Foreign s, welcome back to my channel. If you are new here, welcome now's a good time to go ahead and subscribe. Of course, as you guys can see, today's video is in collaboration with love me hair. I'Ve done a couple videos for them in the past and I absolutely love their wigs. So whenever I get a chance to try new companies, of course, if I do love it, I like to kind of just run it back a couple times all right. So, of course, inside of the Box, they give you a ton of goodies. Of course, usually you get a wig cap. They also give you like this satin wig band um, or I guess like I want to say a scarf right and then also like this mirror. You get a brush and, of course, the wig, so this unit that I'm actually going to be wearing today is a 20 inch deep wave and it does already come in like this ombre color. They actually do have this new uh Edge formula right. So it's actually called kinky edges. I'Ve never really heard of it before, but I was really curious to actually try it. So I went ahead and used um one of my uh, true scalp tapes. I believe that's what it's called to actually uh just kind like mimic. Scalp so that I didn't have to use um an actual wig cap or anything like that. I do actually already have my hair cornrows and all that good stuff, but I'm just gon na go ahead and kind of show you what it is that I do to the actual units to kind of prep it. So, as you guys can see, the cap is adjustable and it also comes with these elastic bands that kind of work like bra straps, and so I go ahead and just kind of attach that to itself, and then I like to adjust it on. Like the tightest one just because, like I know for the most part, I don't like it to be like overly loose, and I usually want my wig to fit very snug that way. All that I have to worry about is the flaps y'all, okay. So, of course, here I am kind of admire myself and, of course, making fun of my little Auntie earrings that I've been in love with literally, you will see these for like the next couple of videos, so quick, look at the wig, it's giving like Beyonce Vibes. This is a 13x4, so usually I get uh 13 by six wigs, but I wanted to kind of show a little a love and attention to the 13x4 because of course, when it comes to curly hair, you don't really have to worry too much about The Parting. Here'S a quick look at what the hairline looks like it is supposed to mimic really nice and natural hair, and so I can see that it was kind of tweezed out just a little bit in the front. The lace does appear to be very transparent and the hair was super full, so y'all know one of my favorite products to use when applying uh, wigs, just kind of like in a glueless way is the Broner Brothers pump it up, and so I am just going To go ahead and apply that to the edges of the wig. I don't have to do this like in the temple area or anywhere across the forehead, just because everything fit really really snug. And if you don't know, I'm one of those people that don't really like to tack down their wigs, not too too crazy about that process. Just because when I lay down and go to sleep, I literally want to be able to just sleep comfortably and free, but you guys can see here. I am just taking my tweezer and lightly just kind of pulling out any additional hairs that I kind of felt like just needed to go right. I didn't want to go overboard with really customizing this. I really want you guys to get a true look of what the unit kind of looks like when you first get it and how to kind of maintain it and manage it as well. So if you are a beginner and you're not too comfortable when it comes to like wigs and stuff, I try to make my videos as beginner friendly as possible because of course, y'all know we can have these wigs laid and slate. But realistically, if you don't have a ton of money and you're still wanting to get the look for Less, I definitely want to kind of give you as much benefit as possible and if you're going to be investing in wigs, I know that they are not always The cheapest, but I want to do my part in just making sure that you at least know how to install it and kind of get some of the leg work done at home, and this is just a quick look at the hair. Of course, you guys can see, I did go ahead and just kind of brush everything out y'all. When I tell you it was giving Beyonce. If you know the album comment down below I'm not really. I don't know I don't really know too too much, but so all that I'm gon na do from here is pretty much just part: the hair um. If y'all hear Dakota in the background, it's because she's having the time of her life all right. If y'all don't know, I got a Cane Corso, so there's that, but I am going to go ahead and take the care care wax stick just to kind of smooth down the edges. I like to just hit it at the base and then actually take my hot comb to uh. Just really make sure that everything is kind of laid down and you guys can see the knots did already come. Pre-Bleached um, like I said it, does look like there's like a very light plucking as well um. You guys can see that it doesn't matter where you park this unit. You were still able to kind of give scalp so keep in mind. I do have that. Wig cap up underneath, but it's not tacked down in any like particular way. It'S literally just on my head for the sake of just covering my braids at this point