Braiding Hair For Sleeping

Okay, so I'm just going to basically show you how I section it off before she goes to sleep. This is five braids. Sometimes they do two apart down the middle and apart from ear to ear, and these are finger parts you know that's a note of that. Sorry, just talking in the video, as you can see, these parts are not even at all and they're done with my finger and that's kind of the point. If I want her to wear her hair out, I want it to be able to blend back in, and those sharp parts doesn't allow that. There'S this braid on the top you get down there right there and then a braid like this. That goes past. It again kind of like a circle on this side and the same on this side and then two braids in the back one second, on top of the other, and I just leave her ends like that, this unraveled a little bit, but it fun Ravel any more Than that, because it's curly stuff - and there you have it say - bye, bye, hmm,

LadyShyye: I was taught that when the hair is not connected in a line to scalp it is called a plat. Braids; for people of color are for hair that is "braided" in a line ending inan unconnected length to finish. Your daughters hair is lovely. =) priceless thinking she had to go to bed now ha ha

sequyas: @LadyShyye Can you please reword what you said because to my understanding a braid is connected to your scalp because it is your hair. What am I misconstruing? And thank you:)
