If you're reading this, tell me your favorite/ number in the comments, our secret! Mine's #3...

Hey guys, I'm Tina from mega wearables and today we're going to create an Elsa inspired, voluminous brace and braid hairstyle. So first we're going to start off with a dry shampoo to get rid of all the oils off our scalp. Now, if you have straight hair, we have to crawl our hair to create volume and texture. And since I use the Tresemme heat protectant on damp hair, I'm now going to use my favorite argan oil from our visalia to create another barrier against heat damage and because I have very hard to curl hair. I'M going to use my setting lotion here from Bracken called hot set 22 before curling my hair. Do you guys remember my messy Elsa braid from few months back, I use the one and a half inch arm aligned, curling iron from cutie performance at that time. I also received the 1 inch version of that as well from Flatiron experts calm. So today I'm going to use the 1 inch version of that, because I want my curls to be a bit tighter and since all of our hair is going up into an updo anyway, we can basically curl this in any which way we like and I'm putting Them up after our curl it because it creates a tighter and longer lasting curls, and next step is for people who won't be using hair extensions for this create five sections in front like this, I would say that's about two inches apart. Okay, now we can tease the back of our head. First use some hair powder to make our roots sticky, and I know this is going to seem like a lot of products to you guys, but think of it as if you're baking a cake. If you don't put in the right ingredients, your cakes going to flight - and it's not going to be good alright, now that your roots are a sticky mess, we're going to start taking small sections to backcomb it, you don't need to map the heck out of your Hair here simply pull the hair down towards the roots like this then use a hairspray to keep it there. You need to spray each section before moving on to the next. I'M loving this new hairspray from reckonin medium hold. It feels like I didn't use anything while keeping my hair in place. It'S quite strange and wonderful at the same time. Okay, so once the back of your head is all T stuff attach your hair extensions. In the same way, you would everyday, but being mindful of where the partings will be in the front for people with hair extensions after you install your set, you then make your five sections in the front, I'm wearing my 260 grams of luxury for princess hair extensions. Here but I lost a couple of weft this week. I don't know where I put them, so I'm basically using, I would say about 2 to 220 grams of hair hair, and now we can finally start French braiding the front sections. But I'm going to first use more products like a dry wax from sexy hair to keep my braids neat split, your hair and three to start a normal braid, then, to turn a normal braid into a French braid. We add hair to the side strands before doing a normal braid. So we take some hair from the left and add it to the left strand before taking both strands over the middle strand and take some hair from the right side to the right strand before taking both over the middle strand. Add hair from the left side to the left strand and take it over the middle and add hair from the right side to the right side before taking it over the middle strand, so continue braiding the section before moving on to the next. Do you guys see this magnet on top of my head here? Imagine that you have one on top of your head and that is pulling your hand in that direction as you're braiding this. So when you're braiding the sides you're braiding upwards to that magnet and once the front is braided, attach a hair padding at the back of your head for even more volume. You can get something like this on eBay for about a dollar. So now we can put all the pieces together, take the three braids from the front and start a normal braid with them. Then we're going to start a French braid. Remember! A French braid is a normal braid with hair added to these sized strands. So we add hair from the left side to the left strand and take it over the middle and add hair from the right side to the right strand and take both strands over the middle. Make sure you're taking big sections to make this braid of more big and voluminous, and when you get to about your ear level, incorporate the last two braids into the French braid and braid your hair all the way down and tie it with an elastic band. You can wear it neat like this or make it even more full and voluminous by pulling out the sides, and if you guys see any elastic bands from these small braids we made earlier, you had to cut them out. I didn't bother doing that here because I wasn't going anywhere and I was just being lazy. I hope you guys, like this glamorous hairstyle and if you did be sure to like share with your friends and subscribe, and let me know down below what other hairstyles you like to see and as always thank you for supporting, make it wearable hairstyles. I love you guys. Bye 12, make sure to break all the walls gon na blow it down.

J. Sandig: This actually kind of looks like Rapunzel's hair in Tangled :) Love it!

You don't know me: I love this!!! Awesome style Tina! One question, though. Do we tease the five sections before french braiding them?

MISunflowerStyle: wow, that is gorgeous! i can never do my own hair, sadly...makes me want to wake up my daughter so I can play! lol. Great instructional video.

Vanessa Leal: As always i love it!! ^.^ I would like to see more of overnight no heat hairstyles... Thanks for uploading great videos:)

lemon: Love watching your videos you're so sweet and thank you for teaching me new hairstyles :D ❤

Han t: You make it look so easy!! Def. will have to try this. Thanks!

MightyMouse1222: I tried this the other night, without curls because I was too lazy to curl my extensions, and it turned out pretty well (without teasing). I then did a pair of regular three strand braids at the base of my neck and tried it again. It turned out even better. Seems a pretty good alternative to teasing and curling.

Ashly Chavez: Love the small braid incorporated.

madjennsy: it looks like a wig! very well done :D loved it =)

Angelia Gillespie: I love this!!!   I have a TON of natural hair and anything I do is big, so it's nice to have a style that is meant to be BIG!!!   I wish I had help because of how long my  hair is it's hard to keep all the pieces where I want them and the weight of my hair alone with my arms being up so long is a pain, but until I can clone myself, I guess I'll have to deal with it.

ItsBeth: your incredible! cant wait to practice this!:) xx

Katy Rose: This is so pretty. It actually reminds me of Rapunzel's braid.

Maria Jimenez: Love it <3

Marlena Shore: Tina I love your Elsa braids best. All of you hair tutorials are super easy and I’ve used them for work and get tons of compliments. I am an instructor at Cerritos College in Norwalk, CA. My students now all watch your tutorials too. So question, I don’t use hair extensions but am interested in Them. Which brand do you recommend? Also I tried to enter into the T3 curling set you offered....I’ve been dying for one and would love it so much. Happy New Year and I’m so looking forward to all the new tutorials for 2018

LOVEButt3rflySKY: Beautiful... thanks for sharing!

YesitsMe: Awesome I love this hairstyle. My favorite I would love to try it but my hair is not long and thick enough

Shawnee Whaley: excellent teacher, you are.  :)   I understood every step you were explaining. :)

Mariyam Alamgir: I had a play Elsa's roll nd I did it really well... Nd also did this hairstyle... Everyone loved it!

chrisg45: This is so gorgeous, it'd be so great for wedding hair too!! It's very disney princess, & very like Elsa's! I've seen so many tutorials for Elsa's hair that are just basically people doing a french braid, which is nice & all, but to me it's not Elsa's hair. Yeah she had a french braid, but it was so big & voluminous, I would think if someone specifically said 'Elsa from Frozen' they'd probably want that massive volume.

Bhumi P: omg loved this cant wait to try this .... <3 :)

rita978ify: Can you please do some easy wedding guest hair styles?
