Hey girls Kayla here today, I'm going to be showing you how to wear this hair jewelry. This has been super on-trend. This fall and you could definitely wear it everyday, but it's also great for Halloween looks everything from being a gypsy to being a medieval princess or even kind of a Native American look could be really fun, and my friend and our shine made a do-it-yourself video on How to do these different hair pieces? You can see here she has a lot of different hair pieces in her video, so you should definitely go check that out. I'M going to link it at the end of the video, so be sure that after you watch this, you go and see her amazing tutorial on that. I always love her do-it-yourself videos. So let's get started on the hair, so this first style is also nice. Sleek straight hair: this is actually my natural texture, but you can always straighten your hair to achieve that texture. If you want basically just going to go ahead and split the hair down the middle and then you can apply your hair jewelry, I like to drape it from the back and kind of put it on towards the front and then arrange it into place. And you don't pin it into place if you need to, and you can always go with your natural hair texture, even if it's wavy or curly. I think that would look nice now to get these kind of loose gypsy bohemian girls, your going to go ahead and curl your hair away from your face and kind of large rectangular sections and I'm using a 3/4 inch iron here to go ahead and curl. The entire hair shaft, once you have that hair curled, I'm going to go ahead and put it onto a very large velcro roller. What that does is it extends the size of the curl to be much looser, but it also helps the curl to set better so that it lasts longer and it's bouncy and looks a little bit better. So I really recommend that, and it's a good way to cheat having a bigger iron than you actually do, so you can own one size iron, but make a lot of different size curls. So basically, what I'm going to do is separate my hair from the ears up and curl all the hair on the bottom away from my face and then curl all the hair on the top away from my face, and I just use on one or two curls For each section, because my hair is a little bit more fine, we can always do more curls if you need to, and then I went ahead and repeated the same. On the other side, I curled that one piece that kind of frames my face and then I went ahead and did the ones beneath my ears and then the ones over my ears and I like to suction the hair like that. Just because it helps me to get every single piece of hair, I tend to kind of forget something. If I don't suction it so sectioning, it just makes it neater and a little bit easier and then at the back I had a little bit of hair left over, so I went ahead and curled it straight down, so I made kind of a bump to shape And added some volume to the top. For me, you can kind of do whatever you want with that one. Just depending on how much hair you have and then basically you're just going to wait for your hair to cool and make sure that once it's completely cooled, then you can go ahead and take it down and then once it's down you're pretty much done. You can add a little bit of hairspray to make sure it's going to last and then put on your hairpiece and then you're done and you've got this cool little bohemian kind of gypsy style. Look and again this is great for everyday. You don't have to do it for Halloween, but if you wanted to that would be kind of a good thing to use it with now. This one reminded me a little bit of a medieval hairstyle, basically you're, going to take a large section of hair from the front and go pin it towards the back on an angle that follows the same angle as the hair, jewelry and eye pin just underneath the Surface of the hair, so that you couldn't see the bobby pins and literally that is it. That is really really really simple, but it's really pretty as well, and I do like it for kind of a medieval Joan of Arc kind of style, and then we have this last braided bun and basically I left my hair pinned up from the previous one and Split the hair in half and braided both sides. Now you don't have to leave, you don't have to go through the trouble of pinning your hair if you don't want to. I just did that because I like the way that it framed my face so basically once you've braided both sides you're going to have this kind of double braided. Look where some of you guys might like for its own hairstyle. It kind of a Native American thing. If you wanted to, but if you want to go with the bun you're, going to go ahead and take one side and flip it around to make kind of an oval shape and make you check the ends and Julie, they're, not sticking out all over the place. Once you've got that in place, you're going to go ahead and pin it, you can always make sure to crisscross your pins if your hair is a little bit thicker so that it will stay better, then you're going to take the other side and wrap it around. So that you create a nice oval shape once you've got the hair, where you want it, you can go ahead and pin it in place and don't forget that end, so you can see here, I'm kind of reaching it around and tucking it up underneath the bun That I've already done so that you can't see it at all, then you're going to go ahead and put your hair jewelry on, and that is it for that hairstyle. So that's it for this entire hairstyle tutorial and be sure to check out Anne's tutorial on the different hair pieces that you can make. I'Ve always loved her do-it-yourself videos and I've always found them really inspiring so be sure to go check that out. Even if this hair jewelry isn't your thing, she has some great videos that I'm sure you'll be able to find one that you really really like. So her video is linked right now, so you can just click on the screen and go see it be sure to. Let me know which hairstyle of this one was your favorite comment below and let me know and check back next week for another hairstyle tutorial. I will see you guys then and yep: that's it. IsilwenTelemna: Great video! All hairstyles are beautifull. But... To wear hair jewerly you can't have a fringe, don't you? Even if it is a one side fringe. I mean that you should have the line of the hair on the middle of your head. I'm sorry, but I'm spanish and I don't know hou to explain myself. Thanks!

Leigh Ohlson: Yipppeee! I requested this on Formspring! Thank you! :D :D :D :D
