My Go To Hairstyles For Long Curly Hair | Quick & Easy!

Hey guys welcome back to my channel in today's video, i'm gon na, be showing you guys my easy go-to hairstyles whenever i'm pressed for time or if i don't have any idea what i'm gon na do with my hair. These are my always always go to hairstyles. They are so simple to do and very cute. So if you guys are interested and want to know how to do these, hairstyles continue watching all right guys. Sometimes i struggle to figure out what i'm gon na do with my hair, and sometimes i'm just staring at my mirror for about five minutes and have no idea what i'm gon na do with my hair. So if you're struggling like me trying to figure out what you're gon na do with your hair, this video is going to help you out a ton. So let's go ahead and get on to the video. So for the first hairstyle, you want to go ahead and part your hair, i parted my hair on the left side, because this is typically how i part my hair, or sometimes it's the middle, whatever you want to do when it comes to parting. Your hair pick your preference, so i just go ahead and, like i said part, my hair and i use a comb because it's so simple and easy you could use whatever i sometimes part my hair with a bobby pin. Even so, after you part your hair, you want to smooth down your frizzy. Sometimes i grab some water most of the time i grab some water so that my you know it's easy for your hair to be maintained when you wet your hair, so i just go ahead and wet the top a little bit so that i can bring down The frizzies or you can just use like a hair gel or whatever you want to use hair moves whatever, so you just want to smooth down the front size of your hair. So once you do that, i grab my comb, so i can brush a little of the hair to the front, because what you're going to do is you're going to twist the front part of your hair, like i'm doing here and you've. Seen probably me do this in a couple of my hair videos in the past, but this is literally my go-to hairstyle, because it's so cute and it's fast all you got to do is twist your hair in and you got to make sure that when you twist Your hair, that the other parts of your hair isn't bumpy at the top, because sometimes when you're twisting your hair, it can get bumpy. So you just got ta make sure you take your time when you're twisting your hair and bring down um those parts of your hair that i'm showing you so that it goes in the twist. If that makes any sense at all, so i'm holding down the right side with my shoulder. Surprisingly, so i can do the left side of my hair and you do the same thing. You just twist take your time with twisting because, like i said the top part of your hair right here right after the twist, it can become bumpy. So you want to take your time when you're doing it and then right when you get to the back of your hair, you can either just ponytail your hair, like this grab a rubber band and tie your hair like this or you can do what i'm going To do i'm going to take my hair tie from diy hair tie and i'm just going to go ahead and put my hair in a bun because, like i said, this is quick and easy hairstyles. So i just automatically go ahead and put my hair in a bun, because it's easier for me and you guys know i like my hair up and out of the way. But if you want you can go ahead and put a ponytail. However, you want whatever type of hairstyle you want to do at after this. I, like i said i just like to do my buns, because it's super easy for me and you guys know i have long hair. So it's definitely way easier for me to go ahead and just put my hair in a bun. So i just go ahead and keep twisting my hair into this donut bun and then i just go ahead and tie my hair after this and that's pretty much. The first hairstyle, and if you want to do an extra step with this hairstyle, you can lay your baby hairs. If you want, i sometimes do that, but for today's video we're trying to get out the door, so this is pretty much my quick and easy hair twist updo now for the second hairstyle this you can go ahead and leave your part, however way you want, or You can adjust your part, i'm just going to leave it apart, because what you're going to do is you're going to part your hair down the middle at the back of your hair and you're just going to have two sides, and if you guys notice, my hair Is kind of straight and wavy it's because my hair was in a braid for a week. So that's why i'm kind of having an easier way to maneuvering my hair, but don't get it twisted. My hair is still kind of matted and everything. So i have to be careful with pulling my hair, so once you part your hair down the middle and you have two sides, what you're going to do is simply just go ahead and move your hair towards the back. I'M going to show you guys right, quick right here, so you're going to go ahead and start moving your hair towards the back, like this kind of like a twist twisting it back, but not really so you're just going to go ahead and just bring your hair. Like this, i don't even know how to explain this. So, that's why i just keep saying this but you're going to move your hair, how i'm doing and then you're going to move your hair to the back and you're just going to simply twist your hair and you can just smooth down the frizzies. But i wouldn't worry too much about that, because we're going to add a little extra to this hairstyle so, like i said, you're just going to go ahead and twist your hair over and over and over really simple and the thing about twisting your hair is the Trick i feel like is you have to twist your hair downwards? You don't want to keep twisting like kind of like upwards, because if you do that, it's just going to unravel. So if you twist downwards, with your hair, especially like if your hair is long like mine, um you'll have an easier time with it not unwinding. So that's just a little trick that i noticed with my hair once you get to the end, i'm just going to grab my hair tie and i'm just going to go ahead and tie my hair and then you're just going to go ahead and fix the twist. Sometimes, like i said the twist can unravel, but in this case what i like to do is just check the back, make sure that the top is twisted in because sometimes it can look confusing. So i just go ahead and fix it now to add to this hairstyle. What i like to use is a headband, because it's so simple you just pop it up, especially if you don't want to fix the front of your hair. This is literally what i do. Every time i drop off camera at school, if you