In this video I'll show you step by step how to create a trendy boho chic updo: halo crown braid aka glammed up milkmaid braids. Feel free to try this bohemian technique with different braids: fishtail braid, rope or 4-5 strand braids, on my channel I have plenty of tutorials :) You can wear this hairstyle every day to complete your glamorous look or even for special events (as wedding guest, bridesmaid, for prom, homecoming or graduation party). Hi guys, when I posted a picture of this hairstyle on my Instagram, maybe if you asked me to make a tutorial so here it comes I'll, show you a new technique to bring milkmaids braids to the next level. So let's begin for this hairstyle I'm going to need very long hair and obviously my old hair isn't close enough so start from attaching my clamps and clip in hair extensions. As usual, I'm using dark and platinum blonde weft to create an effect of instant highlights and the better you brush out your hair, the easier it will be to section it and then I'm going to cheat. I'M going to leave my hair straight curling. Only the front layers of my hair, I will also create one regular braid on one side for this braid actually section the hair from my bottom layers. It can be a still or as thick as you wish depend on the effect you'd like to achieve. Personally, I like this hairstyle to be a little bit as symmetric. Now I'm going to put the hair at the back of my head into a Dutch braid, so I grab a strand of hair behind my ear divide it into three equal parts and start braiding. The outer strands under the middle one, the top strand, goes in the main yeah, and then I beat some hair that lies under my braids and add it to my middle strand. After that, you want to bring the bottom strands in the mirror. The top strands in the middle pitch, some more of that loose, hair and edit to the middle strand. But then you simply repeat the steps directing your braids to the other side of your head. So you cross you cross and you add your cross, you cross, and you add, and now, if you want to make your braids, if your bigger, fuller, Messier and trans here you'll need to tack on its edges. Just like this, and now I'm going to show you the trick with the first braid by breathing this braid over your head you're, going to create an illusion of a single, continuous braids. That'S what I'm going to do later on for now I'll simply keep on braiding. My hair on the right side - and here you can actually change your strategy and create any kind of a great, a regular three strand braid for the most easy solution: fishtail braids or strand braids. Perhaps a twisted rope, braids or sweety braids. So the choice is all yours: by simply changing the type of your brains, you'll create a slightly different look each time once your braids. Alright, they only need to wrap them around your head and secure them with bobby pins. Today, I thought of showing you how this hairstyle works with an intricate version of a fishtail braid. So let me know in the comments, if you'd like me, to show you how to create it in one of my future videos, as I mentioned before, I simply bring this braid across my head and secure it with a bobby pins. I then enter the same sin without their Freight and voila.
