Hi everybody today, I'm going to be showing you how to get this updo. I love it so much. You can either dress it up and wear to something fancy, or I really think you can pull it off as a casual kind of everyday like you just threw up your hair, and this is how it looks and it looks awesome, and this hairstyle is great for Any length hair any style hair if you already have curly hair better for you, so I hope you guys enjoy this look and I'm going to jump into the tutorial. Let me know what you think: I'm just going to start off with some heat protectant ins. You always want to protect your hair, all over kind of lift your hair up and get all the hairs in between until just the top and bottom, and then just comb it all through your hair. Now, for this look, we are going to separate our hair. A lot because we're doing such small curls okay, so I am using - could be as small as barrel size that this comes with. This is itty bitty tiny, and this is the kind of wand that will give you Taylor, Swift curls. So it's really fun to do. Looks like this width, I really liked it, so you want to start up at the root close as you can get on the bottom layers. It doesn't matter as much, but when we get the top to the top, we really want to get close to the roots. With such a small barrel, you have to hold it for like no time at all. So that's another good thing this, so you just want to curl your whole head with this. I'M going to fast forward this because that would be really boring, so just choreo have whole head now. When top section is going to be, it's had different, occasionally we're going to throw a curl towards our base, just to give it a little bit more dimension and kind of messy. Look in that way. It'S not going to look so structured, pretty much okay. So I'm going to take my crazy mess of a hair down. It'S going to be super super curly. I feel like I'm from like. I don't know what decade that is the nineties 80s. I don't know anyways, I'm just gon na hear straight a tad, maybe a little more than a tad okay. So we're not exactly gon na run our fingers to right here. What we're gon na do is pull apart. The curls, especially the ones towards the top I'll, show you what I mean. It'S a lot easier to show you than to explain so I'm going to take a curl and I'm going to separate it and make two curls out of the one I'm gon na. Take this one make sure you're just twisting your fingers the direction the curl is going. Ok, so now we're going to do is pull this top half back very loosely and we're going to just pin it to the top of our head. Now, what we're going to do with this bottom half is just wrap it into a very messy bun. Just so it's going to kind of be the base of our hairstyle and give us something to pin the top pieces into. What'S great is, if you have short hair, you can skip that whole step and just take the top down and just kind of twirl it and back kind of pin it in place. So now we're going to take this messin s down, so I'm taking a couple pieces from the very back that way. The back of my hair has some like curl texture to a and I'm just going to kind of hold the ends and just kind of like pin it in place. So this top half we're just pinning it to where it looks nice and there's no way to really pin it wrong, just make sure kind of tucking your ends under or hiding them somewhere, because if your answer like mine, they kind of just like go crazy directions. So I'm going to pull the top pack, have it back and I'm just going to bobby, pin it there, because I want like a little poof, but then I'm just going to take the ends and just continue to pin it back just going to pull down some Of these front pieces now I don't know you could do this any way you want, depending on how you're feeling that day, you could always just pull this straight back. I think I'm actually going to go up over. So it's more like on the top and just end this over here, I'm just going to pin the front back first and then I'm going to worry about the ends after I'll just kind of do like a little liquid. Okay, guys, let me know how you like this look, what I love about the whole concept of using really small curls, as you get all this volume up here, and you can still see the curls where, if you use larger curls, they kind of get tugged down. So I really love this. You could play around with this up towards the top of your head or lower side, but how you pull it back. I would love to see what you guys do with this look and how you incorporate it into something of your own. So please feel free to tweet me or Instagram me. I would absolutely love to see it, and I will see you guys in my next video bye
