It was THE PERFECT weekend wedding! Bailey & Asa were married on Friday, and this vlog will give y'all what it was like from the perspective of me and Shaun! We started the weekend with family & friends flying into town. Then the wedding rehearsal was Thursday morning. We then made preparations to attend the wedding rehearsal dinner hosted by Asa's family. That was a very emotional night, as each parent, siblings, and best friend took the time to share a few words about Bailey & Asa. You HAVE to watch Brooklyn's (coming later)... you are gonna cry. As well as Kamri, Rylan, and Paisley!
The morning of the wedding we had to make a judgement call to have the wedding in the garden, or inside. The forecast was for 60% chance of rain. We took a gamble to hold it outside regardless, and prayed that the rain situation would resolve itself. We had rain for about 45 minutes two hours before the wedding... then the weather was crisp, clean, and BEAUTIFUL!
I helped Bailey all day in the Bride Room. Shaun & Dax hung out with Asa and the groomsmen. Shaun had is "First Look" at Bailey, which was quite emotional for him! He kept saying, "You look just like your mom did!" SHE WAS STUNNING! We'll save most of that for the twins' video on Wed. The procession for the wedding was super emotional, especially if you see Brooklyn and Asa up front!
John Luke Robertson, Asa's cousin, officiated the wedding and Brooklyn was Bailey's bridesmaid with Willie Robertson Jr (also a cousin) as Asa's best man.
After the ceremony, we had a mocktail hour before the reception/party started. We hired a live band, Emerald City Band, that totally ROCKED the place! The father/bride dance, and mother/groom dance were so much fun, but the groomsmen dance was the BEST WE'VE EVER SEEN!

( light guitar music ), So it is Wednesday.. It'S been the craziest week. It is. We are not talking about this on socials yet, but it is wedding week., And so we have been running around like maniacs all week, trying to get everything done and ready.. I have so many things. Bailey just got these flowers delivered., So cute. And I have been prepping food.. I will show you. I mean I have I've. Just been stockpiling peaches, nectarines, pumpkin, muffins little fruit, things cashews., I'm making a roast for dinner tonight so that when the families in and out that, like, I know, they're going to be all day today later, everyone starts coming in today.. We have things for them to eat., I'm going to put a list on the fridge, and it's just going to say like are you hungry Here are things you can eat. Help yourself. Then clean up after yourself. Smile.. Also on my list today, let's see I've gotten my nails done at this point.. I did just threaded. My eyebrows picked up my dress, Bailey and Asa on their way up, which means they're packed.. We have a little running pile of all the things over here., So her shoes and things we can't forget for hair., So yeah, it's crazy., It's mayhem or just stockpiling. At this point, trying to remember everything. They're checking forecast. We're all commiserating Rain over the fact that it looks like it's probably going to rain, and we had an outdoor wedding planned.. Luckily to have a good chapel. They have a really beautiful, chapel [ Mindy ]. We can move it inside., Then the mocktails will also have to move. Yup. Everything will have to move, But the yard is so beautiful.. Her favorite part was the grounds. And it's going to be rainy.. Guess who just got here? Megan Guess what Megan's doing She has? This ginormo box full of perishables., Can you read that Wedding, cakes all the way from Utah for Bailey., Hello everybody.? If you're watching this, then you now know that Bailey is officially getting married. This weekend., Which means were on our way down Dakota's driving like a crazy maniac. And my camera's, shaking all over the place.. I apologize.. What do you have to say for yourself? It'S all roads, So I have had a crazy day.. I went to school.. I had class at like 8:00 AM last minute packing and then Brooklyn and I are in the car heading down.. We dropped Finn off and now we're getting there.. So we fly in super late tonight, we'll land at like midnight And then we're ready to go to the rehearsal stuff tomorrow. So it's officially here., So we are in the car., Pais and Dax.. We are on our way to the rehearsal, the official rehearsal this morning. We'Re meeting a bunch of the family and the planner and wedding planner and all the people to just learn where we're walking in and out and when to it exit and what to do.. We had a late night last night. All the girls wanted to do spray. Tans and they decided to start at 2:00, AM. Bailey and Brooklyn or Kamri didn't land until like 12:30, so they didn't get to the house til like 1:00 1:30, And then they I think they were spray tanning until 3:00 AM.. So not probably the smartest way. To start a long wedding weekend, but I'm glad they were at least having fun. ( upbeat, music, ), (, cheering ), [, Mindy ], We're fixing Kamri's nails.. The color scheme is purple.. She got pink., I didn't mean to.. I think I might be color blind.. So here we are Dax and we're going to the what The rehearsal dinner for Bailey and Asa and we just arrived at the restaurant., We'll give you a peek of what that looks. Like. Gon na be kind of fun to see all the wedding party there, grandparents groomsmen bridesmaids, all of them. ( light guitar music, ) ♪. My life was grey ,'til, you added colors ♪. This is so much fun. Seeing everybody isn't it. I know it's fun to have all our favorite people in one space. It'S almost like we're getting married all over again, It's