Hair Care, USA, so I'm working on a Tuesday, and I don't do that - I'm so used to not being here certain days of the week and guess who's here today we are so you guys know. I did my hair on Sunday and this is why I don't do down Styles because down Styles, don't last not on my head, it doesn't color at the front down Styles. Don'T last not on me. Does not so I'm gon na give myself what I call a quickie because I'm getting my hair done on Friday anyway. I just need to look like someone for the next couple days until I get my hair done, so I'm putting some first Tamer and Shine Serum on my color. As you guys know, I say: color is a luxury service. It'S not something to be played with good morning. So when I used to tell people like he's always asking me like, why do you always have your hair in the Up Style? You know why? Because nothing else left, I can sleep with my hair up and wake up with a style in the morning. My hair is down like this. I wake up. Looking like I didn't even comb. My hair. The good thing is my hair was soft, even though I did spray a ton of Sebastian shaper on my hair um, it's still very soft good morning. It'S still very, very soft, so I can still actually curl it again, even though I don't like to, but I really don't have a choice, I'm just not going to spray any Sebastian shaper on my hair today, because then I'll run my wrists of product build up And making it super dry and all that good stuff, and I don't want that to happen, so this is just a kind of like re-curl. Thank you, hey Grace, funny color live yeah. I enjoy watching your videos, you give what I gave you a thumbs up. Thank you for everybody who thumbs up on their way in you guys know I'm real big on my thumbs. Ups ET hey Tanetta foreign, when I'm not supposed to be somewhere, I'm not such a happy camper trophy. She has to go into the dryer first. No, you said you asked me if it was a cap: okay, okay, so she's gon na go in the journey for 15 minutes. You said: if I actually do my own hair, I mean I can do my own hair. I also go to a hair salon to get my hair cut huh. I don't know if she's here nope, I go to the hood, you know um. I go back to my Grassroots. Where I started. I go see my friends. What happened to yesterday's live? My phone died, and I just was too tired to even go back and try to plug it in so we had a little Interruption. Yesterday, oh yeah, I mean um and I forgot to buy the turtle s coming. You dive one actually one moment, foreign yeah. They have one it's like a little um, it's like a what is it called it's like a plastic tube like an inner tube thing, for you use that you use that before yeah they have one of those. Those are more comfortable. I think I'm sure you guys are asking questions. Sorry, I went to do something except that's. Most of them are saying yeah good morning. Oh, it's not gon na be the best. It'S really just to get me through till Friday. You guys, because I barely even touched the back of my head on purpose of purpose, because as soon as I go to sleep, that's it so really all that matters is this front area here and then I just kind of and we're done, and this is why I said a mold is important, who asked me that question the other day? Why is it so important to mold your hair? Because you look like you rolled your hair with sponge rollers like right now, because I did not start from a fresh mold. I started from bad hair, it's nice and voluminous sorry when I mold it down with the foam yeah. So that's the reason for it because um I look nice and poofy. I'M looking like my mom when she told me to roll her hair at night. Now some of you might like this nice and poofy look, I don't, but it's gon na have to work period. I used to like that yeah you're in luck, you're in luck, happy birthday pink for where are you located? Altamonte Springs Florida happy birthday, pink foreign. If you guys know me by now, you know that I, like my hair, to go like this, just like that, oh my God, um yeah. For the most part, it is but it now it's like peeling again so like. If you look close to my lips, you see all this white stuff, that's what happens to. I look like a crackhead during the winter, so so this is what happened when I end up peeling it off so now. I can't peel it off because I want to peel off the dry lip Tarts and I I cannot like a crackhead with the chippy lips. Don'T let the lip gloss? Fool you? If you see under here, you see all that white stuff. Look like white squall! I terrorize my mochana, that's why, like that already, you know just like that. I start having dry patches everywhere. I just have to put a little lotion on my face. Specifically. Thank you. Oh man, I even got a booger in my nose. That'S deep! I just found one: oh, no, that's dry skins. Winter is not the best for my skin. I started getting scabby noses and scabs, and my lip scabs my face is dry, not the best Market at all around here and mine. It'S like I work right here. You'Ll see me online, like this, like I Just Want To Have Some Sugar Boogers instead of saying good morning, I, like your videos. Thank you man. It'S gon na sit. My clients is under the dryer. Let'S chat morning. Yes, Susan balance is now back in stock. You guys I made it yesterday on, live and bottled it and put it back inside okay. So let's talk melatonin is not working for me. I did the ollie ones and