Hi everybody lux here welcome back back back to my channel got here, because y'all want to know how to get box braids in five minutes and that's how you get it baby, you order it off a posh lid. This is a full lace, wig that i got from posh glen poshlin, i'm gon na list, the name down below it is a black business, so support black business. It came all the way from lagos, nigeria, two hundred and ninety dollars, for them paid thirty dollars to rush it um. It was made in ten days so they made this wig for me in ten days and sent it did come via dhl and it did come pretty fast. I'M going to list down below all the information. Hey guys just keep watching. I literally literally just got this wig in the mail and i put it on and i'm like um. Let me do this for my channel okay. My package just came in the mail, so i'm going to unbox it for you guys it comes in this beautiful gold and pink little um box. The minute you pull the string up it kind of like unravels it and um, it's just a beautiful bonnet that comes in it's like a really really huge bun. I'Ve never had a bonnet this big ever in my life, and it also comes with the wig in a satin bag, and it has the posh gland information on it. Braided, wigs all the way from legos nigeria shout out to y'all um, but the packaging was really nice. The satin bag is, of course reusable, so you can put your unit in there or you can put you know something else in there, but um. Thank you guys for the bonnet in the um satin bag, i'm just showing you guys the wig right now. So it's a lot of braids that came in this way. The um one that i chose was heavy so yeah. I guess that's why it's a lot of braids in here, but it's just so neat like the parting, the braids, i'm showing you guys. The inside is full lace. It does come with these combs on the inside and it came with this elastic band on the inside y'all know i always take the combs out so especially because we have the band in there i'm going to take all those combs out, but i'm just showing you That they have one in the back, they have three in the middle, and this is the lace guys. I did not bleach the lace, no, nothing. I didn't even put my lace tinter on this. I just put a little bit of um my face powder on the top of the parting in the middle part, but it's bomb look at that. It'S melting in with your skin and i did not wear a wig cap underneath this wig either giant freaking bonnet. I just want you guys to see how big this bonnet is, and i love it because i feel like how can it fall over flat? This is the unit guy, so it does have a smell. It has like a perfumed smell, it doesn't stink. It'S like a perfumed smell, though i've never smelled. Nothing like this before yeah. How long it is like this drink is mad long. So the length that i got was um waist. They have it like bra, strap, waist hip. I was gon na get hip, but i'm like nah. Let me get waste because it's probably gon na hit me in my hip and i'm glad i did because that's definitely what freaking happened. I'D be figuring sometimes that i'm short, because you know i'm a stallion or whatever, so i took the combs out on the inside. This elastic band came with it, so i think i'm gon na leave it in there for right now so make sure that y'all going out and supporting black businesses not bleach it or nothing like this, is literally out the pack y'all like look what it look like. I might not bleach it either. I might use my um caramel spray and spray it in there. I got this new product from amazon. It'S a got to be spray, it's like a new got to be sprayed or whatever it's supposed to control. A lightweight formula helps protect your hair from drying out no residue and no stickiness. So the one thing about the old god to be spray is that you'll spray it on and it's like. Sometimes it's very sticky we're just going to try this one out. I'Ve seen um lorisha andreas try this out and she said that it was really good. So i'm going to try it out for myself things. First, we're going to cut the back of the lace in a zigzag motion um just so we can get that excess lace off and then we're going to apply our unit. So this is what it looks like on my head. It is really snug gon na be snug, because the hair is braided, so it's pulling the lace. So now i'm just going to untangle the front part entangled we're going to um unbraid the front part, because this is where our baby here is going to be, and i'm also going to cut those ear tabs on the side so that our ears fit in nice And snug and that's a very important part, because you want to make sure that your ears kind of you know fit good in the cap, because if he doesn't, then it's going to irritate your ears or it's just going to look weird with the lace over your Ear so i'm going to take the got to be spray and i'm going to spray it in that part where i sectioned off for my baby hairs and i'm going to spray it right in there, it smells so freaking good guys. This smell, like um, a perfume like it really smell so good, so we're just gon na spray it in there i sprayed about two layers and then i started to blow dry it with my blow dryer on high and on cool, so hot and cool, and i'm Just going to press that in with my rat tail comb until it is dry now with the got2b spray, when i do this, i can kind of feel it tightening, but this one i didn't really feel it tightening. So i didn't really know when it was dry. So that's why i applied so many layers i applied about like three layers, but even with that it didn't get any residue but make sure that you wipe your foreheads off first before you do this, because you don't want to have makeup on your forehead. You know, while doing this, because it's going to cause that residue that i just showed you guys so i'm just going to attack this wig down and um we're going to come back the amount that i've been spraying on. Like you, don't see any residue like there's like no residue at all, that's crazy, but if i was spraying this i've got to be, you would see like white build up right here, but and then it probably would have you know really shown because i haven't wiped Off my makeup, so i've been seeing this new method where people have been putting the elastic down banned down to hold their edges instead of like a scarf or something. So that's what i'm going to use all right we're going to try this one more time. I just want to fight at this point because i'm confused but um yeah guys you just want to make sure that you tack it don't take it um too hard. I mean too tight. Sorry because you don't want to have a headache and um. I like the elastic band method because i feel like it really melts it into the skin kind of better than you would with like a scarf, because i normally use like bandanas or something but yeah. This really did work for me guys. I really really really like this method and i left it on for probably like about five minutes. I said ten, but i ended up leaving on for like five minutes, because i'm impatient and like i said i had errands to run so yeah. I was just trying to get it over with so now, i'm just going to remove the elastic band and i'm going to brush all the hairs baby hair to the back. So we can start cutting off this lace. So this is the first time that i did this method with cutting the lace. First, i mean last well whatever, so i normally cut the