Hey guys welcome back to my channel Lady Justice, and here my husband did remodel our closet, so I do have a new filming area. If you like, when you setup, please be sure to give this video a thumbs up, and let me know what you think about it in the comment section in today's video I'll be showing you one of my go-to styles for Jayla. Sometimes I use rubber bands with this style. Sometimes I don't, but for this particular day I when it's used over bands, because I wanted it to last for at least two weeks - and I will show you later in the video - how I'll prepare the rubber bands. So they don't cause breakage. So if you want to see how we created this style, then keep on watching I'm going to start our freshly washed and conditioned hair, and I'm going to part our hair from ear to ear. I'M going to be working on the front section. First, I'm going to add my leave-in conditioner to the back and put the back section and a couple ponytails. Just until I get ready to twist it up. I split the front of our hair down the middle and add my leave-in conditioner oil and my hair milk. Then I twist it up to keep it stretched. I did the same products to the other side and I added a little bit of gel to the roots. Just to keep her hair from getting frizzy, and now I'm just going to braid of hair, I'm going to braid some straight back braids, but you can really do a lot with it section. One time I braided a heart right in the center I've added zigzag parts. If you want to see a different variation of this style, let me know - and I can show you, but today, I'm just going to do some regular straight back braids. Then I'm going to apply a rubber band once I add the rubber band, i twist the remaining hair and then when I get to the end of the twist, I wrap the end of the twist around my finger to make it curl. If I feel like her hair is drying up, I add water from my spray bottle. I just like the way her twists come out when I twisted on wet hair versus dry hair and her twist tends to stay longer that way as well. I just repeat all these steps until the top of her head has been braided. You you, I finished the front overhead, I'm going to show you how I like to prepare my rubber bands. I like to take a kid's medicine cup. It'S a cup you get when you buy children's Tylenol or Advil, and I spray a little bit of oil in there and my rubber bands and mix it up. I make sure the rubber bands are all coated evenly and I feel like this does protect your hair. It does keep the hair moisturized under the rubber band and it doesn't cause any type of breakage. So every time she wears rubber bands. This is what I do so. The rest of this style is very simple. You just part the hair. However, you want I'm going to make my sections pretty big once you have your section, you add your rubber band and twist the hair, as I said before, you can totally skip the rubber bands, I'm just using them today, because I know my daughter's hair and in About four days, her roots will lift and they will become frizzy. So I just wanted to keep her hair looking nice for Christmas. So that's why I added them today, so I hope you guys enjoyed this style. I thought it was pretty easy if you did give it a thumbs up.