I think there are only three milligrams per two gummies. So I took three and a shot of control. I'M still tired, I'm still not feeling like I rested like I feel like I need something else I don't know I need. I need like melatonin, 50 milligrams, probably taking 30 minutes before you go to City. So you know how I ended up falling asleep last night, my son, I know how to get my son to fall asleep turn on the news and he's out in a minute two matches. Okay. For me, it's put a book by a book by sound on so I plug my charger in and I put on how to attract money. Those books are boring to me. They don't stimulate my mind, but it's good to go to sleep with some positive things in your head, so I plugged it in and put my phone right here next to my head and I just looked into space and I heard about attracting stuff. I don't remember nothing else, he said, but I end up falling asleep. I'M not a silent sleeper. That'S my problem. It'S not falling asleep! That'S the problem! It'S a staying, asleep or anything all it takes is either you turn on the light. You turn on the TV. You walk in the room you roll over. I can't I can't I can't stay asleep and then at that moment, once I wake up, I'm now up so I'll go to bed at 10 and wake up at 12 and then I'm up from 12 to 6. and then I'm up all day long and then I do it again and it's a good time. No, but I have um, I don't have a thyroid, so that's when it started um. It wasn't so bad and then, when I started doing keto that was when I started that's when I actually started sleeping, and I would stay asleep all night when I was doing Keto, but you got to be consistent, I'm not basically having extra stress them. Well, I just got the Ali regular string what two three days ago so last night I increased it to three gummies, which that probably was like four and a half milligrams, and when I looked at it - and it said one serving is three milligrams: I'm like three Milligrams, this is where an adult, so I think I need to go find somebody. That'S just a space makes a 10 milligram. Not only Ollie just makes it cute. The Box can't drink caffeine. When you take ADHD medication, it's a stimulant, so I can tell if I ate or drink something I shouldn't have, because I can't hold anything and I'm just jittery. No, you just say the caffeine just makes you stiff. It stimulates you. This is the one which one you can do and yours may be worse than mine, but this is the one that I tell you oh try to make it good. Melatonin see you have a 10 milligram, the Ali. It says a serving of two you take two and it's the each serving is three milligrams. What I found is when I take two I was like. Let me double up and make sure I can sleep. Well then, it messes everything up, but then I'm up and can't sleep and feeling crazy. But if I take one, even though I know I don't typically go there, till 11 o'clock - wake up at 5, 30. I'll, take it at night to force it to make me go to sleep. So I take it. Take a shower through all my nighttime routine stuff and then just go, get the bed and then I just sometimes about four. Maybe you know that, like on the table when I wake up, I I cover that line and it's so bright and that's very long but other than that that's mean like, like I used to be one that I have to have the TV on now. I turn on all the lights in the room so that I can actually fall asleep, because I can't sleep with the lights anymore. I did two shots of tequila last night and three melatonin gummies um. I did two shots of tequila. I was being modest when I said one I had to to talk to Tequila. All they did was make my eyes roll. I don't recall that they did anything else, cherries before bed. My my endocrinologist said cherry tart juice that didn't do nothing. That does nothing. It'S just it's just it don't taste like anything. It tastes like bitter, like like tart yeah, you like tart you'll like it, because I like tart too. Thank you products. I bought yes pack, oh my God, chamomile tea, listen, those those natural remedies. They ain't doing nothing. For me, y'all see my eyes: can you tell I'm tired, because I am alcohol actually does make me sleepy if I drink enough of it, I'm gon na go to sleep, but I'm not an alcohol Drinker like that. So I just had two shots of Patron and when I lay down and honestly all it does, is just it just kind of Mellows me out, but I don't do that every night, I'm not that kind of person either I'm a social Drinker and even then I Rarely drink my shirt has all kinds of things on it that I'm about to cut off I'm going through the same thing with sleep having problem sleeping, I could never sleep all through the night me either. The only time I've ever slept through the night was when I was doing keto and I don't know why it works that way, but it does, you know sorry guys, like. I have all these little balloons on my shirt and I have to cut them off right. Foreign start, the first time I came to Crystal 2022. I want to say the first time I got an appointment and what I'm trying to think. Because I came to her - and I never forget it was in March when we had made it in 2019 or 2018 and she said, make sure you go online and schedule your next appointment. You should come for 20 treatment because they show up fast. We went to go, do it, why don't forget it what they gon na do with appointment and the next thing I