Welcome to Keira Metz diary. This tutorial is on this jumble goddess twist ponytail. I was going to start by showing you the products that I will be using in this video. So this is a value pack. As a shake-and-go braiding hair, there is 3 i1c bundles of braiding hair in this pack, and this is the edge control that I'll be using. But, and by up in New York it's called 24-hour edge, tamer ultimate hold, and then I use black gel and it's eco styler, no alcohol, I'm gon na have my Bristol brush some hair jewelry that I'll be putting in the front of my hair. I have some elastics to secure the ends of the jumbo twists and then my Alice hair tie is the only one I use so here my hair is already parted. The middle part is where I'm going to be braiding, so I'm just going to unravel it. After its unraveled and detangled, I go in with my edge tamer. I just apply it to the edges of the hair, the front and the sides, but not all through the part that I'll be braiding just on the edges and then they'll begin to braid the hair back. If you're doing a low ponytail, you braid it all the way to the back, if we'll be in the middle of the head, your head, the middle. If you want a very high one, you stop at the topic, cetera, you guys get the point and there is my braid afterwards I'm going to go in with my eco styler and it's um the max hold so number ten. I apply it only to the edges and then, as I brush it through, my hair will be distributed evenly. I actually have a video and exactly how I lay my edges. It'S more detailed. It shows the products it shows the techniques everything of that sort, I'll actually leave the link to the video in the description box. I believe it was a second last video that I uploaded. Then I go back in and with my brush, and I just like it through so here you see that I don't apply it everywhere, just do Maja's and then, as I brush it it's distributed evenly as I did see what happened and then I go in and Do it on the other side as well? It'S so messy! I got it all on my forehead. It'S okay, never forget the back of your head. Ladies and I going with the brush again, and I repeat the same thing that I did on the other side. I actually have crazy heat damage, so I cut a lot of it off today. So if you guys can't tell there is a difference in the legs, I feel so much better, though I'm actually considering doing an undercut because that's where it is the worst and it's breaking and, as I said, it's driving me nuts, but for now I'll wait it Out, I'm just brushing up the hair all over again making sure it's neat and what it is neat enough for me I'll go in with my edge control and I'll just apply a little bit to my edges like so, and then I'm going and lay it the Way I want my hair to lay. I call this, the molding step user to mold your edges. I tried with the toothbrush and it didn't work for me. I just stick to my bristle brush for the gel, the edges, everything and when I am done, I go in with my hair tie and I tie down my hair securely and tightly until it is dry again. My ears were very sore. My hair wasn't completely dry, but once it is you take it off and that's how it should look. You take two out of the three bundles of braiding hair. I just put it together. I detangle it or undo the braid, I'm just talking to my boyfriend there, and then you attach it to your bun. Then, when that's attached, you take the last bundle of braiding hair, and then you attach it to the opposite side of where you put the two bundles at the beginning. Once it attached is attached, you go when you begin to twist it all the way down to the end, and when you get to the bottom of the twist, you just take one of the hair elastics in you secure it. So it does not unravel and then after that I begin to wrap it around. When I did my hair like this for Christmas, I wrapped it around after and I don't know I didn't it's, it was a bit harder. I didn't really like the way it look. So I decided for the video I would wrap it before i twist the two bundles that I put together, then I go in with the hair pin and just secure the twist in place. You don't have to make sure it's perfect at this point, but you can, if you, if you choose to if it makes you feel better. Usually I just perfect everything at the end and when that's done you go in and you do the next side. It'S pretty long, which I love. It wasn't like the regular expressions pack it's much longer than that. You just put the hair in half and then you begin twisting twisting twisting I had to retouch up that part there. I hate seeing bulges and my twist and again when you get to the end, you just secure it with a hair elastic and when you're done securing it, you can go back up your edges, pin down the twist. That'S wrapped around just perfect the ponytail. I believe next time I'm gon na use three packs for the Jumbo ponytail, not the one that's wrapped around, but for the actual jump the actual twist. I just want it to be a bit fuller, but I'm content with the way it looks here then you're going to go in with your jewelry. If you choose to do so, you don't have to, but I like the way it looks at the end when it has the added jewelry makes it look a bit more fancier, and this is a finished product. I love it it's for any occasion. If you're going some reformed ole, I just work for Christmas, and then I wore it to work. It lasted me about a week. I love it, love it love. It got plenty of compliments on it and then in my last video my one month update. It was also requested that I did a tutorial on this look as well, so here you have it, and that is the finished look. I hope you guys like it. I hope it's easy to follow and I hope you try it out.
