Hi guys, thanks for tuning in so you know, I'm looking at videos of hair on YouTube, I'm on YouTube, and I just come across this video that says you know how to stop the itch when you're using synthetic hair when you have braids in your head. So I said, oh, I definitely need to watch this because that's one problem - and you know many other women that I've talked to is that you know I love braids for the summer. I love the protective style with the synthetic hair with the individual braids, but sometimes I can't wear them because my head itches so badly. So I watched a video and what it said was to use one well. Basically, what it said was to use apple, cider, vinegar and water and to soak the hair in there for 15 minutes. So this is the hair that I'm using in my head. This is Marley hair that I'm using and, as you can see, I didn't take it off of the rubber bands that it came on. So it's still on the rubber bands, but this is the hair. It'S been soaking for about 15 minutes now and let's see, the water is pretty cloudy, definitely pretty cloudy. Now what they said was that there's an alkaline and alkaline base, that's put on the 100 % Kanekalon hair and it's a fiber, it's a synthetic hair. It'S a fiber, so therefore you know things and chemicals are going to be put on there to preserve the hair or whatever. The reason is that they that they have it on there now you soak it for 15 minutes this in this habit. Just in my seat, this is all the hair that I'm using I'm using a 1 B 30 and a number 2 I'm going to add some color in there. But you just use one cup of the apple cider, vinegar and then you put your water in. I put slightly warm, I saw somebody had boiling water, but then to boil the water, because that's not what I was trying to achieve and I didn't want the hair to straight, not like it does when you put Kanekalon hair into boiling water. So I used apple cider, vinegar, the Bragg's organic. That'S what I had here at home, one cup of that um. Well, they say to use one cup. I believe I use one cup and a half because I have it. In my you know my big pan, but um then afterwards they say that you can wash in conditioner hair, so bo5, moisture, milk, shampoo, five, sorry, moisture, milk conditioner and you guys that's about it. I do see a difference and yeah that's what you can do I'll. Let you know the results if it works for me, thanks for tuning in good

Donna: Trust you don't have to use apple cider vinegar, just plain old white vinegar is perfect. Been doing it for 10 years. As far as boiling the hair that's a no no. First of all you need a bigger place to soak the hair cause it won't have room to get the itchy residue off. It should be in a tub, and with cool water enough water to cover the hair. The hair should soak for about 15 to 20 minutes. Just thought I tell you.

TheRew413: There's a big difference. It's wonderful

Shakerria Mason: Does this really work ?

Erica Ward: thanks for the details!

Qtepiee88: does the hair still smell like vinegar afterwards?

A. C.: Does anyone know of any substitutes for apple cider vinegar?
