FTC : I purchased all the products myself. The extensions were gifted to me :).

Hey everybody so today I have this tutorial for you. It'S just like very big voluminous hair. Obviously I'm wearing extensions, because my hair is really short most you guys know that. Oh, a good, a good tip that I'm going to tell you before I start is that it's better when you layer, your hair, like your hair, is layered to get like a look like this cuz you get fuller. It gets fuller on more on top and on the bottom too, not just at the bottom, because if your hair is not layered, then all the curls are gon na sit at the bottom. If your hair is layered more, the curls are gon na sit on the top. So if you guys want to see how I do this being a huge look, so the first thing I'm gon na do is put my extensions into my hair. Whenever I curl my hair, I always go like step by step. Obviously I mean I ghost it that doesn't even make any sense. Okay, whenever I curl my hair, I always go like row by row. So after I clipping my extension, I curl it just cuz. I just find it easier to go like and then you get more precise, curls and yeah, so I'm just gon na clip in my first piece at the bottom and your hair doesn't have to be straight or anything like that, like your natural hair, unless it's really Curly then, obviously, but my hair is just um blow-dried straight, but I didn't like do any weird thing to it or anything anyway, so I'm just gon na split it in half and then I'm going to take my curling iron. I always thought this is like on air curling iron, which it's not it's, actually a dira brand umm curling iron, which is like really cheap kind. So I'm just gon na take. I took half of the hair and I'm just gon na, take it from the bottom and curl like this, and I really never curl my hair like this, like starting from the bottom. For some reason, I think it takes longer. Oh I'm going away from my face. So then, you have something like that. Do it with this, and I usually like to feel like the outside of the curling iron to see if it's um hot and if it's hot on my hand and that's how I usually know what's ready, you take it out. So then you have that and different second row down. So basically, I'm gon na be doing that all the way up, my head um for the back pieces, I'm just going to be clipping them right on top of each other, like I normally gets clip my extensions and if you want to know how I took in My hair extensions, I'll post a link below yeah. I actually buys that and then sew them for those of you who didn't know that so anyways, I'm just playing the hair in half grabbing half of the hair and see how my hair is falling out, because, obviously it's really short um, that's okay, so these are Going away from my face and then my natural hair, I'm just gon na curl that really quick to blend with the extensions, but you don't have to keep these in it in as long because these the extensions will loosen up anyway. So you don't not like your underlying pieces to look curled and then chopped pieces. Not so, as you can see, I just curl them. I didn't pull the motor anything because once they're, when they're warm, you don't want to touch them when they're warm, because then they're gon na just fall out a lot easier. Now I'm gon na put my first piece. That'S on top of my ears, and I already hair is long. I don't have to put them like really really on top of my ears, which, when your hair is shorter, I do suggest that put them closer to your ears, because it's easier to blend okay, so I separate these in half and then what I'm gon na do. I'M not like a nicer, tighter curl, like that. I'M just gon na take sections like this and I'm gon na curl them away. From my face this in the front, I can curl that away from my face and just gon na separate this into two cuz, you want kind of more curls at the front to give it more dimension. I'M gon na curl, these ones inward. So it's not just all they're, not all going backwards just so they don't all fall together backwards. So this one I'm going to curl away from my face all the pieces that are in front of my face, I'm going to be curling backwards. Of course, you can curl your hair, your natural hair, before you do this, which would probably make it blend easier and what I usually do. So I basically repeat these steps. All the way till you get up your head and then I'll meet you, I'm gon na get to the top. So if you're like me and like vibes, haven't get up to your top hair its longer look, I don't have very many layers, so I obviously want to start curling these pieces at the top cuz. I want done the blend, then I'm going to be putting my last row in and just wondering when I'm a little bit closer to this side of my head since I'm parting, my hair on that side, I mean on this side, so it gives more hair on This side so basically do the same thing as I've been doing all the way on my head. So a lot of people may notice that they get nicer curls on the right side of their head. If they're right-handed - that's because it's just your naturally your hair at hands going hand is going this way and your hair's going this way. So, in order to do that with this side, your hair - because this is my left side - obviously tip - make sure your hair is flat like this and make