catch me dropping off camera at school. This is how my hair looks. So i just go ahead and grab this headband. I like this, because it has a little twist at the front, give it a little style and i just go ahead and put that to the front. You can put it like, covering your forehead, like your hairline, if you want, but i like to move it back. A little bit so i can show a little bit of hair, so that's it for this hairstyle super simple. You just add a twist with a headband now for the next hairstyle. You guys know this is everyone's signature, go-to hairstyle. But for me i like to add a little extra more to this simple hairstyle and what you do is you grab your whole entire hair, bring it to the front and you guys know we don't put it in a bun now. For me, you guys know my hair is super long, so i end up adding layers to my bun, which it means like it looks like a cinnamon bun. So i just go ahead and tie my hair, so the trick to the cinnamon bun is you got ta, keep twisting your hair. Like i'm doing here, you don't want to just go into your bun because it's not gon na. No, it's not gon na. Have that cinnamon look so you're, just gon na keep twisting your hair and then just keep adding layers to your hair. I'Ll show you guys, so you even want to keep twisting until you get to the ends of your hair, and when you get to the end of your hair, you go ahead and tuck that end into the bun. And then i just grab my hair tie and just go over it one time just to hold down the ends of my hair inside of my bun and that's pretty much it and then i just like fix the bun. So that lays nicely on the top of my head and then i grab a headband just like my other black one. But this is a different. You guys use a different, color different pattern and i just go ahead and put the headband at the top of my hair, and you guys see my hairline's a little bit too to back. So i love adding headbands because it kind of hides the effect of me. Having like a huge forehead, so this is literally how i also do my hair. This is like my super easy go-to hairstyle. Now the last hairstyle i have a little trick up my sleeve, but we're going to add a little extra to this hairstyle, but first i'm going to show you guys. You have to part your hair down the middle. This is super simple. So don't think that you can't do this hairstyle, it's so easy, but what you're going to do is part your hair down the middle. You don't really need to care about the backside, just part at the top of your head, and you want to make sure you smooth your hair down. I'M like a perfectionist when it comes to my hair. Everything has to be perfect. If not, it's going to irritate me, so i like to grab a comb and bring down all the bumpies down, because we don't like bumps. We also don't like frizz. So if you have frizz, add some water, so you're gon na grab your smooth brush, like i'm doing here and you're just gon na smooth your hair down we're gon na make sure we smooth the whole entire top of our hair down, because we don't like bumps. I don't like bumps showing when i end up doing like this specific hairstyle, someone tell you guys a little secret back then i could not part my hair down the middle because i parted my hair. So much when i was like in high school in college that i started to get bald. I started balding like right here in this part. So now i minimize my use of parting, my hair down the middle that now i'm able to do that because my hair grew back. But you want to make sure when you're doing this hairstyle not to hold your hair too tight because, like i said it can pull your hair and you can end up becoming bald in this specific area. That'S why i don't like to tie my hair tight anymore because of what happened in the past but anyway. So you just want to smooth your hair back into your hand like i'm doing because i'm holding my hair. So you can go ahead and put your hair in a ponytail right here. But for me i'm going to go ahead and put my hair in a bun and, like i said i don't like to do my hair too tight. I don't like to tie my hair too tight, because i don't want that whole balding thing to happen to me again. So what i do is i go ahead and twist my hair, you guys can see what i'm doing twisting my hair into a bun. So right, when i get to the end, i go ahead and just put my hair tie one time one time, because i don't need to tie it too tight, where it's like pulling me and my hair can't breathe. So i'm just going to go ahead and you know i put a little bit of gel on the top of my hair, so i can smooth down the frizzies. So i just go ahead with my smooth brush and i just go ahead and you know brush it down, bring everything down like and if you're like me, you have to keep going and continuing on with smoothing the front of parts of your hair. I have this habit of always having to keep brushing the front of my hair because it has to lay down a certain way. I don't know why it's like that, but it's always been like that for me, where i have to like smooth the front of my hair a certain way and if it doesn't, then i just have to keep grabbing gel and smoothing. I don't know it's just crazy, but that's pretty much it on this hairstyle super simple and easy and yeah. Then you just go out the door and it's so easy guys. This is the simplest hairstyle you could do now. If you want to add a little extra to this hairstyle, which sometimes i do, i sometimes do this. If my hair is frizzing a lot at the top and i'm just like, oh the gel is not working. I just use a headband, so you simply just grab this type of headband or you can just grab a regular heaven that i had like earlier in this video, but for this specific hairstyle i like this headband. So i noticed a trick with this type of headband. Is you don't want to tie your headband too tight because you can get like headaches or your head starts hurting twist the headband? You want to grab the flap at the front and you want to tuck it at the back to knot it up. So i'm going to show you guys, so you grab that flap and you tuck it behind the other flap and then you go inside the loop and very slowly tie the twist, and i just learned this because i used to see a lot of people have a Cute little headband with a twist, and i was wondering how they get it so cute like that, and i finally learned how to do it so yeah, that's pretty much it with this hairstyle. If you want to add a little pizzazz to it. I like to do this whenever i just feel like being cute with the hairstyle, so yeah, that's pretty much it on these hairstyles.
