Diy Bob Faux Loc Weave & Individual Crochet Braids: No Wrapping

FINALLY!!! Number 3/3 of this crochet weave project: the faux loc ombre bob. I love it. I made a weave with the faux locs, sewed the weave onto a cap, wore it as a half wig and did individuals in my part area. It's the same thing I did last summer except this time, I actually made a weave: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=guYhYc.... Check out the other videos if you haven't already:

Hi everyone, its Lulu, and today I am finally doing the third out of three crochet braids, lead from my little series and I'm using my urban Beauty, crochet bolo. And if you recall from the other videos, I showed you guys how to crochet your crochet braids onto a weave if you're just joining me, definitely check out the link video. So you can see what I'm talking about and I actually wanted to try a bob. So we're going to get started, I'm using a crochet wig cap by shake-and-go - and I also have my weave right here that I made it only took like 35 minutes per lift and I'm just throwing it on right now, but it's very easy to make this web. I made two of them with eight packs of hair in total and the hair that I'm using is 1b, and I also have hair in the color 1b 30 that I'll be showing you in a little bit but yeah just sew it onto the cap. I like this cap because it's really stretchy so when you put the cap on your head, it's going to be so much easier to manipulate and fit it the way you want it to sit. Here'S the second list - and you want to make sure, when you're, throwing this hair onto your cap, that you leave some space like you normally would, if you're crocheting here on your actual cornrows on your head, because you need space between braids. So your hair doesn't look too big to pull too heavy and too ridiculous. Okay, so yeah go ahead and keep sewing, and I decided here's a struggle moment to crochet some hair because I finished my whip and I just struggled crocheting onto the smaller section, the fall off which is too thick for it like really too thick. So what I went ahead and did was crochet on the larger sections. If you can see, some sections are larger than the others, so yeah I crocheted there. So that way, I would make the wigs you know more like a u-part wig and lift like a half wig, and I left the smaller sections open for my you part area. I just put a few black lines and a few colorful ones. So that way it would be nice and filtered and the color would be kind of cute, so I had 15 lakhs left. This is 10 packs of hair in total and I just cut the wig, so I could have a you in the middle, so I could just clip it on to my natural hair. This cap is so dirty, so wherever you cut, don't worry it's not going to unravel or anything. It'S really well made it's one of my favorites I just put clip in on the actual wig cap. So that way, I just clip it on to my hair, and this is what the half wig is looking like, and I'm just going to remove my threaded section. That'S how I stretched my leave out. I do have a video on African hair threading so definitely check that out, so you can see how to stretch your natural hair, and this is what my hair is looking like. I just lightly stretched it with some leave-in conditioner and oil, so it could be soft and just comb through it with a rate comb, one of the best phones you can use. I parted my hair, so I could get started sitting in the individual law. So I use my shine and jam shape edges new by anthro. It'S an edge control that doesn't really control my edges, but it's great for your face, and this is my faux hawk - put the crochet hook through the lock and twist it at the base. Push your hair at the base and secure it onto the latch hook, close the latch hook and pull through and after you do that, go ahead and secure it by putting it on the side and clipping it up then put the lashes through again and put your Hair on to the lashes and pull through and you're going to repeat this one more time just go ahead and clip the latches through that opening again on the other side and put your hair onto the latches close the latch and pull through slowly. So you don't damage your hair and then should secure it now. The actual foe lock is kind of thin at the bottom and thick up top. So what I do is I just unravel the lock a little bit. I did the same thing in my previous video last summer, and all you do is just take your latch hook where your hair typically ends and just kind of pinch it up towards the base. If you find a spot where your hooks comes out of the crochet fold off, just close it and pull it back in there and just push back up going towards the base and then once you get all the way to your roots, go ahead and click your Hair on the latch, the close, the latch and pull through. Slowly again, you don't want to damage your hair and you want to be able to respond in time. There is resistance, so after you're done with that, just you know with your foe, lock back to where it was and that shouldn't take long then right there at the roots. If you can see, it's got a little bit of exposure, so just flip it in the front and bring it down toward the roots. So that way it can cover that up and it will look a bit neater, and this is what it's looking like. That'S a lot better than before. Just you know manipulate the lock. The lock can be manipulated the way you want it to be manipulated and I'll show you a side-by-side of the before and after and a little bit. Where is it there? It is, and you can see right there that there's a difference between the two, so this is my leave out my individual crocheting law to leave out and I'm just going to take my edges with from my L edge, painting gel and it works really. Well, it doesn't last forever, but it does keep my hair straight, and this is what my hair is looking like. I love it. Don'T know what that dance was, but to remove the lock, I'm just showing you guys me pulling the hair to show you. That is the cure, but just unravel the hair to remove it really open it up, and then you know just separate it from your natural hair and just do like your remove single braids or twists and just slide down all the way down and that's all there Is to this video you guys, so thank you so much for watching. As always, if you haven't seen the others, definitely check them out and definitely check out the video on how I actually made the crochet weed. Thank you so much for watching. As always, and I will talk to you in the next video bye