sure that your curling iron goes flat against your hair like this, because and then curl it, because if you Put your curling iron safe, your hair's, going like this, your natural reaction just to just grab your hair like this, and you start curling backwards. If you actually do it like this, it's going to give you a nicer curl, because it's going with the flatness of your hair instead of it's being twisted, and then you curling it you get what I'm saying I'm just lightly come out see you gives you a Really nice curl, I'm doing I do my bangs last all the time so make sure that they blend well with my hair okay. So once you have all that done, and I'm gon na part even more to the side here. This is just all my natural hair. On the front here hold it out like this and then curl it cuz that way, it'll give you more volume at the root here. Dude I mean, and then I'm just gon na do the rest of my natural hair. If you just take these sections like flat like see, I'm taking like skinny sections and serve like fatter sections like that's, because I wanted you basically what I did with my whole head is: I did the front pieces backwards and then every other one. I did this way and then this way and then so on this part, I have a little bit more hair, so I'm just gon na be taking sections instead of doing the slit in the front pieces, I don't want to be too curly. I just kind of want to blend with the front of my hair, so I'm just going to kind of do the ends of them, I'm not holding for very long so pulling these pieces backwards. I think that just to kind of make them blend cuz, I don't want to be too too curly. What I'm gon na do when I get to here, is I'm just gon na shake shake them out and separate them. This will just give you more body and more fullness to your curls and sort of them all kind of sticking together just finger through them, don't like brush them out or anything just to make sure everything is nice and separated? Okay. So once your hair looks something like this, obviously to have Volume II, hair like it's, not just volume within the hair, you actually want volume at your roots too, so um I got a new product that I thought was just so awesome that I had to share With you guys, so it's got to be fresh Schwarzkopf, it's called got to be powerful and I actually got this at Shoppers Drug Mart and what it is is just it's just a powder. So it kind of reminds me of this like that. Well, this is my really dry shampoo that I've been using right now by chlorine, it's kind of like dry shampoo, except for it's way heavier like it's, so I, like the consistency, is so like it's like cornstarch. If you ever felt cornstarch and your fingers, it's basically like that has cornstarch in you know, I think I'm pretty sure, but what it does is it. It really gives you volume and it makes your hair stay up like really really well, so I'm gon na be using this. What am I gon na do is, if you can do it to yourself, you don't want to put too much on because it's like. Oh, my god, it it you'll, be washing your hair for days it comes at night, it's kind of like little pepper, shaker or whatever. What you're gon na want to do is put some on your fingers, like start with a little bit at a time and then basically work it in your roots. So starting just was a little bit, I'm putting out both my fingers and working it all over. My roots and what this is good, it kind of works like Joey shampoo, like it soaks up any oils and stuff, but it just gives you like ridiculous volume, and it says volumizing styling powder, which my stylist gave me. Some like do can use. I'M just put some of my hair and uhm, but it's wish hers was by Schwarzkopf, but it was. I don't know. I think it was more expensive type of powder like this, but this one I think, works just as good after you have that all in your roots see how much volume there's already in it. You could take your back, combing, brush or or even just like normal comb or whatever and back home it, but look how much volume that gives it that that's like it's so not gon na follow this, because I had put this stuff in it. Dry, shampoo will work similar if you don't, if you can't get any of this stuff use dry. Shampoo, it'll work so similar, but not as good if this stuff, and then you can spray it just at the root to give it some even extra lift. So if you ever want to get like really big volume, oh my gosh definitely recommend this and definitely recommend it. A brush like this, because it's just awesome that cool, basically I'm just back looming, anything that is on top of my extensions and then you can brush this back poof it up kind of manipulate it. However, you want to, and then I work my fingers to it. So it blends with the rest of my hair, so your hair will feel like it'll feel it'll. Give it like a really dry feel, which is really good for back combing and stuff, like that, and obviously you guys know that I don't like using product on my extensions like using hairspray or anything my on my extension, so I'm not going to, but you can, If you want, I don't mind if my curls fall a little bit, but if you and curls will stay in really really well, then I would suggest a hairspray which I can't really suggest one cuz. I don't ever really use one. So

