Yes, we are doing a holiday collab on this channel and i'm super excited about it. This is my first holiday series on my channel, so i'm really excited. I know y'all probably see me popping in and other people's collabs, but this is my collab, so you're gon na be seeing a couple people pop in here and there to celebrate for the holidays and we're going to be bringing you some wig slayish anything wigalicious. So i'm really excited about this. Today, we're going to be talking about this lemonade, braided wig on my head. This video is sponsored by sam's beauty. I know i'm just rambling over here, but i got a lot to tell y'all about this wig. I know you're gon na stay and also give this video a thumbs up for me. I'M just gon na go ahead and show you guys how i put this wig on and then i'll talk to y'all. So so, okay guys, so we are back. We are back. Let me go ahead and give you guys some specs, so this wig is called the wig. I guess that's the company, it is i've never heard of the wig, but it's the wig lemonade, braided lace, front 13x7, lace, box, braid and on the site. It'S only about 50, so this is a really affordable, wig, i'm here for it, i'm i'm really here for it. This wig is gon na come as you guys saw. I thought this wig was supposed to be in the middle. I went ahead and melted. This wig girl - i put this wig on my head. I thought i was doing something i went ahead and did all kind of stuff i glued her. I did some kind of baby hair action. I don't know what, whatever you want to call that and discovered that this wig is supposed to be on the side. So there's a part, that's going to be on the right side. As you see, and you get these nice beautiful cornrows. Look at these cornrows look. Can we take a minute to appreciate how neat these cornrows are, if you're seeing a little line right here? This is my wig cap guys. I did not go in and tint this lace at all. All i did was go in with some powder just to kind of get the lace to match the wig cap that i used. I used the brown wig cap. I felt like the brown wig cap kind of popped out, like the scalp effect more as opposed to using a black wig cap, and then i just went in with some powder a little bit of powder like in between these spaces. To kind of you know pop out those parts so you're gon na get all these nice beautiful cornrows. Here in the back guys she does have some box braids, but it's like on the cap, so you're going to get box braids kind of in between. But you can't see it so it's covered, so it's fine, it works for me. It'S on the cap. This wig does have some baby hairs, which i was debating, what to do with these baby hairs. I think i just want to go ahead and cut this off, because i don't know what i think i'm doing with this. I feel like it kind of needs something, but i think it'll be fine. If you just cut that off, you know what let's just cut it off, let's cut it, i think i think you can get away with just not having any kind of baby hairs. This wig, though there is one con which i'm really disappointed with, is that, as you see, this wig is not really coming down all the way to the sides. This wig, the cap, is too small. I wish the cap was bigger. This wig is so beautiful, but the cap is way too small, so i did have to like slick my hair and kind of brush it back and do all of that. This is kind of my edges right here. This is looking white because i used some gel sorry y'all. I was kind of over this wig. I was over the process of it because i actually started filming this wig hours ago. Okay and then i had to deal with the kids. As you hear, my dog is barking, the kids were hungry, we had to do some things and it was a process. The good part that i discovered when i shift the wig is that guess what i did not go in and melt this wig again y'all. I just like this. I just put this wig on my head. I just put this wig down. This wig is glueless y'all. This wig is glueless. Look, look, look! This wig is clueless. I'M scared to lift it up. I'M scared to lift it up, but for the most part it's pretty glueless and i think because i had some adhesive already on my head when i did shift it and wet it and put it down. My dog is trying to tell me he wants to go outside, so we we need to get this okay, okay, one second one, second, so because it did have a little bit of adhesive. I think my dog needs to go outside, so i think because it did have a little bit of adhesive on it already. I think it's working, i think you could honestly just get away with like putting some glue right here and tying it down, because this is not this is this is glueless. This is glue is y'all. The only issue is that it's so small that it might ride back, probably going with a wig grip. You know, but i think if you just like spray right here, you should be fine. I do wish that they had combs like on the side right here. There are no combs on the side. That'S the only issue the cones do kind of start way back in the cap. I need security right here, so maybe put some bobby pins or something to secure it. But if your head is not as big as mine, i'm about a 23 head size circumference, you should be fine. Also, my braids are super flat under here. You cannot wear this wig unless your hair is flat. My hair is flat and i think that's the only reason that i'm somewhat getting away with wearing this wig, but overall she is a beauty. Y'All like this wig is cute. You know what she is now that i did lift it. She is starting to slip a little bit, so you do need like some security right here and then just like tie it down. You should be fine, just pin it down. Ah, that's the only thing. Maybe if you pull it, pull it like from the stretchy part up she's a little bit too small for my head, but she should be fine. I'M gon na go ahead and cut this part off. Let'S see what that does. Wow that looks way cleaner to me. I think it just all boils down to personal preference, see see yeah. I think i think you can get away with not doing any baby hairs on this one guys it looks cleaner to me it looks better, but definitely you need some security on this one for sure, because she's starting to slide back see this is all glueless y'all. This is clueless, but this is glueless right now and she's fine. I think i do like no baby hairs. Y'All, let me know, do you like baby hairs or not? Maybe the baby hair has kind of saved it a little bit. I don't know but she's. So cute she's cute, i think we need the baby hairs. You know what i think you need the baby hairs on this one just to kind of because it's sliding. So just i don't know y'all. Let me know if you like, baby hairs or not baby hairs either way. I think she's super pretty. You can also jazz it up and put some little bit of sparkle on here. You know it's holiday time, go ahead and add some jazzle to your life. Look at that. That is pretty that's cute y'all, that's super pretty! I do like the braids. I feel like the braids are nice and neat. This wig is not too scratchy. It'S not too yarny. Sometimes these wigs just feel like a little. You know they just feel a little scratchy sometimes, but i like her, i think, she's cute y'all. Girl go ahead and get away with just putting it on your head. Like that, but it takes the beauty out of the cornrows, like that's the whole point of the wig yeah.
