hello everyone! to celebrate spring i have a huge compilation of ten 5-minute quick and easy cute hairstyles! these are all incredibly easy to do, but look adorable worn either simply or with accessories. i have long hair but a lot of these styles can also be recreated with shorter hair by using lots of bobby pins, trust me i've tried it and it looks just as cute! as always thank you guys for watching ❤️

As you all know, we are in quarantine season, so I just hope that everyone is safe and everyone is doing well and just remember - to stay calm and to wash your hands. But besides that, I challenged myself to create as many easy 5-minute hairstyles as possible in one video, so I ended up with a total of 10 hairstyles, so here's my little guide to a bunch of 5-minute, quick and easy cute hairstyles. So, first of all, I guess a little hair tour. This is how my hair is doing, as you can tell we faded out the rainbow recently because we're getting ready for a new hair color. It'S not gon na be pink this time. So can you guys guess what it is so, first, as always, I am just brushing out my hair and I'm using my favorite brush in the world. This is the wet brush and I'm going to quickly use my straightening iron to do some loose beachy waves and I'm not going to go into too much detail about this, because I did create an in-depth tutorial about this hairstyle pretty recently. So I'm just going to link this up in the right hand corner so for the first hairstyle I'm going to tie two small pigtails on each side of my head and here's a little trick. I use just using your thumb. You want to start at the top of your ear at an angle, and you just want to pull up until you hit the crown of your head and that's how I get a really straight section of my hair to pull back and, of course, just brushing and Tying my hair back into place and it's optional, but I like to decorate a lot of my hairstyles with little clips. So I have these green velvet bows, which I think are really cute for spring and securing these on the top of my pigtails. That'S it for our first really quick, hairstyle, then segue into our next hairstyle from this one. I took off my clips and then taking each of my little pigtails, I'm just going to be braiding them very quickly and then taking the finished braid. I'M looping it around itself to create a little bun on the top of my head and then just cross. Some bobby pins over each other to secure the tail down and repeat on the other side. Again, I'm using the same pose in this entire video just to keep some consistency and I'm just clipping them onto the base of the buns, and you can definitely change things up by swapping out the accessories on your buttons and that's it for our second version of This hairstyle then for our next hairstyle. I am going to be pulling back all of my hair into two pigtails and I generally don't like to wear pigtails when my hair is wavy because it gets really really puffy. So I came up with a hairstyle to sort of counteract this problem, so taking about an inch or two inches of hair from my pigtail, I'm just going to braid that off and secure it with an elastic and then taking the entire braid I'm going to wrap It around the base of the ponytail and then again just secure this off with some crossed bobby pins and then repeat on the other side, and that's it for this hairstyle. This is actually my favorite hairstyle in this entire video. Just because I love how fun and how unique it is, I think this is a great hairstyle for people who have a lot of hair. That'S really thick and sometimes frizzy, because I've taken half of the volume to make into these little braids. It makes the hairstyle look a little bit sleeker and not as frizzy next. For this part of the video, I made a little ribbon on a bobby pin, and this is how I did it so taking a thin ribbon. I'M just making sure that I have enough to go over the length of my hair, plus some more I'm tying a small ribbon at the top, and then I'm snipping off the excess of one of the little legs. And then this is what you end up with. So inserting a bobby pin to one side, I'm just going to pin this to one side of my hair and then taking the long tail of the ribbon. I'M going to take a one-inch section of my hair and I'm going to braid this portion along with the ribbon inside and you can braid as much or as little hair as you want. You can braid as tight or as loose as you want and then repeat on the other side and secure off the ends with elastic and snip off. The remainder of the ribbon very carefully do not cut your hair and then that's it. For this hairstyle I had a lot of fun with this one, because there is a little bit of a DIY element to it. I can see so much potential in this hairstyle with different colors of ribbons, different, thickness and also different patterns. I just used what I had on hand, but I feel like using a light pink or a white ribbon would look really really cute for the spring, then, for the second half of this video, I'm going back to my straight hair for days where I'm really lazy, Where I don't want to curl my entire head of hair, I just curled the ends of my hair, either inwards or outwards. So for this time I'm going to be flipping my hair outwards. These are some of my more basic to go hair styles. That take me really a minute to do, but I did want to put them in this compilation just for your guys's reference. So the point of this hairstyle is actually the flipped out ends, which I feel like is really cute and really unique, and to sort of dress up this hairstyle, you can decorate with all sorts of different headbands and I've been a really big fan of velvet headbands. Recently and another version of this hairstyle is, is to do a side sweep and even as someone with front bangs, I can easily make a foe side sweet bang. All you have to do is just brush over your hair and then secure everything in place with the bobby pin. I didn't have one on hand, but if you have any sort of decorative clip or decorative bobby pin, I feel like that would look even cuter, then for our next hairstyle. I am going to be pulling back both sides of my hair into two pigtails and then I'm just going to finish it off with a different development headband. This one is a thicker padded, pink velvet, headband and because we've already flipped out our hair, I think the pigtails look really really cute because they have a little bit of texture to the end, rather than being super straight then, moving on into our next hairstyle, with The same high pigtails I'm going to be braiding each side and tying them off with an elastic, and then I have these puffy pink dangling earrings that I got from deep hop they're bit mangled now, because I've been using them for my hair. So taking a couple of bobby pins, I'm just going to be pinning these poof's onto each side of my hair, and do you recognize this hairstyle? This is actually an homage to my favorite pop princess, Britney Spears. I wore this hairstyle to the Britney Spears Zone exhibit and I had a lot of fun, so I just had to sneak in this hairstyle into this compilation. Then, on to our next hairstyle, I took out the puffs and taking each of the braided pigtails, I'm just wrapping it over itself to create a little braided, bun and then again just cross over bobby pins to secure in place and then repeat. On the other side, this part is optional, but I pulled out some hair on the sides to sort of frame my face and to make it look a little bit Messier and a little bit cuter then taking the same velvet ribbons. I'M just going to pin this onto the front of the base of my buns again. There are so many options with this hairstyle because you can really pin whatever you want to the base of these buns. You can even tie some ribbons around them and I feel like it would look super cute for our last hairstyle. This one is gon na be a little bit more simple. I'M basically going to pull all of my hair up into a high ponytail and then taking whatever decorative hair tie it. You have just tie it around the base of the ponytail and then splitting my hair down the sides to rest onto my shoulders. You can kind of see that this is different from a regular ponytail because of how we flip the ends of our hair out at the beginning, it's a little bit more elevated and a little cuter than just your average ponytail. So that's it for this video.