so uh, but you guys will see I'll go back and forth with the character wax. Stick all the way up until I get to the top of the part. I'M gon na do this on both sides, and then this is kind of where I make the decision of like hey. Did I want to wear it like blown out, or did I really want to kind of like tame the curls? I feel like for the sake of the video I might as well tame the curls right like. Why not, of course, all the details to the actual unit will be listed down in my description box below and in my opinion I feel like the hair was really really soft to touch. Of course, I did get some shedding just naturally, because I did go ahead and kind of tweeze out just a little bit of the hairline in the beginning, and also once it's time for me to trim off this lace. Of course, I'm gon na get just a tiny bit more shedding, so it's kind of hard to tell what the hair would do. I guess like in the long scheme of things, but for now so far so good, and I already do have this sack down with that pump it up. If, for any reason, you have any areas that kind of are like lifting, don't be afraid. To just add a little bit more um and then just go back in with the blow dryer kind of use, your comb to brush all the hair out. I did go ahead and just take one of my wig bands y'all. This is just my favorite one, so I think I got it off Amazon and it does have just an elastic grip in the back which or is it called velcro yeah, it's Velcro on the back, so it makes it really easy to just put on and go Don'T have to worry about like tying anything up, so here's a quick look at the hair. I decided not to trim anything off. I wanted to keep this as uh to the point as possible, so you guys can see I'm just going to work with one side at a time I'm actually taking some of my cream of nature, um mousse, just to kind of smooth everything all throughout the hair And you don't want to be like overly heavy-handed with this. Obviously, whatever mousse you use should work fine, but definitely make sure you grab one. That'S going to be a little bit more of a light hold because you don't want the hair to be like super crunchy, because we are going to use the diffuser just to kind of like dry this. So I use maybe about a handful of mousse and then also uh, just water. I don't have anything special in the spray bottle at all and I'm just using a paddle brush to kind of like Smooth everything through and you'll see some areas where it kind of gets straight. So I'll go ahead and just kind of like use my hand to scrunch that up a bit and you'll see me do this throughout the entire perimeter of the hair, because the goal is just to kind of get all the curls to be like uniformed, and everything Going in the same direction, so you'll see me kind of just go throughout the hair kind of get everything just heated up or pretty much dry from this point, it's dry as possible before doing anything and be very mindful not to like rake your fingers through once It is dry because you really want to keep the curls intact, so I'm just going to go through and then I'll be right. Back foreign you wan na get up for every morning. Thank you all right, babes. So, of course, these are the kinky edges, so they are supposed to mimic, of course, African-American textured hair, which I don't even want to just claim that for African-American hair I feel like there's so many other ethnicities that do have a kinkier texture. For me, I don't know that it was necessarily needed to be completely honest. I do definitely see the difference. It does give me more of a textured feel uh, but I'm not somebody that usually wears their edges like just like an afro natural form. Typically, it is going to be a little bit more styled. So, of course, I did go ahead and just take a little bit of edge control just to smooth everything back and then I just kind of Twisted it. I wanted to see like what that would look like if I decided to do like a little pinch over look and you guys can see the color is Flowing really really well. Everything has like a nice luster, I'm going to contribute that not only to the hair but also to the mousse. So if you are looking for something to kind of give you that damp, you know wet hair really. With her look, I highly recommend doing the diffuser method and then this is a 20 inch, so I'm 5'2, if you guys, are curious. The hair came down to about the middle of my back: y'all disregard having a little dance mode, okay, but it's giving Goldilocks. So this is pretty much it for the video you guys. Definitely let me know you guys think about it down below. I made it a point not to over tweeze this and really kind of customize it to the best of my ability. Just because I wanted to keep everything as beginner friendly as possible, so I'm really curious to hear your opinion. Would you guys try this? Are you even interested in the uh kinky edges? What does that mean to you and then, of course, like I said, the units are glueless, so you already know I went ahead and just removed this, and that makes it a lot easier to reinstall the next day because you don't have to worry about the curls. Beyond all Smash and stuff, so definitely let me know what you guys think I love you so much stay pretty and I will see you in my next video bye babies. Thank you.

Dawn: That looks so realistic, very pretty