know she was traveling. So as soon as I saw this oh wow, your doctor said, if you can't sleep, take a Benadryl. You know what Benadryl does to me. It puts me in a very, very deep sleep and then, when I wake up, I feel even more tired exercise. If I do it in the morning, yes get some sleepy time tea. I have a Sleeping Bear on the box. I have a sleeping around the box at Walmart. It'S really good. By the way, I love your hair. As always. Thank you ADT. I leave sleep aid helps, but it doesn't allow you to sleep through the night. Yes, I also have trouble sleeping at night for years, and I am - and I take a few things - hey Boston, I'm gon na get it in order. I'Ll leave makes you sleep, but it was the complicated. I listened to sleep stories and music on an app called rain waves. My favorite is the honest, guys poop story. Last night I listened to how to attract money. In my sleep, mostly, I woke up this morning. Thinking of how to attract more money, then right and brightens your eyes. Thank you. Try taking melatonin, that's what I'm doing right now that thing don't work stretching before bed. Okay, why not just lay down and rest! Sometimes sleep doesn't mean rest. What the good grades we talking about at night, you know when you should be asleep like your body. Naturally, you need a minimum of six hours and I think that's the reason I'm not getting even that I'm getting like two three hours of sleep. I, like your body, needs a time that is rest and resets and it does not reset until you sleep. That'S why people get induced glaucomas and stuff you're gon na um, calm, calm, her down and then she'll go back under the dryer foreign products are good too. I'M gon na try some stronger melatonin caught. Another live foreign, oh that's kind of what ruined about my salon relationships. I can't get down and then dry. Oh my God, hey Crystal, I have a business question, not for the public. Should I email you? So if you have a business question, you can schedule a one-on-one brainstorm and that's where I'm just turning on she's, not gon na stay on a different at all, yeah um. You can book a one-on-one session for that. Well, they said menopause messes up sleep like everything else, how many people's life hot flashes changes in your body changes in your cycling. I don't think it's menopause, but you got you'd have to get they more said that they would have told you right now. The menopause yeah I mean your cycle is a part of it, but you haven't had one since 15. That doesn't mean at 15. I don't know if you can even get into menopause, so I have a hot flashes. Okay, so it just happens not necessarily be no cycle right. Menopause is no cycle. Okay, hot flashes, skin changes mood changes. You know when your cycle is coming, but it never comes. You know it's here, but it's not here. That'S true like it's here and it's never here and that's the truth, um. So how you got kids happy hits. I got one at 13 and I still obviously I don't listen. So I'm like the same time. That'S nice. I'Ve only missed four Cycles in my life and I have three children that should tell you a number yeah nah. I need mine, no yeah yeah, I'm one of those hypochondriacs too need mine, no girl, no idea! I was, I found out very early, every single one. First one I missed it, the second one my aunt called me at my job in the bathroom I had a dream about fishing somebody's pregnant. It'S only three girls which one of you is it. So I go to the Dollar Tree and just get a dollar test for shits and giggles, and I took it at work at my lunch time the same day and I was whole or pregnant, the third one I had gotten my thyroid taken out August, the 4th And September the 6th I was six months pregnant, I mean six weeks pregnant didn't show up, I didn't even have a thyroid, I had, I ended up getting pregnant right before they removed it and I had a tumor on it. I was already pregnant. That'S why I know this Factory is dust. Ain'T, nothing left honey. This is great powder. No, that was a miracle child ain't, nothing else coming what happened yeah. It has to be by the grace of God, the Sun, Moon and Earth. It'S been nine years. It'S not happening, you know. What'S so funny, I have a friend my daughter's best friend, her mom. She just got married and her her youngest child is Christian gay and I would joke with her and every person that I've ever said this to within a couple months. They tell me that they're pregnant so she's, like girl, you know we can't have no more kids, I'm like girl, you watch. I say you about to be pregnant. She'S, like the other day she messaged me she's, like you know, I've been missing an action. I got to tell you why and sends me an ultrasound that she's pregnant, my other client she just got married. This is a while back and we're sitting in the salon and I'm like you, look pregnant. She was pregnant. Then my friend, I said the same thing to her just the other day. She took a. She took a picture at the beach and she looked so happy because her and her mating just started getting together and I'm like, I see pregnant on you and she tells me the other day. She'S, like I miscarried right after you said, I was pregnant because I was pregnant, but nobody knew she was. It was super early and she ended up miscarrier. She has kids, but she said that she she can't get any more kids. It'S been that