Hey guys, so today's video is on twisted rope braids. So to begin, I'm just gon na do a quick braid at the top of my head. I'M going to divide my hair into two equal sections and I'm going to take the bottom section twist. It over the top then add in hair to the bottom section and then twist it over. The top then add hair into the bottom section twist it over the top add hair in the bottom section and then twist it over the top and then just keep repeating this until you are passed your ear. So then, you just want to tie it off into a clear elastic and it does loosen up so to kind of tighten it I'll place some bobby pins by some of the twists, and this will help secure it a little bit so for the rope braids. You want to take two sections of hair. You want to twist them both away from your face and then place the outer strand over the inner strand so again twists them away from your face and then take the outer strand place it over the inner strand. So twist them both away from your face. Take the outer strand place it over the inner strain. So this technique, it is a little tricky at first, but once you get the hang of it, it's pretty easy. Just remember twist away from your face both strands away from your face then place the Strand farthest from your head over the Strand closest to your head, and then that should help and then just tie it off into a clear elastic and then repeat. On the other section, so next you want a pancake, your rope braid. So what I do with one hand is I hold the end of the rope braid and I take the other hand and I just pinch and pull on the outsides of the rope braid. So this way you're not pulling out the whole thing and losing your rope braid so just make sure you're tugging on it and kind of pinching it and pulling it apart that way, it creates a fuller kind of fluffier look. So then, you just want to take the two rope braids and then twist them around each other and then tie it off into a clear elastic, and then you just want to secure them, both with bobby pins and the back and then to finish it off. You just want to pancake it one more time and then that is the completed look. This is definitely a hairstyle for girls with long thick hair. I'Ve gotten quite a few requests for that, so this one's for you. I hope you guys like it. Please don't forget to subscribe and I'll see you next, video bye,
