Bomb Amazon Braid Wig | Attempting The Bald Cap Method

Hey guys today, I'm going to be installing my first braid wig and I'm gon na be using the ball cap method. Now this is not a tutorial, but an attempt. I'Ve seen girls all over social media like oh, this is have to be the perfect ball cap. Better than I so I'm gon na see, if I can do it now, the wig I'm gon na install is a braided micro, wig off of Amazon I'll leave a link to it in the description, but it's by platinum, hair. This is what it looks like. It'S super long. It touches my butt when I put it on. This is what the hairline looks like. It looks pretty good. So there's like a decent amount of lace in the front and there's a comb here. There are adjustable straps in the back and then there are two combs on the side, so we gon na see what I can do with this thing. So before I do anything, I'm just gon na put this on my head and see how far I plan on pulling it forward see. I think I want to wear it here. The tricky thing is, I have a widow's peak, so you can literally see my hair here and, if I'm understanding it correctly with the ballcap method you're supposed to like cover up all your hair, I don't know that I might just have to be peeking out of My bald cap, let me put this thing to the side, so the way the YouTube girls do it is they pull this? The wig did come with two wig caps, and this is one of them. Oh, my god, this is gon na, be a mess. Okay, I'm using this got to be glue and they like spray all right here, dry it with the hairdryer and then they cut the rest off yo, see if y'all not know it's seeping forward. That'S not what I intended. Oh, my goodness. Maybe we better fast spray. It like this now let me take this blow dryer and just see now, because the stuff is so runny, it's so difficult to control where it drips. I could use this. I see a lot of other people using it, but it takes 200 dry. So it's gon na try my luck with this now. This factor you have does seem like it's ticking on my head. Alright, but it's not stuck so I'm feeling I'm gon na have to do a couple layers of this. It seems like it stuck to my head. I don't know I just gon na go terms of like cutting it off, so I feel, like this whole edge is gon na like mess me up, because the reason why it's light is because it's not wet like it's. My spec to my head, like this part, is so yeah. I'M gon na try to fix that so that the color is consistent. I wonder if I miss this stuff cuz, that's the like. When the other girls do it it'll be looking this raggedy. I know that they make stocking caps that are like a lot closer to my skin tone. I just oh holy, that's okay. I still haven't cut the lace off in his way. Okay, hey! As you can see, this wig does have some hairs like along the hairline that you can cut and I guess try to make them into some baby hairs or some edges, so it doesn't look as Wiggy. Okay, this wasn't a complete waste of my time like I thought it was alright, we go closer, so y'all can actually see whenever I put this wig on, I'm gon na go ahead and tighten the straps in the back. I guess I just have a small head. Cuz, I always have to do this whenever I get wigs and sometimes even in their tightest position, it's still too big, and then I have to sew an elastic bands of the back okay. This one fits well. I actually tightened it too much and I got ta loosen it. I'M gon na make a line with this eyeliner cuz. Knowing me I'm gon na forget where I said I wanted to wake the guy soon, as I take it off so now, I'm gon na take this gossipy glue, Joe the black one do not buy the yellow one. It'S trash doesn't work so much better. The yellow one turns super white when it dries this one is more clear. This is an interesting attempt at this. I feel like it was successful. Ish um, I got what I wanted out of it. I would say that, but I just like when it comes to waste. Yes, I wear wigs. I will call myself more of like an intermediate beginner because I'm not bleaching anybody's not like. I understand the concept of plucking, but I'm not customizing any frontals like I came to any of that. I can just put it on my head and do minimal blending, though now I'm gon na take a bow, dryer and speed up the process of this dry because YouTube girls say it's supposed to be tacky before you stick your legs down. I see why people reach their knots now cuz, I'm looking at PO sign. I do see them, but the thing about me is: I know that if I try to do that, I would mess up the whole unit, so I'm just gon na leave him. I do appreciate the fact that they left these little hairs out because it just makes it look better to lay these down, I'm just using some eco styler. I know you to cancel eco styler, but I did not so I'm gon na get up so y'all can like see how they actually look all the way down and I'll probably insert some pictures just so you can get like a better full look at them. This is what it looks like. Let me turn this one up cause. This will be making it look super plastic, it's obviously doctor in here, but this is what it looks like just with a regular room, light on and a lamp on, and there obviously is some shine to the braids, but it isn't newly as plastic.