long now, she's pregnant for her new husband, and you know the craziest part she said she's like he would love to have a child with her, but he understands that she can't have any more and look who's pregnant wow. Not me. Let me come back over here mine's compound time. I don't miss none. Never it might come early, never came late, even in stress that people come a week before never missed one time. Listen, it was a girl. I remember when I was pregnant with Christian and well. I was at Winnie Palmer, just I was still pregnant with him and I was waiting on my car to come in the little valet thing and I sat on a bench and it was this little Spanish girl. She was a Spanish, a white girl sitting next to me and she's sobbing, but Crystal's, one of those people where I actually, okay, I'm just sitting there in my head, I'm just like she's gon na stop crying right next to me, boy, okay, so I turned this Way and I'm like okay, God, I'm just gon na ask her. I'M like hey what's wrong here. She goes. She was like. Oh, my God, I got an IUD and I'm pregnant and I just looked at her and I looked at myself and I thought in my head. I said: aha, not me after Christian came out baby. It was nothing. It was nothing today, nope like basically, they say thyroid disease makes you infertile, it's not a 100 fat, because when it's time is time, right, yeah, but it's been 10 years now, like Christian, is about to be 10 years old. I'Ve thought about it and then I'll hold your baby and I'll have the fever for like five minutes and then, when I give the baby back, I no longer have the fever. I don't I don't envy anyone who has a newborn. I have one boy and two girls, I don't envy anyone who has a newborn, I don't um. He has a lot of brothers, I'm okay from you, his brothers from his dad. His dad is a boy dad. His dad is a boy dad. He has more than enough mm-hmm yeah, but here's the thing. If it happens, then God was it was for it to happen, but at the same time I'm not nope nope. I enjoy traveling and not saying oh, my gosh mommy. Can you can you watch the baby for me? Okay, Belle stay over there with that congrats, okay, nah! Don'T do that! Congrats stay right there. I am not Janet Jackson, honey! There'S! No, there's nothing wrong like okay! So my first two children I struggled like I struggled with my first two children, no financially life yeah, just just life, and it was just a struggle like you know like trying to figure it out. I just it was just life, it wasn't. I was a young mom. I had got pregnant with my first daughter at 20. and then I found out I was. I was pregnant again, as my first daughter turns nine months at 21., so I had I had. I had the kids from early like you know. I'Ve already done the marriage. I'Ve done the divorce. I'Ve done all of that. So it's like Christian came along years later, when the factory was really closed. You know like it was supposed to have been closed at that time and he came and it's just like you know, thank you, God. I got my son and I was okay with that. I would lie with that. I'M still all right with that. You know, and then it's just like when I had Christian life, was very different, then so I splurged I had a concierge in the hospital and everything yeah I went. I went to Winnie Palmer to that little beautiful desk that they have right in front of the elevator with the lady who's sitting there with a nice computer, and I said ma'am. What is this because I kept noticing? It was only lighter skin people that would walk over to this little desk, and when I went over she's like oh we're concierge, we can arrange for dinner and all these things when Crystal had money, then so Crystal was like. Well, can I go ahead and sign up for that she's like yeah? Do you know what day you're coming because I had cesarean, so I knew my due dates. I knew what dates I would be there. I'Ve, never I've only gone into labor once and then it still ended up in a cesarean, so everyone else was planned and I'm like yep, it's gon na, be this day she's like well, you know we have this. We have this. I wanted a robe. I wanted dinner, I wanted massage it. I wanted. All of that. I got his little. I had his little his outfit made with his name on it, but who knew that he was going to be 19 000 pounds and couldn't fit it. You know I had my room, you know I had made sure that my room was was nice. You know I had the best nerd nine pounds: five ounces, yeah Christian was big, but his father was dead like if I show you Christian's, dad and him side by side. Same mouth same size, same head, same hair, everything yeah and he his sisters are fraternal twins. His mother are his mother and on our identical twins and his oldest brother and him were born on the same day. Wow, it's not going to be me. It'S going to be the next Generation, probably down the road somewhere. Not me, no, not me! I'M! Okay, I'm not struggling for any of that um Christian closing. He had a febrile seizure, one time at two years old and that's what ultimately scared me this out. I didn't want to have another kid, because I've never seen a seizure in my life, and I saw it happen to my son and I can remember the day where we were sitting and everything so we're sitting on the couch. Well, I call Alex babe Mama Bear my younger daughter. We call her mama bear because Alex is the one that kind of called