Tulipe: I tried the instant volume powder (PowderFix) at Planet Beauty, and I was amazed by the result on my hair. I have thick hair and that powder gave me instant volume. It gives the same effect as dry shampoo does, but as you said it and I agree, it does give slightly more volume. The powder is quite expensive though. Mine cost about $22 for barely 0.53oz at Planet Beauty.

One1Critic: Looks great! Thanks for being so honest and explanatory regarding your extensions. It's so annoying when you have girls on here that pretend that it's their real hair...it was such a refreshing video. Thanks so much!

12428kittykat: Im so glad i came across your videos, i started watching them a month ago bc i wasnt sure if i should start using extentions. my hair length comes to my chin (bob) but with your help and great advice i bought extensions. I had them fitted and layered by one of my hairdressers and they look AWESOME!!! people complement me all the time and people who haven't seen me, thought it was my real hair. They are the best investment! thank you for all the great advice and fabulous videos!

officeaddict33: Adore the look. Thanks for the volumizing powders info - never knew about that. P.s. Wish you could do a tutorial on eye make-up tou....subtle but enhances your eyes well.

Mahr: Absolutely Fantastic! i really hope if i could ever curl my hair like you do :) I have long healthy straight hair and i've tried curling my hair by watching your other video but my curls never stay. Therefore, i thought about curing them with a different size curling tongs for more tighter and firmer curls. Can you please kindly tell me what's the size of the barrel you're using in this video and any suggestiongs of how to keep those curls for longer :) xx

Jayne Sanford: You're so pretty I'm going to do this for my wedding! Love your nails too!

Joe Johnson: That toner you use must be amazing. Your extensions are such a pretty golden colour and I'm definitely getting that powder!! :)

Maddi Dwyer: That powder looks amazing! hope i can find some in Australia! Love the look xx

miasmomma1: I LOVE your makeup! PLEASE, PLEASE , PLEASE do a tutorial on this look.

JSJ032: Great look ... you make it look so easy and fast

broadhorizons23: Do you find that the clips on the extensions break your real hair at the base and cause your hair to thin a bit? I just got extensions and wore them over the weekend and was wondering about this because you can feel that "pull" on your real hair. Just wondering if you have noticed any breakage like that? You're awesome! Thank you!

saula85: Great look!! I would like to do the same, but I have a problem: when I curl my hair with iron, they return straight in something like 30 minutes. How I can keep them wavy or better curly? DO you use a particolar product to let your curls stay?

Labella Doll: love the hair <3 & the curler works so well !

Sassybanjo: I've tried Powderfull too but Mitch Stone Essentials Texture/Volumizing Spray (applied to wet or dry hair using the blow-dryer) is a MUCH better product and easier, without having powder in your hair.

kayab9: Love your hair! I got that powder and didnt set with backcombing, thanks for the tip, they also have a powder like that in sallys, the knockoff tigi brand

Ashleylynn W: I LOOOOVE your look! you make it look so natural! You're beautiful!!

Stephanie McConnell: Great tips, thank you, defo trying this out :)

HairGirl247: @TheRoseHDA It depends on what kind of style you are looking for! I would say the 1 inch curling iron is the most popular :)

Michelle Arcilla: I have that got 2 b product but didn't know exactly how to use it. Thanks for the video!

LauraP: Hi Kelly. I love your videos and your make-up. Could you do a make-up tutorial on the make-up you have on this video?

Laura P: Do You use a heat protectant on your extensions?

