IT WAS ONE OF YOUR RUBBER AND METHOD BRAIDING TUTORIALS. I WAS HOOKED! I BINGE WATCHED ALL YOUR VIDEOS YOU HAD POSTED THUS FAR. THE VERY NEXT DAY I WENT ON AMAZON AND ORDERED ME A MANNEQUIN, RUBBER BANDS, 2 BIG JARS OF SHINE AND JAM, RATTAIL COMBS, MOUSSE, AND EVERY KIND OF HAIR I COULD THINK OF, FROM BRAIDING, CROCHET, TWIST, AND KINKY. EVERYDAY I WOULD GET ON YOUTUBE AND SEE WHAT STYLE YOU WERE UPLOADING THAT DAY AND I WOULD GRAB MY MANEQUIN, HAIR AND SUPPLIES AND TRY TO MIMICK YOUR STYLE OF THE DAY. ALMOST EVERYTIME WAS A DISASTER BUT IT WAS SO MUCH FUN TRYING TO LEARN THE TECHNIQUES. MY DEPRESSION WAS FADING AWAY MORE AND MORE EACH AND EVERYDAY.
