Omg! I Found The Hair I Always Wanted! It'S A Wig! (Official Godiva'S Secret Wigs Video)

Hi everybody, i'm rochelle, the mother of the mother-daughter owners of godiva's secret wigs and we actually just finished a video with hannah who is esther's, mother and you'll have to watch it. It was amazing and guess what piece she's wearing tailor top. So tell me: what are you thinking about it? I just love it. I just absolutely love it. It'S it's feels like myself. The color feels more like me, and i guess i'm the kind of person that likes to be a little safe with it, so that it's more realistic sure when i'm out and about maybe maybe at some point, i'm going to be a little bit more daring. But for right now you know this feels safe and i think it's a fantastic first choice for you and you can put tailor top or any of our top pieces up down whatever you like, and i like that. I really like that because i love having ponytails. I love being able to put my hair up, but i also want to have it down and look nice yeah and right now. My hair is too thin great to really feel comfortable with it being down understood. Yeah makes a lot of sense. You'Ll have choices which, at the top that great i'm wearing long top right now with a headband which many of you have mentioned. So, if you're interested in how i did it put a comment down below and uh, maybe i'll make a video a quick one, just showing you how i how i'm wearing a long top with my hair, here's long top, here's my hair, oh wow! Oh so it's! Oh okay, yeah wow ta-da. I just shake my anyway great piece, so esther esther, the amazing esther, so we've met a couple of times and esther is just gorgeous in and out and through and through. So i had my uh big birthday party i gave for my husband and esther was one of our guests, and so we had so much fun because i had to drag esther and another couple of women into my wig room and one by one. They came out and we did a fashion show for their guys for the other people here. Wasn'T that fun it was so much fun. So did you ever do anything like that before ever i never wore wigs, because i don't know, i felt i always felt really insecure about my hair, and so i felt like wearing a wig would be worse because then i'd be like oh i'm insecure. So i'm wearing a wig because of you know so that, but then like when we were talking it was. It was like. I realized that it could just be about having fun it didn't have to be like a shameful thing. You know it could be like i'm wearing it, because it's fun too, it's not necessarily because yeah, i have certain insecurities with my hair and i can wear it because, like it's just fun too right. So thank you for saying that so beautifully because we wear some of us. We wear eyelashes. We have surgery, we get our nails done. We wear lipstick, we wear blush, we do things to make us feel good and to enhance ourselves. So, where is it that wigs in some people's mind, are negative and something to be shameful of? There is no shame yeah so and what i tell my new clients is like you're gorgeous, i'm not looking at you. If you had no hair. If you had tons of hair, i'm looking at just the beauty of you and so be who you want to be, and if someone says well wait a minute, you're you're wearing a short pixie wig. Is that your hair? You can just say this is a wig. I love it, isn't it cute on me and tomorrow i might be a long brunette that you stand in the choices that you make right, so those of women, some of you out there that are in fear about wigs, it's not just the wigs. So if you can look at the deeper meaning that shatter that might be going on in your head, what will people think that they will think i look silly well, who is the they first of all who's, more important than our core? Who we are? Who we love ourselves right, so it's so important many times. Wigs is a lesson in loving ourselves, no matter what we look like and no matter what we want who we want to look like. You know what i mean yeah, just like self acceptance, just like a way to express yourself like why we wear makeup or like what you're saying you know exactly it's listen to when you're thinking about purchasing a wig if you're not used to it. Yet listen for the judgment that you have about it, and can you actually sit down and say, okay? Why am i so fearful? Why am i making myself wrong for something i want and you might get down to something else, something that happened in your childhood. Somebody made fun of you, or you saw somebody else, be made fun of for trying something outside of the box, and so wigs can be a beautiful instrument for being more fully self-expressed yeah totally. So that's what we're going to do right now, my baby, so i'm going to put your hair back okay. So what would you say your hair? Do you have a hair complaint, or i mean you're just so gorgeous take my eyes off um yeah, it's just like it just feels really thin and it feels like it gets thinner, and i have the same thing in the back where i have like cowlicks, where It just like it parts in weird ways and okay um, so it's just like. Sometimes it's just really hard to do, because it's just like, i don't feel like there's enough to actually do much with it, so got it. Okay, i understand so just look to your left a minute. I just want to show everybody. I just made a little bun and this becomes the anchor that the wig sits over and that keeps the wig most times from popping up. Okay, occasionally women, some women will have a very flat head, like some women have a real