Hey: what's up y'all, it's shakaal! The key is me, and i am back again with another video in this video, I'm going to be showing you some crochet braids y'all. I cannot believe how natural these crochet braids look. Let me just get right into the video, so I braided my hair back. You know that this is struggle braiding University over here, because I cannot braid that well, but I did the best that I could. I went ahead and I believe I have eight braids going straight back and three braids going down the back. I am using some hair that was sent to me by Janet collection. This is the kinky crush expressions 3x bulk 36 and I have them in the color. 1B now, ladies, I only use one pack for this style and I didn't even use the full pack, so you definitely only use one pack. This hair is extremely big. It'S also nice that they have a section inside of the box, showing you how to actually step-by-step braid, hair and see. This is what the hair looks like right out of the pack. They do have it separated with a little rubber bands. It is bulk hair. So if you would like to use this hair to actually braid, you can do that as well, because this hair is not looped. This is not like your typical crochet braids, because it the hair, isn't looped at all. As you can see on the hair, there is a straight piece and I just went ahead and not cut that off from that one section of hair. I split that maybe three or four times before I start crocheting it into my race and I'm just gon na speed. This part up, I'm doing a regular crochet. Just sticking a needle through the braids put latching the hair on the latch hook, closing the latches pulling it through, and I'm only tying at once because of the texture of this hair. You don't really need to tie it twice, because it's all really secure. When I got towards the front, I did use the invisible part method, so I'm pulling the hair through and I'm only tying one side of the actual hair. That way when it falls over. My braid it gives me that invisible part look here, you'll see the hair and how natural it looks. This looks so good. I am loving these crochet braids and after I got done crocheting all of the hair in I took some water as well as my scissors. I went ahead and spritz the hair with a little bit of water, and then I trimmed the actual ends of the hair to shape it, and this is the finished. Look you'll see me showing you that you can put it up into a ponytail. I really really love it up into a high high puff where this hair on the side. You can wear it down in the middle and you can also pull the hair to the front and kind of shape it a little bit and wear as an actual afro.
