Prepping Braid Hair For Knotless Braids | Save Hours

It'S lit beauties, we have finally moved in and your girl is so excited. But today is our first official video in the suite and we are going to be separating this braid hair for your appointments. Now i have two different kinds of braid racks. I have this one, and this is actually a thread rack and um. I got this at walmart for like 10 bucks, they may be more expensive now because everyone uses them and spray racks, and you know how how they start jacking the price up on things when it becomes high demand, so they may be more than ten dollars now, But i used this one and my best friend bought me this one for christmas, and this thing is pretty cool. Today'S gon na be gon na, be my first day using it and um. I can't remember the name that it's from, but i think it's like it's something with a t and the last name such as m, but i will be sure to drop that down in the comment section below, but it is from a black owned company. This month is black history month, so i'm trying my best to support all black owned businesses all around. But this is a christmas gift from my best friend, so i'm able to prep for two possibly three clients at a time depending on the style which is really good because it saves a lot of time. As i said, because standing here and sectioning off this hair really does take time, so you want to knock off as much time as possible, especially when you're doing braids, because braids already take a long time to do so. That'S how my morning is going so far. One of my clients had made me a qr code scanner for my window and when i tell y'all that is something y'all should really invest in it's not even expensive. You could probably do it yourself, but i wanted to support my friend's business, but the thing works and i've been seeing a lot of women walk past my window and then they'll come back with their phone and i'll see them scan my code. So it's definitely working. I'M trying to try all marketing strategies possible because i am determined to go viral this year, y'all one way or the other. I am determined to go viral and only for good things, nothing negative, so yeah, i'm super excited uh. My vision board is the vision. Is clear, y'all? I can see everything having that board on my wall next to my bed. I look at it every morning and i've already crossed off one big thing, my salon sweet. So i really feel like this is my year. Y'All, i've never really just felt like that. You know every year, everybody, oh, this is my year this my year, no, like, i really feel like 2021 is my year. I'M gon na accomplish everything i set out to everything i want i'm gon na get, regardless of anything, i'm coming for everything, that's mine. Do you hear me and you should be doing the same too? I know covet is still out there, but don't let that get you down in the press like it's here, it's gon na be here, so you just got ta adjust with it and you know, keep doing what you do. Make your money build generational wealth, break those generational uh curses, because we're not living like that. No more everything you want! You gon na get set your mind to it. Set your goals do what you need to do to accomplish them and you gon na get whatever it is that you want serious and i know being in the beauty industry. It is very scary, jumping out there taking that leap of faith, especially when you're comfortable in your own home and all of that. But when you get to a certain point, you start to realize i'm above working at home, like i don't want all these people and their spirits and their energy traveling through my house with me and my kids, sleep like you, don't want that um. If you, if a client is pissed off at you, you don't want them knowing where you live, where you, you know where you and your kids sleep at night. That'S not what you want, because then that leads to other issues and i've heard a few stories. So you don't want those problems, so i suggest everybody work towards the bigger goal.