it out. We were riding in the car and he had a fever that day and I went to the Walmart to get him some Tylenol and ibuprofen and as we're riding back, my daughter was like Mommy Christian feels really hot after my younger daughter, so we get home. I give him the Tylenol and me, and him is sitting on the couch and he has the little green Pacifier that the hospital gives you. I bought those by the Box, because he'd only take that kind. So we're sitting on the couch and all of a sudden. I see his eyes roll back and he flipped to the side and just just started shaking so I picked him up and I started shaking I'm like what is wrong with him. What is wrong with him? So then I tell my daughter, I'm like call 9-1-1 and I'm running to the car, to put him in the car to drive to the fire station like this was my thought. So then, when I'm on the phone - and you know we - I've never had to call 9-1-1 before yeah, so I'm thinking of the TV shows and I'm like I'm telling them my address. I'M like come fast. Please and I throw the phone down. I can laugh now at that time I was, and my daughter and she said, ladies, like ma'am come back to the phone come back to the phone and I'm like ma'am, I'm leaving I'm trying to get to the to the fire station girl. That'S that's what TV taught me: okay, TV taught me come now and you just go so I had never spoken to my neighbor ever and this man comes over mind. You I didn't even like the man because he reported my dog. He came over and he's like. You go and I'll stay with your daughters, don't worry, don't worry and the ambulance ended up getting there within like five minutes to only find out that it wasn't the ambulance from the fire station up the street they weren't even there. They were on another call. This ambulance came from somewhere else and that's why the lady was like you don't leave, because you don't know yeah, you don't know where they're coming from and when it's a baby they'll they come from anywhere. It doesn't matter where who who they call they're gon na. Come from wherever they come, so they got there like five minutes and by time they got there. The lady was on the phone telling me what to do, and she told me to just lay him down and turn him to the side and he ended up throwing up and then the moment he throw it up. He threw up, he just cried, and that was it and then we get to the hospital. He was too we get to the hospital and they do a spinal tap on it, and I think that was the only thing that hurt so bad for him. He wasn't like, we stayed there for like three days for them to um, do observation or whatever, and the only thing that he would do is he would be like a little old man he'd hunch over, and they would give him a popsicle and he walked out A hall and that's the only thing he wanted to eat like he wouldn't eat anything else. So after that I was just like, I don't know, if I would ever want to have another game, no, we were at home. We were sitting on the couch. What my daughter said he was super hot in the back seat and this was when we were almost home, like the fever had spiked really high, and I gave him the Tylenol. But I didn't it wasn't in time and you don't know you're, never gon na know that this will happen like it's just a thing and then my sister-in-law, my nephew same thing, happened to him, so it was just like it's there trying to get back into your Baby, listen I mean that that right, I guess you can call that a traumatic situation that made me kind of always think like do out. Would I ever want to do it again, not sure if it happens, okay, but would I aim for another baby after having that situation? No, because every time you had a cold between the age of two and six, I worry. I worry every single time he had a cold or fever. I could not sleep, I could not eat and I would work yeah. I can't hardly function right or whatever yeah I'll call the school real, quick in an emergency situation, and then I head to the hospital because he's you know like breathing so hard yeah, because it has no medication and that's. Why he's having an asthma attack? And the answer that I saw him about the crackers now, I'm on apartment, because these people are treating me so bad, they think. Oh, I guess they just like I'm some ghetto girl or something I don't take care of my child and the doctor came in and he said, that's exactly how they treated find the treatment neglect to give children their asthma medications. If you have a cold and those kinds of things like the federal seizures, they kind of just subside as they get, I think after age six and I worried until he turned six even a second, I believe it you know, that's why I feel the way I Feel about having another kid like I don't know if I wan na I wan na ever have to worry for that again, not saying that nothing else could happen in his lifetime. But when it's a little kid you know, and you see something that you've never seen in your life happen and you don't know what it is. You don't know what to do and all you know is what TV taught you every time I think about it. I'M just like wow be alone will tell you right right here. I couldn't just drive to the hospital, I think my lunch and I'm on the phone and the expression - and this is the first return to me it's like so I don't know if she wasn't taking her again all of the time it could save