Inesa Stonyte: Amazing! (y)

xVickiixErex: what length extensions do you have? and where did you buy them from :) ive been looking everywhere, i cant find any thick hair extensions!

osimeon00: If you want big voluminous curls and want to KEEP them, the secret is DONT USE CURLING IRONS! It's called hair rollers. Its what women used to use back in the day and they still work just as well today. You get better curls with rollers than you ever would with curling irons! And then you use a holding spray to keep it all in! Vola! Big voluminous sexy curly hair! The old-fashioned way!

Patrycia Rz: is the powder safe for your scalp/hair?

Lily EvansDoe: Awesome! Thanks

steffie1437: what size curling iron do you use? 1 inch? 1.5 inches?

HairGirl247: @ktangelbaby8 I think they are about 18" now! Thanks for the aveda tip!

ecofriendlyhippie: the left side of my hair always looks the best!

Amy W.C.: LoVE your hair!!!

ThePinkChilli: You should call this 'Bombshell hair tutorial' :)

GirlGamer: Doesn't back combing make your hair really snarly?

Petra Logan: I love your hair :D

Rose T: I bought my OSIS+ dust it by Schwarzkopf on eBay for around 1$ !!!!! It works SO well

DilciaDelicious: Hi Again, also, could you make the same but with no extensions, for a short hair, just like u have, I think it could be very helpfull to us, specially if we dont have extensions LOL :D

saula85: @HairGirl247 Thank you! I will ^^

HairGirl247: @12428kittykat :) I am so glad I could help!!!

ceci4887: HEY GIRL NICE VIDEO, WHAT IS THE NAME OF THE PRODUCT U USED TO GIVE UR HAIR VOLUME? IT LOOK LIKE POWDER

Aoibheann McCann: you r absoulotly gorgeous r u a hairdresser cause youre amazing at doing ur hair!! :-)

Vanessa Garcia: I'm pretty sure your stylist used to Osis Dust it Powder. I have Both powders and I hate how they came up with a cheaper allternative which is the "Powder'ful"

HairGirl247: @saula85 let your hair air dry first scrunched a bit. I dont really use hair products on my extensions :)

DilciaDelicious: It´s really Cool, hey can u tll me the name of the dry shampoo and the other powder also?? I live in Mexico and I can´t find it any were so, I will ask a friend to send it to me, please let me know, Thank you!! :)

HairGirl247: @Carol15ina how did I know i was going to get this comment lol. I need a disclaimer on everything these days! The most important thing is for your extensions to match the ends of your hair. My hair is more golden at the ends than at the roots because the roots are just freshly done. Plus I have Dry shampoo at the roots and it makes my hair appear lighter than it actually is. If you watch at the beginning when I flip my hair around, you can see they actually do match the ends of my natural hair.

HairGirl247: @eveie101 it makes them sticky and tangle easier

Suzanne kavanagh: how long will yours last in the curls

Coco Mademoiselle: im right handed and i find it easier to curl my left side..its soo weird!!!

Norma Villela: WHAT BRAND OF CURLER DO U USE???

TheRoseHDA: Hello What is the best Curling Iron small or large?? I mean silly or wider or Broad?? I want to buy and confused, and I my hair long Waiting for your answer Thank you

Eleonora Segreto: Fantastica!"bellissimi capelli..brava..

Deanna M: I really like your eye make up!

TheSmarien: I would love to wear extensions but I'm too scared tat one would fall out! Do they??

thomasadrianna: NICE!

max wootan: i really don't want my hair to have more dimension..

Katherine Lawson: U look better with long hair u r pwetty

Marisela: Hi what color is the name of your hair on this video ?

blondwiththewind: To me it looks like your hair is ash blonde.....but the extensions are golden blonde.

Jodie Normore: lol you're awesome.

Carolina Reynoso: your extensions dont match your hair colors. Your extensions are more golden.

whitemochafrapp1: You kind of look like Miranda Lambert!

Forgiveness: You should wear more blue eye shadow
