I think I found my new favorite braid for spring and summer! This bohemian braid is EVERYTHING! I clipped in just a few wefts from my Fancy Hair extension set at the back for more volume, and to make it super long, I clipped in the four 1 clip wefts from my set right into the braid itself. If you're going to be using clip in hair extensions to recreate this hairstyle like I did, don't worry, I'll show you how to clip them in in a way that will keep them hidden! If you recreate these hairstyle, please tag me on Instagram so I can see your beautiful recreations! You can tag me @getfancyhair :)

Niki

Hello, my darlings its Nikki here and in today's tutorial. I'M super excited to show you this beautiful bohemian braid. I am absolutely obsessed with this hairstyle there's just something about it. That makes it so regal so bohemian so effortless, and I just know that I'm going to be wearing it so much this spring and summer. Now to recreate this look, I just used a few pieces from my fancy hair clip in hair extensions set. I clipped in the hair extensions right into my natural hair, so I didn't heat style, my hair whatsoever and to add extra length into the actual braid itself. I just clipped in a few of the one clip wets from my clip and hair extension set. If you have long hair, then you don't need to worry about clipping and the hair extensions, but if you have short or medium hair and you're going to be using clip in hair extensions to recreate this hairstyle, I'm going to show you exactly how I clip them In so, if you want to know how I recreated this beautiful bohemian braid, please keep watching so the first thing I did was clip in my 240 grams set to fancy hair extensions up to my ear level, and I excluded my two largest Watts. My two two clip Watts and my four one clip Watts by clipping in my hair extensions up to my ear level. Only this will make sure that I have enough hair on top to cover them up. I will still be clipping in my two two clip wafts and my four one clip wafts into my hair to give this braid more length of thickness. So let me show you how I do that, for this hairstyle first decide what side you want your braid to be on. I want mine to be on the right side, so I'm clipping in one of my two clip wife's right above my ear on my right side and clipping in my second two clip weft right above that one. Next, I'm gathering all of my hair to the right side and brushing it out with my trusty tangle teezer, so my hair will be easier to braid after I brush up my hair, I'm picking up a section of hair from the left side of my head and I'M separating this section into three strands. With these three strands and braiding, a French Dutch braid to braid a French braid, all you have to do is cross the strands under each other. Instead of over, like you would with a regular three strand braid. So do this. For the first two strands that you're crossing under and then with every cross under after the first two start incorporating a chunk of hair from the outside of the Strand you're crossing into the Strand. So, for example, if I'm about to cross under the right strand, I'm going to pick up a chunk of hair from the right side and combine it with the right strand and then cross the right strand under the middle strand. Then, after that, I'm going to pick up a chunk of hair from the left side and combine it with the left strand and then cross. The left strand under the middle strand keep repeating these steps. As you move across the top of your head and down the side of your neck, once I run out of hair to add into the braid, I like to stop here and gently pull on the sides of the braid to loosen it up and make it thicker. After that, I'm just continuing with a regular Dutch braid and clipping in my for one clip weft into the back of the sections. As I braid don't worry. If the clips might be peeking through a bit at this point, because you can easily hide them at the end and I'll show you just how to do that when I finish braiding, I'm tying off my braid at the ends with a small hair elastic now, I'm Just going back in pulling apart my braids for more until I like how it looks, I'm also taking the time to cover up any clips that might be showing here to do that. I'M simply unclipping and re clipping the wefts in the back wherever needed. But most of the time pulling apart, the braid does the job at disguising them and once you've done that you're done alright, my love, so that's all I have for you today. I really hope you enjoyed this bohemian braid tutorial and try it out yourself. Leave your comments and feedback for me in the description box and for those of you that are not aware.
