Easy Half Up Top Knot Bun On Curly Hair!

Hey guys welcome back to my channel today, I just wanted to come to y'all with a quick tutorial on this half up half down this top dot. I posted a few pictures on my Instagram that other day you know featuring this style, so I just wanted to come and show y'all how I achieved it. It'S super easy and super quick. So if you want to see how I achieve this look, then please keep watching. So, as always, I always start off by wetting my hair, because it's a lot easier to work with when my hair is wet. So I'm gon na use the alternative. Finding gel buy diva curl, just smooth down the perimeter of my hair, so I'm just gon na go around and just smooth this all over my hair and right now, I'm just separating the hair that I want to put up in the top, not nothing fancy. I don't use a column to part it. I literally just pull the hair up that I want to use, and then I brush it just like this, just to make sure that it's all nice and smooth now, I'm just gon na take a hair scrunchie to secure my hair into a ponytail. First got ta be careful because the little strands will try and get stuck and that's how you end up with a knot in your hair. So you just have to be careful to not get other hair stuck in it. Just pull it out. So I'm just gon na tie this pretty tight, not too tight, where I'm gon na get a headache, but just tighten up worst nice, nice and smooth, and then I don't know what I'm doing so. Then I'm just gon na brush it down a little bit further to make sure that it's nice and smooth. My bun is super simple. I'M just gon na take the hair and literally just wrap it around the ponytail. Until I get the desired little circle that I want and then I'm just gon na go in with a bobby pin or two to secure it, and it's really that simple. I find it to be the most easy. If I do my hair in a ponytail first, because I don't have to worry about trying to Center it and I'm just gon na go in and make sure it's nice and secure with some bobby pins. So now it's time for my favorite part, we're gon na grab my toothbrush and my edge control by eating Body Works and I'm just gon na smooth down my edges. You know nothing too crazy, just gon na brush them down forward to get that sleek! Look! If you want your look to be more sleek and more tight, just add some bobby pins right in front of the bun just to give it that extra pull and it's really not to tie it doesn't give me a headache or anything, but it just helps it To look more put together, I'm also going to add some more gel so that I have some good hold about a little work. So I actually want this hairstyle to last me all day and then, after that, I'm just going to take a satin scarf and I'm just gon na tie my edges down pretty tightly so that they are nice and secure and I'm gon na leave it on. For about 10 minutes or so, and then I'm just going to take it off. Oh, this is how my hair looks after I have it laid down. I'M just gon na smooth out my edges, one more time to make it a little bit more soft.