your life. You know so that is a scary situation to see everybody there, let alone retired yeah foreign, that she's in med school, and I thought I was the only hypochondriac in the world because if I watch Like if I watch Chicago Med and you got and on Chicago Met the episode today, the issue today was that you got some bloodborne disorder that was never heard of and you box passed away. I know I now having some of my clients came in she's like in med school. This is the biggest thing, because every time they learn something new, the whole class thinks they have it. It'S like you become. You become this, this person of all and I'm a googler. I used to love to Google. I used to go to Google hospital and Google hospital will tell you you're gon na die because you say your ankle hurt it's a seizure. All you say is um dark nail beds and all of a sudden they're telling you that you're about to pass away and one day one day I really wasn't feeling well and I went on Google and Googled it and white gave me this red alert thing. Go to that go to the hospital go to the hospital, and here I go at the hospital. I don't know like I'm telling y'all like you would never understand like when people hear the things that I have happened in my lifetime. You'Ll just be like wow and you seem so normal yeah, I'm not I'm just like you seriously, but you got ta. Google listen. Google University tells you a whole lot. Google Hospital, Google University uh-huh. I tell people. Now I tell them. Don'T Google anything? Google Google told me that I needed all kind of antibiotics, so I'm gon na find out it has sinus infections. Google told me that I needed to go to the ER, because I said I had a headache in the back of my behind my ear come to find out. I was just prone to having migraines at a cycle the same as someone I'm giving you a trip. Yep, I'm going through suicide attempts all kind of things it's been so much. You share yourself, trust me. It'S not a simple world to be a phone call. Save my life see. I didn't think black people think like that. That'S what we were taught that oh black people don't do that. We do that. But it's silently you don't you don't hear about these things, because it's not televised that they don't care to tell us that this is a thing. We'Re just taught that! Oh we're not like that. That'S crazy people, yeah okay, it has no color ready to go to church, don't go to therapy. So please I have a therapist and it wasn't until my my 35 years at that point that I said you know what I think I'm going to talk to someone and it wasn't because I wanted to hurt myself it's because I was going through so many things And sometimes you need an unbiased answer. Yeah you need someone that doesn't know you that, doesn't you are patient number 12 right 12, 242., and I need you to be able to differentiate talking to me as Crystal or talking to me, as of your patient, where you don't have to connect to me. So you can just talk to me straight. That'S why I don't go to. I don't like female doctors. I, like male doctors, male doctors, like my OB, was a male forever, since I was like 12 years old and then he ended up retiring um, Dr gerkovich. He delivered both my first two children and then Dr Stern delivered my son and Dr girthbridge has already retired then, but even then, like I'm the type, if I go to your office, please I don't like sympathy. People just tell me what the hell's wrong with me and tell me what we got to do and we're done talking about it. That'S probably why I don't have a lot of friends, because I'm like the best friend but I'm I will tell you the truth. I'M not gon na be like yes, you look good. That looks good on you, I'm gon na say no. This makes you look like this and they'll think you're hating. You know what I'm saying. That'S just an example, but I'm that friend that's going to tell you the truth, not what you want to hear yep. That'S me, and I'm also one of those people um people say that I have no empathy and it's not that I don't have empathy, I'm one of those people where I'll give you your five minutes. Yeah go ahead. I guess you get five minutes to sob and be sad. I even give you a couple days. You might have lost your job, whatever the case may be, but outside of that, what's the solution now, what are we going to do about it now? I can't sit here and keep sobbing and that's why people would say like I'm too straight to the point, because I look at it like sobbing is, is not gon na give you a solve it's just gon na. Allow you to release the emotion now. What are we gon na live in it, or are we gon na move forward? Okay, yeah, it's going on the window: okay, okay! The craziest part, though, is I'm a very sensitive person, but I have no empathy, you're relaxed right. Yes, I think it's the 20th good morning Hi. How are you, okay, nice, to meet you Monica? What are you getting done today? Um? I was thinking of perm, but I may need to do a root check. Okay, all right just have a seat I'll check in just a moment. Okay, thank you, and you know. What'S the craziest thing like in the streets, they tell you, love will get you killed and that's kind of one of the things where they put so many sayings out and so many different things that we live by. That will tarnish real life for you, like you, don't see things the right way anymore, because you're