Hi, its Beth from sweets outside design and today I'm going to show you how to do a waterfall braid. So I've just killed the hair loosely. But you don't have to do that. It'S optional! So we're going to grab a section of hair at the front and then you're going to divide it into three sections and then you're going to start a normal braid. So you're going to go over the middle section over the middle section and this section here you're just going to let it fall and then you're going to pick up a section of hair from underneath to create your three sections again and then you'll just continue. So start at the top, so you go over, but this time you're going to add in a section of hair from the top add it into that hair and then drop this section here and that's what's creating your waterfall braid. So again you need to pick up a section of hair, so you've got your three sections again start at the top cross, it over the middle, add a section of hair in and then let that section drop. So when you've reached the other side of a head. Just then take your three sections and you can either tie a little a stick there or just continue a normal three-strand braid down. My daughters hair is very very silky and it looks nice but if you touch it it just slips out from the brain really easily! It's for a Prom so it has to last all evening!

Lily Cessna: What do you use to help the curls last? I have a granddaughter whose hair is maybe a little longer than your model in this video. She would like me to do a waterfall braid for prom tomorrow....with loose curls like your models...but not sure what products to use so her large curls will last in her long hair.
