl Does not work well for rolling out words or upwards because they tend to slip out of the hair due to gravity ( a major downfall and probably why they weren’t more popular)...But since they tend to work pretty well for hair being rolled under or forward I think I’ll give it a try. Thank you for the tips!

Julie Maclean: If only I had the time, actually I couldn’t deal with that amount of fluffing about but you look gorgeous xx

Di McNally: Hi Hun Thank you for sharing My hair was also very fine However I have been very ill & without going into detail publicly I have lost my hair .. I'm sure you know what I'm referring to. Which wig would u recommend for me.. I'm not minding the cost I just want one that looks most natural. Thank you Nisha xx

Suz: hey pretty lady, Your own hair is beautiful and I do love the way you style it, it would be a pain to have to do it everyday though, right? Right lol :))) Big hugs my sweet friend, Susan xoxo

Becky White: Nisha, You look beautiful, I am so tempted to get this hair style because of you.

shelia french: You are so beautiful it’s funny how we can’t see that in our self sometimes but you are really gorgeous you really are gorgeous I love your videos I love your hair your make up your accent I have the same haircut but I have a shorter side bang my hair is so thick it takes me forever but the good thing is the hairstyle last for four days I lost all my hair I had 21 surgeries in a year from a car accident I will never complain about having thick hair again I was so happy when it grew back & again ur very sweet & pretty love this look on you

Mandy Poole: Nisha I so totally understand why you love your wigs so much. Your hair looks great but its so much work isn't it. I would be reaching for a wig most days if I had to blowdry then add rollers then have to fuss around with it, when you can put on a wig, look great and go. Much love as always. xx

Just me: wow those curlers you used made a huge difference. thanks for the tip!

cathey ashburn: Love, love, your hair cut like this!

MoonDreamer Publishing: Wouldn't it help shorten the time if you round brush dried the top, put your rollers in to set while you dry the rest? That way you wouldn't have to clip it out of the way either :)

cindy greene: Love Love Love your haircut! I'm working towards that now! I'd love to know about your hairdryer????

Elle Is For Living: I love your hair Nisha - so gorgeous. ♥ Elle

Angie Guest: hi Nisha great video, I think you have lovely hair also think you look fabulous in your wigs ❤Xx

Maya Chikova: Very nice Nisha! Thank you for the tetorial

MJ P: I think your haircut is just so attractive! It looks fresh and young.

MrsLoretta: Nisha I like your haircut....and the color!! Mine is fine and so curly..I have been getting out of the shower and letting it dry naturally when I am lazy...lol Hugs and Love Loetta

Joanne Dean-Waters: Brill tutorial! Love your top too xx

Julie Monroe: Nisha love your hair it's always so gorgeous

J Nelsimpson: Nisha very great haircut! I liked the rose gold wig you had one the other day...it looked so natural I didn't realize until I checked you box below. It looks loke your same cut only beachy curls!

Tina George: Thank you for posting this video, you are so lovely and so very beautiful!

D LyLa: You are so gorgeous! Love watching your vids. Thank you!

Anita Sweeta: Wow Nisha.....I tried to stay awake for the whole procedure..but sorry I snoozed off.Probably, what you feel like having to do that almost everyday...if it weren't for wig time. Enjoy it while you can....now that I'm 70 I have a difficult time holding my arms up and doing the dry thing for very long. You did a super job and it looks great. Love your hair style too. And the color is also awesome. Your hairdresser does a pro job. Do men REALLY realize how much work we put into looking presentable?? Do they care?? LOL Sometimes I think we make up to look better for other women...since we are so much more aware of each other's looks than men ever seem to care. Hugs Anita

Anne Luck: You’re my daughters age, no wonder you look so good. Love your show I love watching you❤️

Jan Courtney: Love it ❤️

King Cat: I will never get good at make-up or hair and I am 60! You make it look so easy, I guess I looked ok naturally up until several years ago so have no experience with hair styling or make-up, I think I'm doomed :(

U O: Thank you Nisha! Love it!!!

Pink n Bling: Love your videos! You are just so beautiful!!! Thank you for sharing

Simply Shelia: You look lovely, as always!

Eileen: Hi N, This is how it's done. A little time put in, and done for the day as I see it! One minor correction to the front left side at the chin. A wee bit longer than the right side. , Tha's the haidresser in me. But eh, if it doesn't bother you then poop on it.

Stasia W.: First time I watched your videos, loved it! :)

Colleen McLaughlin: Great video Nisha; thanks for sharing.

GINGAR PHOTOS~GINGAR SNAPS: You are a very beautiful older lady, I have the same haircut as you, that's why I came to your channel. Seems like that's too much going on for a short haircut, it looks fabulous, just wondering if you could just cut alot of time by just putting in rollers in the first place then style ?

Alicia Wojcicki: Nisha....I totally understand your frustration with your hair. I put my make-up on while my hair is wet and by the time I'm done...my hair is dry. I always have to re wet it.

SusanJo: I like your shorter hair, very cute!!

Terry Cooper: You are beautiful!!!! My hair is thinning as I am getting older. Hate it. Thin and falling out.

Glynis R: Looking great Nisha

63LindaLou: How can you hate your hair? I think it looks great and it's an amazing haircut! :)

Stacey Del Bucchia: Beautiful...my hair is like yours...I ❤ it...take care...

Thinlizzy: Looks great!

Cindy Scott: I have fine hair too....such a curse ..plus I have 2 cowlick on either side of my crown area ...any ideas on how to tame them??

Marion LaRose Rambaud: It looks beautiful Nisha, but a lot of work. I love your wigs too though, I need to try those wigs

Auntie D Ramey: Nice to see your real hair!

rosalind mccarthy: Great video, are you happy with your Dyson ,is it worth the hefty price tag

amy leigh: You spend a lot of time styling while drying. Rough dry your hair first before styling and you’ll achieve the same look in less time.
