CONFUSED ABOUT THE SECTIONING?
I did 4 sections. ➕ The bottom section was cut into 3, Two tiny pieces off each side. I took the bigger piece and the top section as one part of the braid. The tiny pieces go with the two other sections, then I braided them with no tension.

Yes, obviously if you already know how to do knotless braids then this technique may seem more complicated but this is to help people who don't know or haven't mastered the feed in method that is used in knotless braids. No need to keep leaving comments saying that it's complicated, possibly discouraging those looking for alternative methods to still obtain this look. It's complicated to you because you know how to do it the real way but for those who do not, this method is a great alternative to still achieve the desired look.

*Miss Gabbi*: This is not complicated. This is a great method for ppl with a different texture or for ppl who have a hard time gripping their hair. Also you don’t have to add the hair as you are braiding I think she did that to make her braids longer. I just tried to do my own box braids and wish I had seen this video first. Shanice Harris: It's not complicated. All you're doing is crotcheting the braiding hair through your hair, then you tuck your own hair within the braiding hair, after that you start braiding. It'll give you the knotless look but will last longer than traditional knotless braids.

I hope to own a full blown spa and salon one day, so as a white female I knew it was very important to learn to work properly with ALL TYPES OF HAIR . Well turns out I ended up being able to do curly hair and ethnic hair better than anything else. Dreads was easy braids I find are way easier on curly hair than white peoples hairs (if it's too straight it'd usually more oily) I was really into learning about the different ways to wig and weave hair. But I always wondered what is the best way. I know everyone is different , I feel like sow in is the strongest technique. But seems the most painful
