Requested Which Wig Brands Do You Think Are Falling Off??

Hey guys, it's your girl, charisma, welcome back to my channel to all my new case squad members welcome to the k-squad. Let'S jump right into this review, hey guys, so i am back and today we're doing something different. This is sort of like requested, but before we get into it it all of a sudden just start raining outside it's like thunderstorming, i don't know what's going on, but we got to get through the video. So if you do hear the rain in the background, don't blame me blame mother nature. I ain't got nothing to do with that girl, but anywho. So we're gon na do something different. This is requested. I went on my community tab two weeks ago. I asked the um subscribers, which wig brands do you think, are falling off and i was surprised how many people actually answered that and very honestly. So i said you know what i'm gon na do a video about that you guys so let's just go ahead and get right into it. First of all, um i'm going to be reading some of my subscribers comments, i'm not going to say their names, but just know that these are their opinions, don't be coming for me in the comments. If we, you know dragging some of your favorite wig brands, we ain't gon na do with that. Everybody got an opinion, so we just go. Keep the classy down in the comments. Okay, you guys. So, let's just start with freetress you guys so freetress, better known as shaken go, who is a subsidiary of trust, is like an umbrella company. They have been around since 1991, you guys and they have 54 000 uh followers on instagram um. As far as how like popular their instagram page is they haven't posted since july and that's also a big no-no with wig brands, because you know you want to be drawn to these people's instagram pages so right off the top of that. That'S a bad thing. You always have to be, i mean i'm a content creator. I already know you always have to be very consistent when posting, if you want to drive traffic to your brand, so them not even being on there since july, that ain't it. So some of the uh comments i got about freetress were they have bad hair lines, no new colors and they're, never keeping up with new releases, and that is true uh. The first wig i ever wore was from freetress. It was london girl, and i wore that in 2003, i've been wearing weeks since 2003. You guys and back then freetress was that girl. Let me tell you and that wig was 15 i'll, never forget and it stayed fifteen dollars, for i think four years until like synthetic wigs really started popping off, so everyone was running to you know, purchase a free trust unit or whatnot, but it seems throughout the Years, free tresses, you know they're the name, the brand, the quality of the units they've just been going down down down now. You know they also do a lot of braiding hair, weaving hair things like that. Maybe they're putting more emphasis on that. Instead of the synthetic units, because the synthetic units are just not up to par, so the one i'm looking at right now on wig types is the frequent freetress equal level of synthetic hd lace from wig. Her name is ariel. There'S only six colors that you can choose from the hairline looks horrible and the hair also just looks a mess. Obviously, i'm not going to be reviewing this, but i just wanted to like give you guys an example, and i don't i don't know, what's going over free trust, but you guys need to get it together over there grow, because obviously your customer base is looking okay. We are looking, we are looking directly at you and it just seems like they're just falling off. As far as quality is concerned, branding marketing um - i was looking for a tick tock. They have no tick tock. Their website looks extremely outdated, um. Once again, the instagram outdated so freetress how many drawings step it up because, as far as we're concerned, you're falling off okay, you guys you're gon na, be surprised at this one. Next up, a lot of them said outre now girl. I know right so altra has been around for four decades. They have 146 000 followers on instagram. They are very current on their instagram page. They have a pop and tic tac as well. They also have a youtube channel that they are very consistent with. I go there from time to time to look for new releases, so as far as marketing is concerned and branding out tray is on top of that. Okay. But this is what some of the ladies were saying. They said that the top of the wigs are always fried or exposed top tracks are backwards. Some of the wigs look cheap, the units are definitely rushed repetitive and they are starting to be a bit pricey. So, let's just get into it guys. You guys already know the majority of wigs. I review are from outrae and i do agree with some of those comments. The um not the last week i reviewed but tatiana and a few others behind her that i reviewed were just horrible. The construction was bad. You can tell that it was rushed, i'm not going to get into deep detail, but people who are on outrage pr. You should know what i'm talking about the units are definitely rough um. They are either rushed or they're pushed back, meaning that they'll say they're going to come out a certain month. They don't end up dropping until like three months later. So i see where outrage is going we're trying to like rush the units out because as far as i'm concerned, altra is top tier. Everyone else is below our trade right now. So i think outrage is trying to stay on top by releasing units fast fast fast, but while they're doing that, they're not like you seeing the units uh checking the units, for you know the hair texture, the construction of the caps things like that and when you Miss really intricate parts of the unit and we receive them. You know i have no choice but to review them and be honest with my subscribers and tell you guys how the wig is looking on me or feeling or whatnot. So, for me, it's not that outrageous, not a good