Hello, everyone welcome back to my channel, as you guys can see. We are in my bathroom today and you guys already know what that means. I'M bringing you another curly, hair video. So today, i'm gon na be showing you guys how i got this really cute hairstyle right here. I call this look my princess leia buns, but curly hair edition. Obviously, so, if you guys want to see how i achieved this hairstyle, then just keep watching, i should go out like this. I'M just kidding. No, i shouldn't. I should not all right y'all. This is what my hair is looking like today. I washed it about two days ago and it's really just been open a bun, because i've been lazy and i haven't had enough time to actually sit and do my hair. So this is what we're working with. Also, i just want to say: i know it's august. I know it's hot outside, but i'm wearing a long sleeve shirt, because it's freezing in my bathroom, so okay, i'm gon na stop rambling and i'm just gon na kind of like get into this. I already parted my hair down the middle um. When i do this hairstyle, i don't really like it to be super, like precise and even - and you know, um like really straight so i kind of just like use my finger and just go down and split my hair down the middle just like that. Okay, so i took two pieces that were roughly the same size just to frame my face um, because i don't like all of my hair to be pushed back when i use this hairstyle. So the next thing that i'm gon na do i'm going to take some of this avida gel and i've already got some in my hand and i'm not going to take a lot. But i'm going to take a little just enough to like tame all of the flyaways and stuff so that i can start to put my hair into a ponytail to just smooth everything up. Okay, i ended up like sectioning my hair off over here, because it was really bothering me, but i'm going to take a black scrunchie and tie this up and then just leave it like that. So you should have something like this. I feel like this looks so cute, oh like if my curls were looking better. I would definitely leave it like this, but they're not so i basically did the same thing that i did on this side over here and for the fun part. Now i'm gon na put these into little buns. For this part, i'm going to use another like scrunchie um. I don't use regular elastic hair ties anymore, just because i want to prevent breakage. So i mostly just focus on using like a scrunchie like this. I have a bunch of them um, you can get them off of amazon. I go to marshalls and i get like a pack of 20 of them for like 10 bucks. So that's also not bad, but they are just a lot better for your hair. They help prevent breakage um, they help prevent creasing like if you have straight hair, and you want to like tie your hair up like this won't crease. Um won't leave like those creases in your hair, so i'm just going to use one of these and at this point really i'm going to make sure that this is tight enough and i'm just going to take my hair and kind of like form like a little Bun, like a like a messy bun, i'm just gon na kind of like scrunch everything up and then like take the hair, tie and wrap it and around pretty much it. So i might take a few bobby pins and like pin down some pieces so that it'll like stay and set better for the most part. I really like the messy bun look, so i just kind of like i don't really mess with it too much just take another bobby, pin and kind of just like pin down the sides, and i already think it looks super cute and then at this point it's Kind of just like all about how you want it to look so just take a bobby, pin and kind of just like play with those pieces and i'm also using um. I got these from the dollar store, i'm using like this pack of like brown bobby pins. So i know that they sell bobby pins in, like whatever color hair you have i'm just using brown ones and just pinning as i go that way, everything is super secure and pretty much looks the way that i want it to all right. I think that they're pretty much like how i want them to be. I might just put one more on this one, so it feels a little bit more secure. Okay, oh they look so cute. I love okay. So the next thing i'm gon na do is just handle this like front piece situation. I'M gon na take a little bit of water and just spray down the front pieces of my hair and kind of brush that through and then i'm just going to style. The front piece of my hair all different pieces of my hair, i'm just going to style the front pieces of my hair, so you know that it's wet, i can take my brush and if you guys didn't see how easily this brush just like glided through the Knot in my hair um, this is probably my favorite brush ever. This is the tangle teezer it just literally glides through your hair, like it's so good, and i also use this for styling. So i'm just going to take that and define the front piece of my hair and i'm going to take a little bit of gel, so i can just hold that in place, basically it so once you're done. You should have something like this. If you choose to take out pieces in the front to frame your face um, i know that i like it. But if you don't, then you should just have like two really big fun little poofy buns, which is also really cute so yeah. But i'm going to diffuse the front pieces of my hair and then i'll be back alrighty y'all, i'm back. I diffused my front pieces. I also sealed them with a little bit of oil. Today i used the whey hair oil. This stuff is really great. I really like it um yeah. The look is pretty much complete. I mean this is really super easy super simple, especially when it's hot outside, like it has been. If you just want to put your hair up, but you also want to look really cute and you don't want to have the same hairstyle i feel like this is like a must like this is my new favorite go-to hairstyle, and i really liked it okay. So that's it for today's video. I hope you guys enjoyed this hairstyle. I want to try to do um more videos on hairstyles, just because there's so many different hairstyles that are compatible with curly hair, that look really cute on curly hair and i want to try all of them so stay tuned for more curly, hair style videos.
