How To: Remove Dandruff With Apple Cider Vinegar | Natural Curly Hair

Hey guys in this video, i want to talk to you guys about dandruff. Do you suffer from a dry scalp? Do you scratch your head and a million flakes come out then this is a perfect video for you now in this video i'm going to be talking to you about apple, cider, vinegar and how i use this to remove dandruff and build up that i have in My hair, so let's just jump right in the lighting, is going in and out. The light is super crazy. That'S why i was gon na use natural light. What happens so, if you guys don't know, i am elizabeth and i suffer from a super dry scalp, and because of that, i get a lot of flakes. So what i use to help out with that and to remove all that stuff is my best friend. Besides, coconut oil is apple, cider, vinegar, apple, cider, vinegar, and this is by bragg and is organic raw, unfiltered apple, cider, vinegar. Now this stuff really works. I suffer from a dry scalp, so i use this to take care of it now. Apple cider vinegar is good to use for your hair because it has a lot of properties such as anti-fungal properties, antibacterial properties and all those help to remove build up, and it helps to stimulate your follicles and because of that, it will help to remove itchiness. And your dryness and all that stuff, so this really helps so the way that i use apple, cider vinegar is, i make sure i dilute it and by diluting i mean that if you take 50 apple cider vinegar, then you need to take 50 water and that's What it means to dilute it, you have to dilute it with water and that's because apple cider vinegar can be a little bit harsh. So if you have a sensitive skin or sensitive scalp well, even if you don't, i really recommend that you dilute it anyways. So how i use it is, i take my diluted, apple, cider, vinegar, and i will just put it in a cup. I don't really do exact measurements, but if you guys want to do exact measurements, i'll do a simple one cup apple, cider, vinegar, one cup water boom. There you go. That'S gon na be a lot. So maybe you shouldn't take my measurements. Don'T take my measurements! That'S a lot, that's a lot, because you don't need that much because you're really focusing on your scalp and then after i dilute it. I will just go to my bathroom and that's what we're gon na make the mess. So once i'm in the bathroom, i will let my hair down and then i'll just take it from the cup. Well, in this case, i'm gon na do in a spray bottle, because you know i'm trying to be a little bit fancy and i don't want to. I don't want you guys to see me making a complete mess because i usually have apple cider, vinegar like running down my face, so i don't want to. I don't want you guys to see that i don't want you guys to see that side of me. So i'll just put it in a spray bottle and a cup and then i'll just work my way down the middle of my hair and i'll just spray center of my hair. You focus all around your head and then you massage your hair gently. So i'm going to massage my scalp a little bit, not too rough, then i'll just tie my hair up in a butt and i'll just be chilling for, like maybe 15-20 minutes, give or take. If you feel that it's tingling then of course take it out, but even to 10 minutes, so you could do 10. 15. 20., not too long, because you don't want to be all day with apple cider vinegar. I mean i don't know so i'll. Just you know bees for like 10 15 minutes it don't matter it doesn't matter. You don't want to put it for a minute, but you know 10 to 10. Minutes is not that bad. So i'll let it sit in my hair for 10 minutes and then that's pretty much it and then afterward. I will shampoo and condition my hair and style it as normally then you'll notice, the hair is more shiny and the dandruff is completely gone. It'S gon na be gone. It'S gon na be gone, so you're gon na notice that your dandruff went away and your itchy scalp. So if your hair is itchy, then you're gon na notice that it's not gon na itch anymore. Well, not anymore! For life. You know you still might get itchy and itchy head once in a while, but that's why you got this. That'S why you purchase apple cider, vinegar. Another reason why i love apple cider vinegar is because i don't have to purchase dandruff shampoo because you have apple cider, vinegar, that's going to be way better! It'S going to last you a long time. That'S so that's another reason why i love apple cider, vinegar, because you can use it for a lot of stuff. I also use it for my face. Well, when i i'm not just putting episode of video in my face, i use that in a hair mask hair mask no. I use it in the face mask so apple. Cider, vinegar has a lot of other things you could do. You could do a lot of things with apple cider, vinegar. So when i get dandruff, i always get it right here. It'S like all in the front of my hair. You see it. That'S why i can be scratching my head in class because then you're gon na be seeing flakes everywhere. So yeah i get dandruff here which sucks i wish. I got it like back here or something, but i get a lot of dandruff and some days are worse than other days, of course, and it depends if you do stuff to take care of your dandruff and your dry scalp. If you keep it good, then you're not going to get that much dandruff. So i'm going to be showing you guys a close-up of how my hair looks right. Now, it's not going to be a lot of dandruff. There is some dandruff you're going to see some flakes you're going to see some flakes like when i scratch my head. Well, it's not that much, but i still suffer from dandruff and some days are good. Some days are not today, it's not that bad. Thank you. Thank you, lord. Thank you that today is not that bad. I'M gon na show you guys the zooming clip. If you guys want you could skip this part. I don't know how long i'm showing you my head for maybe like 10 seconds, if you guys want to skip 10 seconds, which is not a bit, it's not that bad, so i'm gon na be showing you guys a zoom in clip right now. So there you guys go. That was my dandruff, not that bad, but you still saw them flakes. Nobody wants a flaky. Scalpel bow! That'S! So that's why i use apple cider, vinegar and i'm going to show you guys how my hair looks after i wash out all the apple cider vinegar and i styled my hair as i normally do. You'Re going to see my hair transform from a flaky mess to a nice clean, scalp right now. This is how my hair looks after i washed it, and i left the apple cider vinegar in my hair for 10 minutes, and then i washed it out, and i styled my hair as normally - and this is how my hair dried we're going to zoom in to See if we have any flakes, which i shouldn't have any flicks, because this cured it oops, this really helped take away the flakes. This really helped to take away the dandruff and it helped to remove all the buildup ahead of my hair, because i had a lot of build up. So, let's zoom in and see how my scalp looks so, as you guys see, i have no flakes no flex. I had a lot of flakes here, but i ain't got none. So that's how my hair looks.
