As a result of how time consuming they were at the time, due to a long & taxing install, along with having to curl the hair myself, I decided to stop. But, I’m so glad companies like Janet Collection now offer pre-curled, natural looking hair to do #crochetbraids and that I discovered a faster and easier way to install with #nocornrows The method I show case in this video is like the #braidlesscrochetbraids which only took me about an 2 hours to complete . All weekend I shared a little teaser on my Instagram and, if you're not following me, you need to follow me on Instagram home. So this is where we started. I washed my hair and it's in its shrunken state. I am four before C natural. Here'S a texture shop for y'all - I am gon na stretch it using my blow-dryer just to make sure that my hair is more pliable and I can actually do the braid pattern that I desire now. Don'T worry, we're not gon na be doing cornrows or anything. This is gon na, be a really easy, install I'm gon na start by moisturizing, my hair, and I did use a leave-in to do so and then I'm just gon na proceed to blow out my hair. I believe in the first crochet braid video that I showed you all. I use a different method in order to blow out my hair, and that was using the red layer. But this time I decided to use the blow dryer, because this method is so much faster. I am easing the tension method and using a detangling brush just to make sure that my ends are nice and smooth, and I did decide to why my hair was stretched to go ahead and clip my ends just to make sure that they were trimmed and they Looked healthy, so I just continue this process throughout my entire head. This is what the finished product looks like after blowing out all of my hair and y'all. It stretched and looks so much longer than it did at the beginning. My shrinkage is crazy, y'all and it's grown rather nicely. So I'm really happy with my progress so now that my hair stretch, I am gon na begin to part my hair, where I want it parted for the install I am gon na do a middle part. This is going to create a great deal of versatility with my crochet braids install. This is the hair that I'm going to be using y'all. It is awesome when I tell you this looks natural. It looks so natural, it's the kinky, crush in 36 inches by the Janet collection. These are the suggested styles that you can do with this hair is so versatile and guys. I got it in color too, but when I tell you color to match my dark black hater so nicely, I wasn't sure if it was or not, they were out of 1b, but y'all two was phenomenal. So this is what the hair looks like up close. It has a kinky curly texture to it. They'Ve also sectioned, the hair off within two bundles that are provided, which is so cool and y'all. This is a packed solution, so you should be able to do an install with only one pack of hair. However, have you been following my channel for a while, you already know I love big hair, so I used a pack and maybe 3/4 of another tab. So now we're going to start by leaving some hair out for this particular install. You will need to leave hair out if you want it to look the way that mine does. But if you want to use this hair and make it look natural because of this texture of hair y'all, you really don't have to leave any hero. But this is just a different method that I want to show you guys where you can leave some hair out and actually create a really natural look but follow my other crochet braids videos, guys if you're looking for other methods where you don't have to do four Rows just to get another idea of how you can install it so right now, I'm just taking out hair along the entire circumference of my hand and I'm doing about one to two inches of hair all the way around, and this is going to be my leave Out so that I can pull it up into a high puff, like you guys saw at the beginning and then the hair in the middle, I'm going to show you all what we're gon na do with that later. So I'll put some oil on my hair just to moisturize it a bit more and I'm just gon na flat twist it just to get this hair out of the way. But during this process it may be a better idea to go ahead and put your moisturizer on the hair, because after twisting it like this, I just limp it as is and took it down the next day, but it would have been more defined. Had I put some product on the hair so add a styler or moisturizer, whatever you deem necessary during this step of the process after completing this step, we're gon na take out some hair near the parting. Now you talked about fooling people or having them. Thinking that I dry your scalp girl, this is how to do it, so we're going to take out about an inch, maybe a half inch of hair and then we're going to proceed to twist that up. Just like we did the hair around the circumference. Now we're going to begin to work on the hair, this lifts out we're gon na tuck this away, which is going to make it a great protective style when parting, I am gon na part off to the side, not down the middle, just to make sure that The Shay braids have something to grab hold, I'm moisturizing this area of hair and then I'm just going to proceed to do two french braids in those areas re also. I made it through that part of the process that took me the longest, but if your hair is already stretch, you won't have to do all that. I did so now. We'Re gon na go shave the hair in - and this part is so quick and easy again. This is what the texture looks like. It is 36 inches guys. Well, once you install it, it's going to be half that length which is gon na be 18 inches. So I'm just going to take out one of the pre section pieces from that bundle and I'm gon na remove the rubber band and then I'm gon na proceed to cut off the straight ends. You need to cut that area and then, after doing so, you can split this section into about three pieces and begin to install when dividing the sections I just natural depart really quickly. This is a crochet needle that I'm using it's a small to medium size and I'm going to begin to install. I do loop, the hair around twice, but guys when I did it one time that was enough, as will the texture of this hair. It'S going to be secure, whether you do it twice or if you only do it one time or maybe an hour and a half. If that and guys the shape is so glorious. All I did was cut a little struggling ins and some areas in the back. Where, maybe I didn't make sure that the strands were even when I installed it and guys we are finished, I let the hair set overnight just the area in the front where I left my leave out out and then the next day I took it down and We know this: is it right here? You can wear this down for a month plus this is the one to maintain the hair overnight. I put on my hood, giving hair a protective, headband and I'll put the link in the description box for you all for that. As well and I'm just going to take off the scarf that I put around the hair in the front and then I'm gon na proceed to take down my twist and it's gon na blend so well with just oil. Now I went out in this Houston humidity and y'all my hair shriveled right on up, so I should have a blood product, but if you're in a dry environment you won't necessarily have to do, I am so high. I love love, love this hair and how it turned out. I still had some hair left over. This is how much now I'm going to show y'all some balm Styles. Have you subscribe? You push that button girl. You'Re, just gon na take your fingers and tuck the areas that are a bit unruly and that are too big or look too long and just tuck them under your band and you're gon na have the perfect hypo. Tip for everyone: I've used this hair now in 3 separate installments but as kinky twist. This hair stays soft with each installment & I've washed it a few times, just add a little bit of my cream moisturizer to each piece I use to install my twist & I'm good to go. I've recycled this hair a few times now. Save some coin not all hair needs to be thrown out with each installment
