Hey y'all, what's up welcome back to my channel, so obviously my hair is super old. It has been in a bun for like three days at this point. I'Ve got a ton of product build-up that I need to just get rid of so yeah. It'S it's that time, let's get to work now. This is another collab with hair food, I'm using the hair, milk, shampoo and conditioner. For this cleanse you guys. I know that this shampoo has sulfate in it. We need that whenever you have been using a ton of products on your hair, you've got a deep, clean it. So you're gon na need a sulfate shampoo in your repertoire every now and then just to make sure that your scalp is free of buildup and all that kind of stuff. Then I'm going to go ahead and use the conditioner. The fragrance in this set is bomb. It smells so so good, and this conditioner has amazing slip. I'M able to finger detangle my hair pretty easily. Once I'm done, detangling I'm going to go ahead and put my hair in a bun. Let it soak up all the conditioner and then we will head on to the next step. Now that my hair is freshly cleansed and washed, I'm ready to style. So I'm going to go ahead and start parting, my hair into four sections: I'm going to go ahead and show you guys how I flat twist on one side and it's pretty self-explanatory. So I won't talk too much on this part, but I definitely wanted to show you guys how I flat twist and how I part my hair. Also. I want to add how soft the hair milk conditioner made my hair. It'S like crazy, so it's super easy for me to do this style because I don't have to spend time detangling my hair or anything like that. So that's super helpful, especially when I'm doing a twisted style or a braided style like this. But if you guys are interested in checking out more hair food products, you can head to the link down in the description box or go ahead to your local Target and pick up some you. So once I'm done twisting on both sides. I add a hair tie to two twists on each side. This is where we create our buns, and from this point you have a couple options. You can leave them as little ponytails. You can twist them up like this, which is totally cool, but I want my buns to be a little bit thicker, so I've added some curly clip-ins to my bun so that they look a little bit thicker. So, as you can see, I'm just taking a clip in and I'm wrapping the hair around my own hair and then I'm going to twist it as its own little bun. Now this part is definitely optional, but of course I like to be a little extra, and if you like these curly clippings, you can go grab some for yourself at curly, heaven calm, my code will be down below and, of course it wouldn't be right without taming. Our edges a little bit so I'm adding some more of the edge gel to the front just to make it look a little bit more sleek and finished, but yeah. Darrian Randle: I agree that SOME textures can withstand the sulfates but if you're already a DRY strand curly girl then you may not benefit as much. It's a moisture thing and everyone should use what works best for their hair.

Lisa Toombs: You need to cleanse you don't neeeeed sulfate as she said, you can find a way to cleanse without sulfates. Acv, bentonite, and others. But I shampoo now and then just letting you know there are other ways and you don't need it, as said from someone who is sponsored by a product. Cute style though I'll be trying!

Lillith Blume: Its easy to do CG method and be sulfate free. I don't use alot of products to even allow buildup but in the past when I did experience that I just used apple cider vinegar and sometimes did herbal infusions with the vinegar or split the vinegar with herbal tea i have made.