not quite like that.. It'S not our wedding. ( light music, ) ♪. You set my world on fire ♪ ♪ You're, my heart's desire, ♪ ♪. I just wan na love, you ♪ ♪, Just wan na hold you ♪ ♪, Just wan na be with you'til. We were going on our first dates and whispering about boys, so mom and dad wouldn't hear us and now we're here and you're marrying the love of your life. Finally, she gave you a chance and look where we are now getting married and could not be more happy for them., And I told Bailey and I said Bailey. First of all, you are so lucky.. How did you find your man Her first kiss her first boyfriend like nobody gets that lucky, except for Bailey? I just really excited for y'alls marriage and the future. Y'All have together and to hopefully soon be an aunt ( laughing ) love. Y'All cheers Can't wait to be real aunt one day and as a wise, young Asa once said that necklace really brings out the green in your eyes. That'S it! Everyone we'll see you tomorrow when we'll be. Mr & Mrs (, cheering ), Okay, guys it's the wedding morning. It'S the morning. We have two cars, Bailey, Brooklyn and Kamri are in the other car. Anyway, look at the sky is the most beautiful. It is the most beautiful cotton, candy Beautiful sun, I'm tired. It'S early its seven in the morning. Listen we were supposed to have 84 % chance of rain at one point this week and it is down to like 40. We are just praying crossing our fingers that Texas won't make it rain at six o'clock. Anyway. Yeah. That'S about it, we'll keep you updated., Look, it begins, we're all here. They're starting to unload., The sky is clear., And so we just had to make the final call on outside versus inside. And we decided to do outside., So we're hoping the weather holds. They'Ve removed. The chairs from the inside room and see if you can see them., They are now outside here., So the greens begin even smells good dance floor, all the furniture pieces.. So it's the day of Bailey and Asa's wedding., And you know you never think this day is going to come and your little girl's really grown up and I'm so happy for her and Asa and the life that they're going to build. Together.. And I couldn't be more happy. [ Mindy ], How you feeling Bai Great Nana always does an amazing job, Nana's, killing it per usual Asa. What are you thinking? This looks so good. Just showed him for the first time.. This is awesome. I can't wait until we have like the band up there. Yeah. I was worried about the dance for me too small for our groomsman dance. This is definitely not small Yeah. And look at the out the alter like out there., Oh cool, Isn't that So pretty Yeah doing it outside Yeah she decided going outside.. I trust wherever she's gon na pick, So we just arrived at the venue and I'm here. All the groomsmen. They are in here playing pool playing video games, eating chicken nuggets, that's prepping for a wedding to you. All right. Here. We are. We're in the bachelor room. We just got a few hours left., I'm about ready to head down and get my first look at her.. Yeah. Are you first, I'm first on first before you, I'm nervous, You get a look at her at rest of your life. Buddy. Yeah! That'S true, Proud of you, man, Okay. Bailey's, hiding the suite.. We don't want to Asa seeing her before the wedding, but we are currently snapping some photos of the man today.. We sat here and coached him on his poses.. I think I did pretty good. He did pretty good he's a good listener. I'll give it to you a lot of coaching, but we are. We are getting there. So we're going to get some good photos. And then I think it's what T-minus three hours till the wedding, something like that., Getting close [, Mindy, ], Y'all, Bailey and Shaun they're about to get the first look. Look at how nervous Shaun looks ( Upbeat string, music ). Oh, I can't watch this. Awe, [ Kamri ]. First, look with dad ( upbeat string, music, ), Okay seats are starting to fill up.. You can see so happy to see this.. It was supposed to rain all day and the girls were praying that it wouldn't. And it rained from four to five and we're almost six now and it's beautiful. ( light music ), [, Mindy, ]. Okay, we are seconds away from going down. Bailey. Any final thoughts. No [, Mindy ] Nerves Excited Excited. I'M just excited [ Mindy ] Anxiously watching all the guests come here. We go (, light music ) And welcome the new Mr and Mrs (, cheering ), (, upbeat music, ) ♪. The amount of bobby pins that were in my hair, just my hair, my hair., I don't! I couldn't get a brush through it right now. If I wanted to., I didn't have any Bobby pins there.. We have food everywhere, y'all, like food, food, food, food, food food - I mean the house looks like it blew up, but we did bring home some pretty flowers. Anyways. So how do you feel Min? I think it literally was the perfect night.. It was a beautiful day and there were weather issues. We were worried about., So many like little magical stories that well we'll probably share through out this, But it was Yeah. It really was beautiful. I'M exhausted Was amazingly beautiful, just in every way. They're, so cute Asa. Welcome to the family, buddy. (, upbeat, music, )

It was a babysitting vlog ( wayyyyyy back when they had just started their youtube channel ). I remember my dad showing me and my sister a bunch of babysitting videos cz we were soon having a baby brother. Only Brooklyn and Bailey's video caught our attention to the extent that we started researching about them, subscribed their channel, loved their content. And since that day, me and my sister have seen each and every single video of B&B together. I almost feel like they are our real sisters.
