Wand Curls On Short Hair | Sapphire Curling Wand (Irresistible Me)

Oh, so i'm starting out with bone straight hair. I had straightened it earlier in the week and i'm going to be using my irresistible me, sapphire, eight and one curling wand. It'S pretty much like having eight separate hair, curlers um in one wand, but it's much more affordable and easy to transport. These are the different wands they have, so you can create very different curls and different looks with them. So this is the handle and the handle has a led screen. That shows you, the temperature and it goes up to 450 degrees. So i'm going to be using the 13 millimeter barrel, which is best for short pixie hair spiral. Curls perm looks and tight body waves and it's really easy to attach and detach. So then, i'm going to be sectioning my hair into two separate sections to make it easier to get the hair in the back for the pieces in the back. I'M going to be using the heat resistant glove that comes with the curling wands and i'm just going to be curling, my hair in opposite directions, and i'm only going to do a few in the back. Maybe two because you couldn't really see what i was doing. But i'm going to just be curling that in the opposite direction now so i've gone ahead and done the pieces in the back. You couldn't really see what i was doing so i didn't add that part in, but now i'm going to be taking the sides of my hair and doing the same thing so, like i mentioned before, i am going to be curling, my hair in opposite directions. So, first i'm going to start with my hair curling it back away from my face and then the next curl after that i'm going to be curling it towards my face and that's just going to give it texture and a lot of body. Also. I forgot to mention - and i also did not show, but i did spray my hair with some heat protectant before doing this so because my hair is um short and in this bob i felt like the 13 millimeter was best to make sure that my hair wrapped Around the barrel a few times, so the 13 millimeter is best if you're looking for tiny or very tight, twists or curls or if you're looking for that kind of perm set type look and if you brush these curls out, your hair will kind of look very Wild and have this kind of lioness type look and that's exactly what i was going for so this barrel and also the 19 millimeter barrel. Um they're super versatile and you can get a lot of different hairstyles using them. So they are definitely my favorites right now. Um, when my hair gets a little bit longer i'll, definitely start playing with the other ones as well. Also, i am holding my hair on the barrel for 10 seconds, so i forgot to mention that these are tourmaline barrels, and so they are much more resistant than plain ceramic barrels. So these will last you a very long time. Also. The tourmaline technology makes sure that the heat is evenly distributed, so this is going to protect your hair from excess heating which will prevent damage and it leaves your hair super smooth and shiny because it seals the hair, oils and moisture in so now, i'm doing my Bang and i'm just going to be doing the same thing as i was doing before. I'M really making sure that these curls are a little more crisper and cleaner and more neat than the ones in the back, because these are the ones that are going to be seen so yeah, i'm just making sure that those look really nice now, as you can See the curls are coming out super nice. They look super shiny and i'm just loving how they came out. Also, when i'm getting closer to my face, i'm making sure that i'm rubbing that, through my hair and just separating the curls, pretty gently i'm not using any spray or hairspray or anything um, because i just don't like that. But i love the way that my hair felt it felt super soft. It didn't feel um hard or anything like that or burnt or crispy. So now, i'm taking this edge control by carol's daughter. This is the black vanilla, edge control that you guys recommended, and i love it. I love it love it love it and it smells really good and i'm creating some fake little baby hairs.