flat. Tush love yourself, no matter what, but in that case, you'd sew a couple of our little metal clips on the bottom of the wig, clip it right there and it's not going to lift. So that's a good point very good. Thank you. We'Re the answer. Girls. So we're going to start off and again um esther has no idea what i'm putting on her and i'm just taking her on a tour, and we are just on a journey we're on a window she's exploring so the first wig is lacy in sugarcane r and, Let'S just see again you're gorgeous, i know our clients, our viewers, love to comment and they are going to always and send their love and they're all going to say. Oh my god, she is spectacular. Oh wow, i'm leaving it messy. I want you to like be over uncomfortable and not used to it. You know, so this is some women. They wear their hair like this, and this would have bangs, but right now, let's get those out of your eyes. So a wig never sits on your ears. It sits. I was wondering about that yeah yeah, because i guess, if the wind blows your ear, your ear has to show right. If the wind blows a little bit, you got it sure, but if you're putting the cap over your ear, it's gon na bother you. After an hour, it's not meant to be that way, so every wig comes around around the ear around. Well, that's actually cute, it's so wild because it's like there's a part of me. That'S like oh, it's like so much taller yeah. It'S like hard to believe that, like when people believe that this is my hair. Yes, they would yes, they would but um it's yeah. It'S interesting! There'S something about it. That'S like it makes me feel like a different person yeah exactly oh, i kind of like it with it scooted back a bit, but does that show? Does that mean? And so honestly, it could be scooted back and i just want to pull a little of your hair. Let'S just see if it's long enough, okay, just a little bit - i don't want to. I don't want to pull on your hair. Okay, every hair is precious, but i'm just here you are, i see it's almost the same. It'S close, but look at the color yeah. That'S amazing, so lacy is really fun for those of you that you like a full look. You like it messy, a lot of clients are like that and even if their hair is thin see i i like that. But danielle would say it's too full long. So, let's just take it down. Let'S just take it down there yeah it's interesting, isn't it yeah? I probably wouldn't have never picked it out for myself, but it's like huh, okay, it's it's good! It'S good! Let'S keep going. Lacey is fun, so i'm going to put you in trixie - and i know you love this color and so do i champagne and remember you know we can wigs are about be who the heck you want to be? It'S not. You know we're stuck with our own hair and if you don't, if you're not happy with your hair, like please don't pull on your hair and look at yourself in the mirror and say i hate my hair. I hate my hair because it's not loving yourself. So your hair is doing the best it can right yeah, so that is really cute trixie in champagne. Yeah just talk to me: what do you both think about trixie, the style and the color? I think i like the color, i feel like it like pops, my eyes, um yeah yeah it does, and it is, the style is like so different from anything that i'm used to that. It'S like hard to like, like i'm like sure, is this me right like if i saw somebody else with this it'd be like. Oh that's cute, and it is great on you and you know again. You'Ve got it made because you're young you're beautiful you can wear anything anything it doesn't matter, but it matters like what do you want to look like, so it may be too short. I feel like you like a little longer, but for everyone's benefit. I wanted to start esther out a little shorter. Okay, let's keep going okay, we are going to go with sabrina, which is just a edgy, a line. Oh it's getting a little bit longer, it's getting, i'm taking her a little bit longer. It actually reminds me of a cut you once had i mean in the front, oh in india yeah, you did have a cut there. Oh, i love that creamy toffee r, oh wow, and when you look way to your left, i want everyone to see. Look at this a-line cut. It'S amazing you're not seeing it, but it's cut like this short in the back coming long in the front. That'S that's your tail! Oh that's mine! The color is so right that i got ta tuck it in yeah. I'D definitely be curious to see like how that looks like with a mirror or something i'll show you after, but you can also. You can have one side in the back. You can put both sides behind your ears. That'S cute! That'S interesting! Wow, yeah yeah! It'S really different, and this is where you get into what mood are you in today, yeah totally? What are you going to be doing? Are you running errands? Do you want a romantic night? You know whatever it's all up to you. Next, i'm putting you in billy and shelly: oh yeah, billy is a lace front wig and oh again, this color and style is just great. Oh you like it that way, yeah! So, let's part it a little bit better get some of those hairs. So if you have a, if you own a wig with bangs and then the hair is long, the first thing to do is get the long hair out of your bangs, get it on the side and if it moves a lot, you can always just back comb That hair to the side of your uh, the side of your wig, talk to me about billy. This feels like it suits me more like it like, just it's more to my head like it feels like it could be me, you know yes, so yeah, and you know i what i'm looking at, because i still look with a critical eye and i'm i'm not Just saying, oh, i like it i'm looking at why i like it, are you vegetarian and i know you eat super clean super super duper clean, so women, especially young women, that are super healthy, their hair is super shiny and we all are paying a billion dollars. A year for shiners for our hair, so if a wig looks too shiny for you look at your own hair, maybe your hair from being colored or a little damaged or dry over time. Maybe it has faded or it's not as shiny, but there are ways we do have a video on how to soften and fade the shine of a new wig. But if we had, if we offered wigs that didn't have a little shine, you would all say: oh that wig looks old, that wig doesn't look healthy. No, so so we make a choice when we're creating wigs for you, and so these are the choices that the majority of women love and you might consider even getting a shiner for your wig or for your own hair. So what do you think about the color hannah on esther? Well, i guess i have a hard time with the darker, oh, the roots, the roots. I have a hard time with the roads, okay, but i i kind of like the color on her and it's really funny because people always say we kind of look a little bit like each other, and so sometimes when i look at esther. It reminds me of me as a young person, so with the blonde hair. My hair was really really blonde when i was younger and so the roots nowadays, it's again about the illusion, and it could make sense that her hair was dark. She dyed it blonde. The roots are growing out, yeah, you know, or maybe she was originally blonde dyed. Her hair brown, i mean there's a story with roots, but the thing is, it just causes you to look and it pulls out the dimension of the dark. With the light it pulls out your eyelashes, the deepness in your eyes, it's just it's very flattering. On many women, i love wigs with roots. My top piece has roots: oh yeah, yeah, and so does yours. Oh it doesn't. Your tailor. Top is a soft little root. It'S just a little bit, but it looks natural yeah because remember it's all about illusion. So, let's keep going. I haven't felt the tickle yet from you. So i'm going to take you in another kind of a wavy wig. I want to see it on you. This is dakota and this is vanilla bean. This is one of our kind of a beach beach wave. Oh my gosh, oh my gosh, oh yeah, that's like the hair that i've always wanted. Wow did i hear the tickle eye holy crap? I know what yeah yeah. That'S, oh my gosh. What are you feeling when you look? What what that's what i want my hair to look like on a normal basis like this is like dream: hair yeah! It'S amazing! This is a lace front wig. I want to show you how low. Let'S start low, oh okay, oh you can go slower. Well, you can't go lower really, but i want you to see the lace front as i back it up. Let me take you lower. You see it looks like your scalp is growing and it comes right up to your hairline and then i want you to do it. Put your hands underneath and fill the tabs underneath put your both your hands under here, fill those little curvy tabs and make sure they're even on each okay. There you go and it's flat, yes, wow yeah is that my hair, that is my hair. Yes, let's pull down a little and it is the color of your hair. It is crazy, so there we go wow wow, oh my gosh. It'S just amazing that looks beautiful. It is amazing, yeah, that's incredible yeah and it's just like a beach wave and so really with the beach wave. I don't really brush it. I make sure my fingers are clean because the amazing part of this, unless you do want to brush it, is all the pc, the different layering on this wig, and it's just amazing so go up and look close. You'Ve got to see that, oh my gosh here right here there you go and can the part change. Can you change the sure, not that i really want to just curious? Well, let's make a little zigzag part just like a little snake, oh wow. So to me, even if you're used to parting, your own hair on one side, look and see what makes the wig look best. So, even if it's not the way, you part it typically you're going for how does the wiggle it best on you yeah and so, but yes, some wigs mean people will write and ask. Can i part a wig any way i want, and the answer is yes, you can part it any way you want, but let's see how it looks best on you, yeah, not just because you're used to parting it right to left or left to right. It'S beautiful, it is, it's absolutely gorgeous wow, that's gorgeous. Can you put it up too? Well, let's just see, let's just pull these pieces up and again i would do it messy and even leave some pieces down. You could clip it. Okay, yeah and it's just look to your laptop. I just want everybody to see wow. If i flip it yeah, it's just great. You can put it. You know once the wig starts getting longer, you can put it back wow because it is layered. All this hair is not going to fit back in a ponytail, but i don't think that would look nice anyway. I mean it looks really cute. I think it looks really cute when you have a ponytail and there's a little bit there. Some pieces yeah yeah. Yes, but oh yeah, i mean it's, it's beautiful. It'S gorgeous, dakota dakota, we'll have to remember dakota. Oh, we are okay. Let'S continue so i think we're all in agreement that light blonde is where it's at for esther. So i know esther wanted to try this and i am putting it on her. This is thin. Canvas wow in champagne, again wait a minute. This is candace, this is candace, so we sell a wig called candace and then another style called thin candice, which is much thinner, and i have it here too. So this is candace. This is an ooh la la, oh, my god, right yeah and there's so much. You can do with canvas yes, because it's really long hair right and that's that's the fun so sometimes i'll pull mine up. Oh that's cute! Oh that is way cute. I have to get a clip and do this right now. It'S very cute yeah. So it's just taking pieces you're not going for perfection and to me just in my opinion, if you work too hard to make a wig look great, it's going to start to look funny. Let it be a messy! That'S our hair. Our hair is messy yeah. So can you look to your left? I just want everybody to sing wow, that's pretty cute! Isn'T so if you want more height, you clip it up higher. Let'S say that, oh god, it's just that's candace. Let'S say you want to take some sides and you just want to twist them and pull it back and keep the splatter. You can do that too. You can put some fresh daisies in here yeah, i think. Can these ones go up like? Is it lace? You could it's not lace front, but because of the root you can do different things i see, and you can also manipulate the hair by back combing it. So if i want to keep it from falling down, oh nice, so easy. It'S just plain and experimenting with it kind of knowing what you can do. Let'S say you want to like. I have with my canvas, sometimes i'll make a really cute little braid and then i'll bring it all over here. Oh, that would be cute or one long. Braid, like i have this sure, oops yeah, oh yeah, that's way cute and you could tighten this up and clip it. You know put some bobby pins right here, wow, so it's just plain. I could also twist it down low and clip it and put it all. Oh, that's cute! So with candace or any long wig you get lots of options when you just look to your left, so everybody can see. So i'm just right now we're not going out esther's not going out we're just playing. So i'm just giving you some ideas to help you create now. Let'S look, compare candace to thin canvas okay, so this is regular. This is canvas quote unquote. Candace. Now i'm going to put thin candace on you, which is another gorgeous very popular wig and remember you. Can always have these wigs trimmed shorter, so up at the hairline, even the tabs, that was the difference. This one has less hair less hair. Do you, oh yeah, just closer to the head yeah, it looks like a little more little stronger like that better yeah, very pretty a little straighter a little longer. It reminds me of my hair when i was a little younger really. I agree yeah when i was like a teenager. I used to grow it like that. Okay, so you had very long hair at one point: yeah: okay, yeah. I i like that one better than the other one. The first one was the thicker canvas, yeah thin canvas yeah. That seems to fit a little better. It'S in your comfort zone, but it's taking you into some different looks it does yeah. Is it shorter up there in front? It'S got a little bit of a bang, but remember that's actually still clip it back. Oh wow, oh yeah, that's good! I like that. That'S right! I really like it yeah you both like your hair clip behind and i can even take more and you just take piece by piece until you're. Like oh, yes, see. That'S what i was waiting for, that, oh, yes, you can clip it down low. You can put it, however, you want it. I like that. I like that a lot gorgeous, so i've taken you from pretty short to very long, so how you know. How does that feel? Would you? Where is your tickle? What what's attracting you, i guess like i, i love the length like it's really nice and then i also really love the curly. You need both that's how it goes yeah, so i've got another couple of surprises. Okay, goodies. I want to put on you so close. Your eyes, okay and don't open till i sing. I won't close my eyes. It'S kind of hard to close my cute thumb clothes come on. Keep them closed. Keep them close. You got ta, keep the surprise, so the fun at any age. For those of you that are just out there like me, you know i don't care if people look so what this is my time in this lifetime, i like experimenting and looking different ways. Okay, i love it. Oh i want it. Oh my gosh wow talk about this. Can i go look at this part too. Up close, yes, go, go, go, look! Okay! There you go so that wig is called crystal and it's like. It only comes in this beautiful pink. Oh my gosh and i love wearing it. I mean i wear it out with jeans and a pink top or i wear all black, oh my god and the so. The funny funny thing is when i wear my pink crystal i'm out and about, and do you know if i'm walking people don't look at me, they don't very few people will say because they think it's my hair and they don't know what to say about it, Because i'm a little older, you know yeah, but i and i do it and then some women or young, your age, my age, will come up to me and say: oh, my god, who did your hair? I want that color and i say: well, you could have it too, but isn't that fun? It is yeah. It'S really cute on you. So what would you think hannah if your daughter esther wore this and you were going out to dinner? I have no problem. Hey. Bravo, no and this can be clipped and everything too heck yeah, oh my gosh, so let me just show you there you go so sometimes again i'll just twist it and then this is my your hair and you make sure to hot. You know have a few pieces down to hide. I was just looking at the wig itself and it doesn't it's not every single hair, that's pink! Oh! So that's why you can have a little strand of your own hair out and then yes, blending, just fine yeah. It looks fine, it's just great. It looks like you. Had your hair done, yeah yeah, i really like it. Do you see how that got hurt? That'S what i'm talking about like now on this video. We have seen esther kind of lose it in a gorgeous fun way because the wig connected with her something about it. So if you're watching videos and you're watching danielle - and i put wigs or you're watching, you know any of our models and something connects with you, that is a big hint for you. It'S and if you go, oh, no, not for me, that's a big hint! So not to judge it's just you getting more information, so you will find wigs that help. You express yourself to that's really nice. I like that yeah, so wow wow, all right so talk to me about what is what do you want to try again? What do you think you want, because our gift for esther for being our courageous model, is she gets to choose any wig she wants. I really love the like. Also the hairstyle of this, like, i feel like the way that it falls. It just suits me like really well um. I do love the color as well, but yeah. Like probably, i need to try the wavy one again, because it's like yeah, i don't know because this one and that one and even the long canvas there's something about sure. As well - and you know, the first wig is always the hardest. So if you're ordering order two or three and then you can return, oh when you get it, what doesn't work and you know see you thought i was going somewhere else and i am because many times women will try them two or three or four or seven, That they order and say, oh my god, i love this about this one. I love this about this one. They keep them and when you're switching wigs i mean honestly, i have wigs that are over 12 years old, oh wow, because i'm not over wearing just one. I'M switching off and um, it's really fun to switch, and then your wigs last forever. So even the tabs. Okay, you do your thing. I do really love this one i feel like it like is probably the most like my own yeah at this point like so, it would probably be like a good way to like ease into the transition. Yes, you know something like this and um yeah, but i really like this one like i feel like it's easy like i feel like. I don't have to like think about. Okay, where are the bangs and what are they doing? You know - and so it's kind of just like this is this - is probably cuz. It matches my own way that i would wear my hair um, i'm just playing just getting that out of your eye. Okay, oh yeah, just playing, because these little clips are so fun and we sell them on our website yeah. So you sell clips too yes, bigger, claw clips nice tortoiseshell black, and these our little mini clips are so fun to put anywhere i'll, make a long braid with my wig or anything and then i'll put a one of these in each little braid. Each little twist and turn it's so fun so just to show you that, do you want to try one of the long wigs one of the candice wigs again sure, are you thinking both? Do you want to try both again, no probably the thin one thin canvas yeah, that's what we were thinking would be. That was the one we all kind of fell in love with too yeah. So i just took a dakota off you and now we're doing thin. Canvas so right at the hairline right there. Okay, it's got a little baby. Bang. Is this one, your favorite mom yeah, almost almost yeah, i'm trying to figure out between well all three, though the pink and the wavy, and that one there yeah. I just wanted to try. It has to be what you feel look feel the best in, so you can keep by putting the side hair around your ears. You can bring more of it away. You can put your sunglasses up at the top of any wig for a realistic look. Oh no one ever thinks you're wearing a wig when you got sunglasses. I don't know it's crazy, but it is true. Try that beautiful, it is beautiful. You couldn't make a wrong way, but you have a point there with the wavy wig. It'S close enough to your yeah. That'S the thing that you're easing into it, yeah, um or not, or not, or not, just because you're, but then she needs to sing one well, we'll do another. You know we should go proceed slowly and if you want to do it, but at your age and your look, the world is your oyster. You can create anything you want, you can look any way you want and you just walk and you take it on like, like i do like your mother, does in her tailor top i love it. You forgot you even had it all. I did but see this one actually brings your eyes out more more than the curly one, because more blinders yeah it's lighter and it just it's giving you a dimension that the way everyone doesn't um, interesting yeah. What do you think, like i, i don't know like it's cute and i feel like the wavy one i'll, probably wear more, if that makes sense, because i feel like because it's a little shorter more every day, i'm gon na put this other. Let'S just make sure this is billy. Okay, billy was really great too, and we want your comments. I like that one better than this one yeah for sure yeah. It'S like oh it's! This is why our clients have more than one. You know, because that's just the way it goes yeah. Okay, okay, oh i like that. I really do like that one. I i don't know this feels like the most me like. I feel like i can connect to it like. They'Ll be like too obvious yeah, it's all up to you. It'S all up to you when you look in the mirror, but how do you feel it feels really good like it just makes me happy like i feel like this one.