lace first and then i apply it to my head, but i wanted to try this method because i've seen a lot of people do it and it's supposed to be given like scalp vibes. I just wanted to see if it makes a difference. So what i'm doing right now is i cut it down the middle and i'm making a slit down the sides and i'm peeling the lace back um kind of similar like how you would do to like the ball cap method and i'm cutting it so that um, You know i can get as close as close as possible. I don't want all that extra lace. I don't want it to be looking weird, so i'm just going to keep peeling it back as close to the baby hairs as possible, and i'm making these sections to kind of make it easier for myself so that i can go in with a smaller scissor within With a zigzag motion and then like cut the lace off here are the scissors that we're going to be using. I think i got these from the beauty supply store. I use this also to cut like my lashes and clearly to cut my lace. You guys see that it has like extra lace glue in it, but we're going to wipe it off. That'S cool with some alcohol and i'm using also. I did not use these, but i wanted to use these. I, like the little ones they're, like i don't know like they're like really flat at the bottom and it like kind of arches up, so it's easy for you to like snip close to the skin, but i didn't end up using this. I just ended up using the pink ones and doing the zigzag motions. The reason is crucial to do it in a zigzag motion is because you don't want to have that straight line, because it's going to give wiggy wiggy wiggy, can't you see, and that is not cute. So now i'm just going to clip um the baby hairs to the back so that i won't be clipping my baby hair is by accident. I'M getting you know, trying to make sure we get close to that lace and, as you guys can see, it does have like a little bit of lace, that's lifting um! Normally i would have used those small scissors at the bottom that i showed you guys. That'S curved at the bottom to kind of get closer to snip those off, but i just ended up spraying it with the got to be spray and just tacking it down because, honestly, this method takes forever like, i don't think i'm gon na do this again, like I really don't i'm just gon na do what i normally do. I feel, like both ways are efficient. I feel like i have the same results with both ways: cutting the lace before putting it on and cutting it on after putting the wig on, but this one i just felt like took forever so yeah just keep going in with that zigzag motion and just keep Peeling it back and um the extracts that i have i'm just going to spray it down with that got to be spray and tack that down. So this is what is given after i went back in with this spray and blow dryer on cool setting and just tacked everything down. So i'm just going in and wiping off um the extras like spray that i have it kind of is a residue. But it's only a residue because i have that makeup there. So that's why you can kind of see it so i'm just going in and wiping the makeup off so that we can get to laying these baby hairs down, because you want to make sure that you have a clean forehead with laying your baby hairs, because you Do not want to get the makeup in the baby hair my opinion. The best way to do your baby hair is to get a mousse, and you want to get an alcohol-free mousse, because if you use alcohol it'll like a mousse for alcohol in it, it tends to lift your lace, and i mean all your hard work that you Just did with tacking your lace down is gone, so the first thing that i'm doing is, i took some got to be gel in the black bottle and i put it toward the root to my hair. I don't know why i didn't show myself doing this, but i just put it toward the um like the roots of the hair, and i just started to mold it in the way of like how i wanted it to be molded. Then now you see me after i molded it, i'm cutting my baby hairs down, probably into like an inch and a half and cutting the sideburns so that you know you still want to have a little bit of leeway with the hair, but you also want to Make sure that um it's not too short, because once you go too short, you can't cut it, but it's easier for you to leave it long and then you can go back in and cut it if you want to make it a little bit shorter. I ended up doing something different with my baby hairs and i'll have like a different video on how i did it exactly, but i ended up doing like a different kind of like design. I don't normally do my baby hairs like this, but um i'll show like a different video on how i do this in debt, because this is my first time doing it and i was doing it on camera, so i kind of was messing up. I didn't really know which direction i was going it, but i promise i will show you guys this method on how i do it with another wig that i'm about to showcase to you guys here, i'm just taking my black radiance powder and i'm taking my elf Smudge brush and i'm just going to apply this to the middle part. I'M just doing this to show you guys that you can just apply powder to the wig and it'll make it look more realistic in the parting area, you're just going to take it and smudge it out. I am going to use my lace tint and i'm going to tint the lace, but yeah guys. This is also another method. If you guys want to do this for a certain parting on the wig. I don't know what came over me, but i'm, like you, know what let me add, some butterfly clips to my hair and some jewels. So i got these um face jewels from amazon and i'm using like a yellow, the iridescent orange and red colors to match the butterflies in my hair and i'm just applying that with some nyx glitter glue and i'm just putting the glitter glue straight on there. Taking the tweezers and just pressing the jewels into like the little swirls of my baby hairs, i've been seeing this on instagram and i think it's so freaking cute, so yeah guys. I wanted to try it out and show it to you guys what i would say about the hair is that i really really like the hair, like i really really like it. The only thing that i wish is that they would have left out more baby hair for me so that i could have um. I mean the baby. Hair looks good, but um, you know, eventually, after you wash your wigs and over time, the baby hair does fall out. So the only thing, that's kind of why i wanted you know more baby hair out and so that we can have that more dramatic kind of thing but um. You know i can finesse if i need more baby hair really interested in like what this hair will. Look like if i unbraid it, but i'm a little nervous, because i don't want to unbraid it and then like not be able to braid it back. But i really want to know what it looks like if i decide to unbraid this like this is a full lace wig. So it's you know just like i undid this. I wonder if it's on like, if it's that short like imagine, if it's that short, this is a great way to get box in five minutes uh, you don't have to sit in the um chair all day. You don't have to worry about. You know getting headaches and things like that. Like i said this, wig is a little bit heavy because i chose the heavy density. I would give this wig 10 out of 10 is beautiful. It came all the way from nigeria lego so guys make sure that you are supporting black businesses. I love the bonnet that came along with it.
