Hey you guys welcome back to my channel, so I am super excited about this video today guys because the South came out super super dope, so yeah. My client brought me a picture of the style that she wanted me to recreate for her. She actually had gotten these braids before, but I did have record it, so it was like back last year sometime, so I decided to bring it to you. Guys today is just to show you guys to stuff, and hopefully you guys like it make sure you leave me a comment if you do and like this video, so first we're going to be starting off with parting, her hair from front to back and then we're Going to part off the other six sections as equally as we can, I get many of you commenting on how precise my part, speed and again, I just use this rat tail comb about 99 % of the time when I'm party, my clients, hair, and it's just. I don't know the red self comb, it's just precise, so it helps me get the precise parts that I'm looking for and definitely stay tuned for my next video, I'm actually bringing you guys, another video or not, this brace and I'm showing you guys exactly how. I part off braids, because I did get a lot of comments on that video about the parting of those braids. So definitely stay tuned for my next video as well. So here I'm just trying to make sure that each side is proportion, because I hate to get to the end and the balance of the braids are off. Nothing dries my gears for them that so I definitely try to make sure. I part everything off correctly before I begin braiding, so I did see where one of my parts was a little bit off, so I definitely want to fix that before I started braiding and I don't know if you guys can see the concentration that I have on These parts, but I definitely am serious about my parts so, as you guys can see, I've already completed one of the braids just because my camera is on this side, so we're gon na go ahead and start this braid. So, first, I'm just going to take some edge control. Actually, I'm sorry. First, I'm going to trimmer ends a little bit because they were a little bit straggly and we actually discussed that during her appointment and she gave me the reason. Why is that way? So we did give her a trim just slightly, because you know we didn't want to do too much at this point. So first we're gon na start off by using some edge control the edge control that we're using today is going to be the even edge control. She actually prefers this edge control and she always bring me her edge control because that's what she uses at home. So that's definitely not a problem with me. So, as you guys can see, I'm am Eddie a little bit of the edge control within the part as well. Just so I can get a s'more sleep ponytail. I know we're calling these ponytails and a girls, because these are definitely some ponytails, so we're just going to be lying down. Her hair is sleek as we can to grab it all into the ponytail, and you definitely want to make sure you take your time when you're doing this. Just so when you do grab all of her hair, and so the ponytail is going to be as neat and it's flat and it's sleek as possible, we're going for our a sleek look girls. We don't like this hair, so you definitely want to look like. We tried when we did this hairstyle, so make sure you take your time now we're going to be taking a rubber band and applying it to the hair. You definitely can't use an elastic band if you're afraid of using rubber bands. She actually prefers rubber bands and it's really not going to damage your hair as long as you don't try to rip the rubber band out of your hair when you're taking your hair down, you just make sure you take some scissors and snip the rubber band and Then it'll you know unravel out of your hair on its own, so don't be afraid of a rubber band. It does last a little bit longer with the rubber band. That'S why she prefers to use that, because the elastic band usually pops before she is ready to remove her hairstyle. So, as you guys can see, I've taken this hair and using this rubber band to hook on the hair or to her hair. Just because her hair is a little bit shorter in the back was actually wrong since the last time I've seen her. So we probably didn't even need to use this method again, but she because that's what we used in the past, because her hair was shorter in the past. She decided to use it today, so we're just going to hook that hair onto her hair, just to make sure that the hair doesn't stop out of her hair. And that's again, you only want to use this when the hair is shorter, which our hair is actually at a length where it really wasn't that necessary. But that's okay! So now I'm just taking the Kanekalon hair and dividing it up into three pieces which are going to be the three pieces that we're going to be braided with and then I'm just going to grab her hair with the middle piece and then proceed to braid. You we're just going to make sure that her ian's does not fly away from the brain, so we're going to take those and sub them underneath and in between the Kanekalon. Here you just want to make sure that you are holding the brain as taut as you can when you're braiding, just so it comes out really neat and it'll also eliminate some of the flyaways that you may get. If you don't hold the hair really tight. So here you can actually see that the braids are two different sizes, because when she bought her care, the packs were a little bit. Thinner were actually a lot thinner than they normally be. So we were going back and forth on the thickness of the braid and she actually prefers the thicker braid and I actually told her that I prefer to thinner braid. But looking back at the video, the thicker prey is actually a little bit cuter. So we'll definitely be doing the thicker braids from now on, which is what she's gotten in the past anyway. So we like to do hip length grades with her. So that's exactly what we're going to be doing and her hip link braids always come out flat. All of her braids are always hip, please and they're always gorgeous. So once we get to the end of the braid, we're just going to tie a little knot just so it won't come loose and then a forceful out Gabrielle dip them. In order to get the hair to reach her hips. We have to stretch the hair because it definitely doesn't come that way. So this is exactly what I do to stretch the hair or just you know thin it out and stretch it as far as it'll go as you guys can see. One of the ends of the braid is actually like, really really short, and that's just because we've stretched it to its limit. Y'All. Look at how sentence you see these brains huh. Oh my gosh she's, just like having looking at it. I don't know he's so soothing to watch these brains for me. I don't know about you guys. Oh every time I look back Eddie, I'm like oh, my gosh he's just gorgeous here. I'M just showing you guys that after I've split the hair into two I'm going to crisscross the hair and then I'm going to grab the hair, it's a three which are going to be the three piece of there were three braiding with then I'm going to grab Her hair that has been split into half, putting one half of the section with the right hand, piece and then the other half of the middle piece. And then I'm going to proceed to braid. And I really hope you guys were able to see that. Because I know my arm was slightly in the way. So definitely let me know if you guys need another tutorial, I'm sure she'll be getting these braids the key in the future, and I don't mind sharing it here. We go with this juicy plate again.
