#HowToBraidYourOwnHair #HowToBraidHair #EasyHairstyles

Hey guys welcome back to my channel today, i'm going to show you how to waterfall braid your own hair step by step for beginners, remember to subscribe and like this video and let's get into it. The first step is to take a small section of hair at the front from your eyebrow to your middle part and then split the hair into three equal sections. So now you have a top strand, a middle strand and a bottom strand then cross the top strand over and into the middle then take the bottom strand and cross it over and into the middle then hold all of the strands in your right hand, and i Hold the strands like this, i hold the bottom strand with my pinky, the middle strand, with my middle finger and the top strand with my thumb and index finger, then, with your left hand, pick up a new small section of hair, then add the new hair to The top strand so just place the hair in between your thumb and index, finger to automatically add the hair to the top strand, then take the top strand and cross it over and into the middle. So now you have to let go of the bottom strand and because i'm braiding my own hair, i'm just going to place the strand in my mouth. So it's out of the way then pick up a new piece of hair right next to where the bottom strand was, and this hair is now. Your new bottom strand then cross the bottom strand over and into the middle again hold all of the strands in your right hand, and then pick up a new section of hair. With your left hand, then add the new hair to the top strand so again just place the hair in between your thumb and index, finger to automatically add the hair to the top strand so now cross the top strand over and into the middle again you're going To let go of the bottom strand and then pick up a new section of hair right next to where it was, and this is now your new bottom strand then take the bottom strand and cross it over and into the middle. So now pick up a new section of hair and then add it to the top strand, then take the top strand and cross it over and into the middle. So now let go of the bottom strand and then pick up a new section of hair. So you have a new bottom strand, then take the bottom strand and cross it over and into the middle again you're, going to add some new hair to the top strand and then cross the top strand over and into the middle. Then let go of the bottom strand and then pick up a new section of hair. So you have a new strand, then cross the bottom strand over and into the middle again hold all of your strands in your right hand, and then pick up a new section of hair with your other hand, and then add it to the top strand. Then take the top strand and cross it over and into the middle again let the bottom strand go and then pick up a new section of hair right next to where it was so. You have a new strand, then cross the new bottom strand over and into the middle again pick up a new section of hair and then add it to the top strand then cross the top strand over and into the middle. So if you want a half up, half down hairstyle then stop the braid here at the back of your head and then create another waterfall braid on the other side and then tie them together in the middle. I continued the braid to the other side because i thought it would look great in pictures, but i would recommend doing a half up half down hairstyle, because this braid is perfect for that. When you reach the end of the braid, then either tie the braid off at the top with an elastic or continue the braid into a basic three-strand braid and then tie the braid off at the end. So that is how to waterfall braid your own hair, and if you like this video, then please give it a thumbs up and remember to subscribe. So you don't miss any new videos. Thank you for watching, and i will see you guys in my next video

Ťhę Gøddęśś: Your explanations are the only ones I can actually understand lmao

Pez93: This is really pretty. Thank you for another great video.

kimmi ann: I love your channel. It's the only braiding channel I can follow. Every other tutorial goes too fast and they don't explain exactly what they're doing, step by step. Your tutorials are so easy to follow. I've just started practicing wrap around brands (fishtail, infinity, diamond) and I was intimidated at first. After watching your tutorials, practice became so much easier because I was easily able to figure out what you were doing and the directions you gave were so easy to follow. Now I'm moving onto 4 and 5 strand braids and just like the other tutorials, these are SO easy to understand and follow. I practice on my niece's hair because it's really long and thick. However, it's also super curly & she won't let me straighten it so the wrap around braids never look clean. I fluff em out to get that boho look so it seems intentional. I have great braiding hair, but can't practice on myself because I can't see what I'm doing, and a mannequin head with a stand and a good wig are totally out of my budget. ☹ I need a good hair model because my fingers are itching to try a 5 strand braid.