listening to all these different things, and sometimes these people should have with us and couldn't that they're putting into you. It'S not really a good word. So, that's why I don't I don't trust people's words a lot either. I have to not prove it to myself before I really Listen to It's like anyone. Yep past years, it's just family friends, family worst strangers have always returning. That'S weird right. No, it's not weird! It'S not weird, you know why, because sometimes, when you think about family and not even say friends, let's say family, because as we're growing up as children, aren't you best friends with your cousins and your sisters and your brothers, you guys, might not get along as much But your best friends to an extent and then, as you grow older, they start your ways are settling in and their ways are settling in and now all of a sudden, you start seeing things in them that you didn't like, and now it's become apparent because now You know yourself a little bit more and now you can actually see things how you want to see them and the way of the world, and we don't know that as a child, you're you're, very innocent, you don't know anything yet I don't know much of anything. You don't know about emotion, you don't know about any of that. You think you do, but you don't and it's like even with my family members like at my age now some of my family members that I loved to Absolute death. I see them now and I'm like my gosh, like that's you right horrible. I'M excited to do it like I'll just be like wow like how was I blinded by this, and then you start finding out that they've been holding resentment against you all their life, and you didn't know it could be a your adult, family members and you're a Child yeah, they, your your adult family members, have a problem with you, because you are the child of the person that they don't like. It happens all the time it is. It'S super sad yeah. That'S that's happened to me so many times like people that I would call I'll just make up a name Aunt, Jackie Uncle Uncle, Tony or whatever, and then later on. As I grow older and I start seeing things the way that they are like wow, you dislike me because you don't like my mom or my dad. Something with that nature, like people, carry things over and that's just kind of how I've learned to just kind of be to myself a little bit more and start learning and understanding myself more than anything else, because sometimes you don't see you in the mirror. You don't see what people see you don't know, you don't know what representation you have to someone else. You can't just thank you. It cannot just be them absolutely and it's like once you start figuring yourself out and you start having more self-awareness. That'S another reason why I'm not against therapy? That'S why I'm okay with therapy and we were taught that you know you don't tell people your problems, you keep them in the house, you know, and now it's like I'd rather talk to someone else with an unbiased opinion. You don't know me, and I don't know you so you're, going to tell me what you see face front and why? Wouldn'T I trust what you're saying, because you don't have a clue who I am you're, not my cousin right you're, not my sister you're, not my brother you're, not trying to spare my feelings, I'm paying you to help me, and sometimes you need that. This is why we grow up and we struggle so bad because we grow up with these Notions that we're not supposed to tell anyone our problems, we're not supposed to bring our inside business outside and to an extent, that's okay, yeah, to an extent that is A-Okay. There'S certain things that you know you keep inside, but there are certain times when you know you need help and you're about to have that breakdown, don't be afraid to go talk to somebody we're paying all this money for insurance for you to never use it like Even when I first started therapy, I told no one, you know what, because people love to pass their own judgment on what you're doing their insecurity is now your insecurity and I'm not that person so I'll, keep it to myself and do what I have to do For me to help me and that's all that matters at this point - oh he had one supporter. I, like your shoes, you don't have to pay for your hair. Just leave the purse in your shoes when you're going okay. She me personally, I don't have no luck with their clothes, I'm sorry! I have no luck with their clothes. I don't know when they cut like your sizing. You know every Everything Is Not Myself a size 60 and you in American sizes, and that's how I found myself. Well, okay, that's like for kids, they have really nice kids clothes and I bought three outfits for my son the other day and it said between nine and ten this this size. Well, my son is nine. Why does this thing? Look like a four-year-old's outfit I'll. Have my sunshine on and my son is very he's buried to the point he looked at me he's like Mom. I don't like it and try it on in my office, because if his father saw that outfit he would curse me, it would definitely curse him yeah. What signs they wear and what some of them don't need to have one side that they chose. Yeah. Thank you. You know where I like to shop Amazon meat, I'm an Amazon I like to buy clothes. I like to know that I can try it on and send it back, and you ask me no questions