Trim top to desired length.
Fading Steps
- Set in guideline with Trimmer
- lever open set in next guideline
- 1 guard lever open next guideline
- 1.5, 2 , guard blend up
- Clipper over comb
- Blend second guideline w/ .5 guard open to 3 qtr
- Continue blending second guideline w/ 1 guard 3qtr
- Blend first guideline w zero, lever closed
- Open lever half way, continue blending
- Continue blending with lever open
- Do any touch up work
- Use trimmers to take out bottom hair
- Use electric shaver
- Do any line up with trimmers
- Shave with straight razor

Beta culture, my name is Sergio Barron and today I'm going to show y'all step by step, how to do a taper fade with curly hair. On top, let's jump right into it all right guys, so I'm gon na start by just giving the top a little trim. Foreign foreign, thank you. Thank you all right so now that we're done trimming the top, I'm gon na go ahead and start debulking the sides of his hair, so we can make room to set in our guidelines. Thank you, foreign foreign. Now that we're done debulking, I'm gon na go ahead and start setting in our guidelines - foreign foreign foreign foreign, all right. So now that we have our two guidelines right here, you have that top one and then that bottom, one we're gon na start by erasing that top one that you see right here, first and then We'll erase that bottom, one foreign, so that guard didn't completely take Out that top guideline, so I'm gon na, come back in with the one guard lever still at three ports to finish, taking it out right here, foreign that you see right here, it's going to take three lever positions to blend out. So first I'm gon na start with the Clipper lever closed then halfway and then pull it open foreign. Thank you, foreign foreign, thank you, foreign and now that we're done with the haircut we're gon na go ahead and just start styling the hair. What I'm gon na do is just dampen the hair on top and then apply some of that matte clay into the desired style that we're looking for now. This part is optional, but if y'all like y'all can go ahead and add some enhancements to the lineup to make it pop a little harder foreign and that's pretty much it for this taper fade with curly hair on top, I hope y'all guys enjoyed it.
