Naturally Curly Pixie Tutorial

Oh i'm feeling a little seasick. I don't know about you but get into it, but get into it. Y'All see little fish jumping out jumping out the waves. Let me chill, let me chill hey. What'S up y'all, it's jasmine, i'm back today with a slick down tutorial. I'M always asked like how do you slick down, naturally curly hair? Well, today, i am dropping the deets, the secret sauce. This is a very highly requested video if you are wanting to achieve this. Look please stay tuned and do not forget to like comment and subscribe. I love you guys so much thank you for being here and let me know how you like it products that you'll need to achieve. This look is a spray bottle full of water, some spray, leave-in conditioner, setting foam and gel start by spraying down your entire head with water. You don't want it to be dripping wet, but you do want it to be pretty damp. Remember the damper your hair is the easier it will be to style and slick down, but hold up. Let'S get into this growth for a second, because yes ma'am next you're going to go in with a spray leave-in conditioner. I prefer a spray over a cream when doing this style, because it is more lightweight and you avoid products clashing. Keep pumping that foam. Keep pumping. Just when you think that you have too much add two extra pumps, quick tip, lay the foam down in the direction you want your hair to lay. So, if you are wanting to put a part in your head, lay your hands in that direction. If you are wanting to slick your hair forward, apply the product with your hands going in a forward motion, use a rat tail comb to create a part in your head. Whichever side you prefer, i always go for my left side. That is my good side. That is my favorite side and you are going to keep combing through the hair until everything is laying accordingly, once i get my part nice and straight, i will reference to where my ear stops to stop my part and then i'll begin combing everything down in the Direction, i need it to go. If you guys are wondering how long my hair currently is, i would say it's about two and a half inches at the top and an inch on the side and back and my curl type is a combination of 3b and 3c. I like to call them corkscrew curls, because they are in the same shape and size of a corkscrew once everything is laid down exactly how i want it, then it's time to move on to the edges and the bangs, i don't usually wave every part of my Hair, just mainly the sides and i use a double-sided edge brush and eco styler gel to get the job done, what nikki say waves on swim, so they hate on him sounds about right. Keep in mind that different curl types will have different versions of this. Look. So if you have looser curls, then you will have looser waves. If you have tighter curls and you will have tighter waves and if you are wanting to achieve maximum hold and sleekness stick to gel. And if you are wanting a softer hold stick with a foam or a mousse, and just like that we are laid and slayed. Now it's time to secure the dewey once your do-rag is secure, make sure to feel around at the top for any bumps. Make sure that everything is as flat as possible and don't forget to double check your sideburns, so everything dries perfectly and just like that, we are slicked to the gods.