brand once again, like i said, they're, definitely on top, but them being on top. I think it's getting to their heads a little bit because they're like well we're the ones dropping off like the fly wigs. You know - and you know i guess we could do pretty much - what we want, but no, you can't put out crappy wigs at the same time and still be on top of our tray, so i think that they just need to really hard. You know her and in the whole qc thing and really slow down on production and really take your time with these units, because i have been so amazed at the units that outright have put out, especially within the last four years, but like i said, it's definitely Definitely rushed but as far as their marketing team is concerned, they are on top of it. I mean you if you're in the wig world. Like me, you already know you can't go nowhere without seeing outrage all over the place so yeah their marketing is great. Their social media is awesome, but the quality of some of those wigs are just terrible and we're going to need you guys to go back to the drawing board and really, you know, get together with management or whoever and get those wigs together. Man because they're too expensive for some of the units to be poorly constructed and that's another really big complaint or that the synthetic units are starting to just rise in price. And it's to the point where we're paying like human hair prices for synthetic wigs and the whole point of the synthetic wig was to be more affordable, so outra we're looking at you, y'all not falling off yet, but girl y'all get a little bit too cocky. Y'All. Thank y'all to beyonce, wigs ma'am, it's new okay, though so next up we have zuri zuri hollywood, whatever you want to call it uh. Let me go ahead and get into missouri here, so they have 4 000.5 followers on instagram. Looking at their instagram page, i'm trying to see if they're current or not so, let's take a look so on their insta page they're, very current you guys they're very current. I mean they're, always posting, that's a good thing uh. As far as for tick tock, i hadn't been able to find one of you know: jerry's tick, tock. Let me know you guys, and then they also have like their website in their instagram. So zuri is a subsidiary of royal eye, makes the largest hair company in the states and worldwide. This is what they're saying on their website. Let me tell you what the girls are saying, though missouri the girls are saying that the units have horrible construction, horrible, hairlines, horrible, color, combos, they're, very wiggy, the hair fire, the hair fibers are wiggy, some bobs are cute, but all in all. No. So this is what the girls are saying about. Y'All miss jury, so i haven't reviewed this ring wing in four years and i refuse to uh review one ever again. Every time i review the three wig, i've always had a bad time with it. I think out of one one was a bob and i ended up buying one more of those it was so cute. I think it was like the moon part. We brought you guys, remember that the the moon part there and it was like a really deep part and the and the bob was so beautiful, and that was like the last one i ever reviewed from zuri. As far as like the the the new arrivals, i'm looking on their website right now, and i'm just what is going on here, ma'am so i mean the the brains are cute because they sell braids and weaving hair braid hair things like that. Those are really cute, but ma'am these wigs zuri. What is going on here, i don't know if zuri is making units for like cosplay. You guys know what i'm saying like costumey costume type deal. Looking stuff i mean just for they have this thing called the piano, color collection and although the colors are really cute, some of these colors, it's like - where am i supposed to wear you know like? Where am i supposed to wear this? Some of the colors are pretty, but it's like girl. I don't get it now. Just looking at the construction of some of these, it's going to be a no. I also agree with the subscribers of the cake squad. As far as saying like the hair, fibers look extremely wiggy, very plastic, very kenny, kalani looking you know, and it's like oh zuri zuri - was on top for a hot minute. You guys, i would say, maybe three four years ago they were on top and it just seems like once again: the quality is just falling falling falling, while the prices are rising, rising rising so missouri. I don't know they're kind of like hit and miss some of the units, especially from the cysterwig collection. You guys they're, really pretty i'm looking at them right now, they're really pretty, but once again it's like what is going on some of these things, like you guys, will just have to go to the website and look for yourself. It'S just i'm like speechless. I i just would not review any of these units. Remember there's a market for everybody, so there are some. There are people that prefer a zuri unit, you know or prefer an out trade unit or prefer a free trust unit that is well and good, but i'm just really big on quality, and i don't i just don't see my money going on these units when the Quality is definitely not there, so i just would think that zuri would kind of once again go back to the drawing board talk to whoever over there designing the units and see what else they can come up with as far as fibers and construction is concerned, because The wigs some of them are, like, i said, are very pretty, but the construction, the hair textures, it's the colors. Oh, my goodness, zuri, i think y'all fall in love next up. We have jenny collection and they have been around since 1991. They have 147 000 followers. On their instagram, i do not know if they have a tick tock, but their instagram is updated. They are definitely posting on instagram. Okay, uh janet, is going more towards once again braiding hair, braided, wigs human hair, wigs janet is very hit and miss jenna is very hit and miss janet once again was not at the