Hey everyone, I'm Courtney, and today I'm going to be showing you how to rope braid, it's super easy and if you can't French braid you're going to love this hairstyle, it's a quick thing that I wear all the time for school and it just kind of gets. Your bangs out of there out of your face when you're not having such a good bang day. You know, like my bangs, are today how they kind of just like to curl under. So I'm just going to show you a quick fix to that. It'S a super cute and easy hairstyle, so I hope you guys enjoy. Let'S get right into it, so here's what the final look is going to be. So, let's show you how to do that, and it's really simple you're just going to start by taking a very small piece of hair and splitting it into two now you're going to do something. You probably did with your hair when you were very young and you're. Just going to twist your hair, so I twisted that one under and I'm just going to pick up a small piece of hair and just add it to it. So as soon as you twist, you pinch a piece of hair and then you add it to it and you could pinch a small or big piece as you want, so hopefully that makes sense. All you do is pinch and twist, so the side closest to your forehead is the side you're, adding hair to now. You can either go all the way down to your ear, but normally I don't - and you could also do this on both sides of your head and I'm just showing you how to do one so there's lots of different hairstyles. You can do with this, but this is just the basic concept to just adding hair and twisting, and this is where I'm going to stop and you're just going to twist a couple more times and then I'm going to bobby, pin it in place. You just need two bobby pins and you crossing an X motion to keep it from coming out very simple. I hope you guys enjoyed - and I will see you very soon - bye

Jackie Kelley: Just so viewers don't get confused, this is not a rope braid. This is a half french twist. Rope braids are completely different and a little more complicated. It's a half french twist because she is only adding hair from one side of the braid. If she had added hair from the back also, it would be a full french twist. (:
