Hey everyone! In this video I show you how to do a Rope Twist Side Braid. It's a really simple braid/twist that only takes a few minutes!

Steps:

1. Take a section at the top by your part.

2. Divide into 2 equal sections.

3. Cross front piece over the back piece.

4. Add hair to the front piece and cross over.

5. Repeat step 4 until you have done this to all of your hair.

6. Finish with a rope twist.

Hey everyone welcome to my channel simply Daisy today. We'Re gon na learn how to do this rope twist a side braid, it's really simple, braid and then takes about 10 minutes to let's get started. So the first thing we're going to do is take a section up at the top by our part, then we're going to divide it into two equal sections and cross the front piece over the back beat then we're going to take a section at the front and Add it to that front piece and cross over again we're going to take a section from the front. Add it to that now front piece and cross over, so we're going to continue in this pattern of taking a section from the front, adding it to that front. Piece and crossing over all the way down until we've added in all of our hair. So now we've added in all of our hair, we're going to do a rope twist, so if you're crossing over one way you're going to twist each piece, the opposite direction. So if you're crossing over to the right, you twist each piece to the left and once you're done twisting you cross it over then continue twisting each piece and crossing over until you've done this to all of your hair. Once you're done doing this to all of your hair, you take your hairband and finish it off now, if you want to, you can pull out a few sections from the top of the braid and you're done. So this is the final look of the rope twist side braid, as we added in sections from the top as we twisted each piece over the other, and once we add you that all of our hair, we finished it with a rope twist. Thank you. So much for watching it make sure to subscribe down below, and if you liked this video, please give it a thumbs up, and I will see you next week, bye

LaurelsCurls: It looks very nice!! Flat-twisting is what I've always called that type of "adding in" twisting. I do a lot of twist-outs (twisting the hair overnight with some type of leave-in conditioner and styler in it, then releasing the twists the next morning to produce defined curls) on my curly textured hair. Thanks for sharing :)