top, but i would say definitely viable. Okay, they were definitely getting there. I mean the d wig is my favorite wig of all time. You cannot tell me otherwise ma'am, but right now it looks like janet is going into a different direction as far as braided, wigs braid, hair, weave, hair extensions things of that nature. I think that's where they're going and that's totally fine. As far as what the subscribers were saying, one person said it just seems like they are falling off because they're not making more synthetic units, so that's just their opinion, but, like i said, i don't really have a problem with janet when they do drop units. It'S hit or miss, but most of the time it's a hit and janet collection units are always affordable. So i don't really have an issue with janice, so we watching you guys. We want more synthetic wigs, janet like you can do it all girl y'all can do synthetic wigs, your braid hair, your weave hair. We won't at all ma'am, so i'm gon na keep my eyes on janie collection. So next up they also mentioned bobby boss. Bobby boss. Has been around for 35 years through midway international, they are not telling me anything else about that, except they've been around for 35 years. They have 133 000 followers on instagram, their instagram stays updated. They have a really really pop and tick tock as well. Bobby boss is one of those brands where once again is hit or miss. They also do the colors and some of the colors are kind of out there, but not to the point where it's like zuri's colors, but their colors, their color schemes are definitely out there bobby voss once again was on top. I, for me i think they're like third. As far as the units are concerned, like wig brands are concerned, some of the wigs are the construction's kind of off the hairlines are very off, but once again, like i said, it's just a hit or miss type of thing, bubbie boss is also moderately priced. So i have no issue with that how the units are priced over bobby boss. I think that they're doing well, i think their marketing campaign is great. I think their branding is awesome. I think they need to just continue doing what they've been doing, but as far as cue scene, we need you guys to see those hairlines a little harder. We need better textures of hair from you, guys bobby boss and better construction. Like i said once again, the wigs are just hit or miss and that's usually going for all units, but when it starts to be repetitive, we gon na have to stop the ball somewhere so bobby boss. We'Re definitely keeping our eye on you as well. Last but not least, we have model models, so they have 28.4 000 subscribers on instagram. They have not been active since october 27. 2021. That pretty much should tell you where model model is right. Now i haven't reviewed a model model wig in almost five years and do not plan on reviewing one i'm on their website right now. The website is very bland, the newest unit. They have it's called the half up, cutie, it's a half up, half of half down lace, wig, the construction looks horrible on this, so i mean, i don't know who's purchasing anything from model model anymore. I see model model a lot in beauty, supply stores around my way, so i mean they're selling, but i don't know if they're really big in the like online wig community, the online web store community but yeah. It seems like the branding here is just off uh. It seems like they are not putting enough effort into the branding or the brand behind it. Their marketing is not really well, and i know that they don't have a tick tock if they haven't been on instagram since 2021. So bobby i mean model model, yeah y'all falling off vivint. The fox is also on the list. I'M not gon na. Do the biblical fox one right now, because biblical fox is fairly new still so, of course, they're going to have issues they're a new brand they're trying to work out kinks. I think that viveka's wigs are um like marketed towards more of a more mature aged woman. Although i could fall in that category, because i'm 45 years old but those wigs just do not uh interest me at all, but i think that vivica is doing very well financially with her wig brand like i said, because there is another demographic that is buying uh, That are buying vivica's unit, so for me i've never owned a vivica fox wig, so i can't speak to it as far as construction, hair, texture, hairlines are concerned, but just from what i've seen it's just not my thing, but i think biblica is doing really well And i think the marketing behind it is great as well only brand that was not mentioned was sensational. I think sensational is doing a great job. I think their branding is great. Their instagram is really nice and i think that they give us a great variety of units sensational is also another hit and miss. As far as wigs are concerned, certain wigs from sensational the human hair blends are priced extremely high and certain, like i say, the more affordable ones like the dashley they're very, very hit and miss, but i'm not mad at it. They'Re trying to give us something for everybody, the dash these are very affordable, but you might get a wig that is just constructed poorly, whether you have the uh human hair blends, they're constructed very well, but sometimes they're. Not so once again it's just hit or miss, but i think that sensational, all around is a really good brand. So for me, i think sensational is doing really really well, you know. Basically, it's like the consensus here is outright is definitely on top. Definitely definitely on top, but the uh outright. Your units are extremely too expensive. They'Re, like weight, they're priced way too high. I think y'all need to scale that back a little bit girl and really get on your qc game uh. So australia is definitely up there. Outre sensational bobby boss, those are the top three that are up there. I think the rest of the wig brands that i mentioned are definitely starting to fade or fall off.
