Twisted Swoop W/ Low Curly Ponytail | Black Girl Hairstyles | Curls Queen| Tatiaunna

Hey babies, welcome back to my channel. If you are new, welcome welcome. My name is tatiana in today's video. I'M going to show you how i achieved this twisted swoop. Low curly ponytail be sure to give it a thumbs up subscribe. If you haven't already comment below - and i hope you enjoyed this video after sectioning off my swoop area - i'm going to go in with my edge control and just apply it around the perimeter of my ponytail to create a slick pony. You can use gel or spray or whatever product that you usually like to use. When it comes to doing your ponytails off camera, i did apply glue to all of my tracks. I just wanted to get to the point, but i am using glue because i know someone is going to ask: what are you using to make the track? Stick i'm using a light amount of glue, make sure that you're not using a whole bunch, because it's not necessary hair glue is pretty strong and it goes a long way. Less is more. Okay! Remember that using some braid hair i'm going to be braiding down my ponytail just to add some extra length, i'm going to be doing an extended ponytail method, because i wanted to get as much hair in as possible to protect our hair from the hair glue. I'M going to be folding my paper strip and i'm going to be wrapping it at the base. All the way down. I didn't go all the way down to the end of the braid, because none of my brow hair was down there. So i really was just focused on making sure that my real hair was covered and protected, starting at the end of my ponytail. I'M going to go ahead and start wrapping my wefts around the braid. I started with a little bit of glue at the end and then you're going to see me using my hair glue to create a trail going all the way up, my ponytail and i'm just going to wrap until i get all the way to the top wow. I like to use hair glue to seal that last weft at the base. It won't be on my hair. It'S actually going to be laid right on top of my track and then with the rest of that, i'm going to be just wrapping it around. Just the old school way, because again i want as much hair use as possible before i create my twist, i'm going to go ahead and turn my curls into more of a fro by combing it out with a wide tooth comb. I'M going to be creating my two strand twists with my lotta body foam and as it dries the twist will expand before i finish that last twist, i'm going to go ahead and slick my edges and make sure that this part is nice and slick. That way, once we're completed it's a really nice finished, look using a generous amount of hair from underneath my ponytail, i'm going to comb it out with my wide tooth comb, and this is going to help me to create a nice juicy twist this twist, i'm going To use in the end to seal and finish off the look completely now for the sweet part, i'm just going to grab all of the hair just kind of place it. How i want it to fall before pinning. I know some people aren't a fan of. I guess some people actually feel, like you, shouldn't put the soup over your brow, i'm somebody who likes to wear this shoe over their brow. Okay, so i'm just going to be placing it. How i want to, and then with my straight pins, i'm going to be sealing those twists into my ponytail grabbing that twist that we created earlier, i'm gon na go ahead and now wrap it around the ponytail, and this is gon na cover up the twist from The front and just create a nice clean, finish, see you don't see where the twist ended. You don't see where it was pinned at just a nice finished. Look. This is optional, but i wanted my pony to be a little bit bigger. So i'm just going to be teasing it a little bit with my wide tooth comb to just try to separate those curls a little bit without making it look super frizzy to keep my swoop in place and my twists together, i'm going to be just using some Straight pins, my smaller ones and just pinning it against my ponytail so that it stays in place and we have a nice clean.