because you care not, and I send it back and I can look at the reviews. Like you said, people put pictures of things, plenty outfits that they saved me from mine right right and the price point cautious about it. It'S someone it's from there because you can. Anybody can buy stuff and sell it on Amazon dues clothes. My kids have an entire week this week, like I think yesterday was dressed like a an animal, so I I bought them. I bought them um those little so I bought the onesie and my son looked like a lion yesterday. He was so proud of this outfit. The lion costume didn't even fit, but he didn't care because it's Red River week well they're doing homecoming like their school, is homecoming, yeah, so they're doing homecoming and then um today is um, oh pajama day, so he's like Mom. I need to be flashed so they go on Amazon and they they load stuff in the cart and then I just kind of look at the cart and see: what's cost effective and what's not because I will quickly put something back and then my um, my younger Daughter she wanted to wear Harry Potter stuff, so I got all I went on Amazon and got all this stuff. Like there's another person same thing, yeah I got my daughter's homecoming dress on there. I ordered four different dresses on there, so she could see which one she liked we got that I got her accessories. I got her shoes, I got her bag. Everything yeah is good. It came from came from the same China, people that everything else come from 60 dollars to get a 30 dress, but because I needed it like now, you don't have to get an altar or anything, no um. But she, you know the crazy part. She still ended up getting a dress at Macy's because well I'm sending the dresses, I'm not going to get my shipping back, but the fact of the matter is, I still can get my 400 back that I only spent 60 dollars in shipping on. So it's like. Okay, why not she's not going to wear them? You know, that's why I like Amazon anyway, it's just it's convenient. I don't have to deal with the attitude. I don't have to look crazy, bringing something back. I don't have to get your judgment of me bringing something, but I don't do any of that and they have so many hoods now. You can just drop it off. Yeah UPS Store, I love the UPS store, they don't even care. He gon na walk out other secret attorney. You just put it in a box and send it back well, it'll tell you something you don't even have to put back in the box. You can bring it to one of their places like Kohl's or something and you don't even they'll, put it in a plastic bag and put a sticker on it and you're done and you get a refund right away like Amazon as soon as they scan it. Because they're connected as soon as their their places that they recommend use it like Kohl's or UPS store or something as soon as they scan it, it'll give it like 30 minutes, and you see your refunds on the way because they're like their trusted locations or something Whatever you want to call it, my sister does the Wardrobe thing because she's on the heavier side, so she has to wear larger clothes. So she has a put in what you like clothing style, wise. What outfits you like and they'll put stuff together for you ship. It to you, you try on what you want. Keep what you want. You know a lot of stores started. Doing that Burberry. Does that I was on their Burberry. Burberry would send me stuff just a box of stuff based on my size and they call it Consignment. I do it with Nordstroms yeah, I love Nordstroms, you don't eat whatever you, whatever you keep and they trust people well. They'Re gon na run your credit union and then it's like, like with Burberry those stores, they're more like if you buy a certain amount. All the time like, if you always are in there or something at one point, I was a Burberry person now I really care less I've gotten it so far. My system, it's like it is what it is so when they they sent me the first box and I'm like first and foremost what you're not gon na do is get me stuck in this so and me I am a sales Shopper. Okay, I I like luxury stuff, but it's not. I don't really it's not a big thing for me like I can wear. Although Walmart like I just bought some brown pants from Walmart, that was on the Walmart Haul on Tip Top Tick Tock. It was those left that are looking yeah girl, yeah. Let'S see you, leather brown pants and I followed a little Walmart haul um. They call it a Walmart haul and it's different girls and they all had these black booties. One girl had a shirt that had a heart cut out that she wore with the Magnificent I spent forty dollars real, quick and I could care enough like I like Bargains it when I had it like that, I am a sales Shopper. I go straight to the bathroom and I have all of that. I have rings, I mean unless I'm going like to dinner or something they'll be like, but I like to dress down and be comfortable me too. I have all the luxury purses the shoes. The luxury shoes hurt the most because you don't know like I had a pair of um got the shoes because it was just. I saw this celebrity in it, and that was my first and last time ever buying in that fashion, because it was just like okay, now that I bought these luxury shoes, I wore them one time oh hold on the so cakes. Do you know what my soul? Cakes, do I wore them, for maybe I've had them, maybe two three years now and I've worn them no more than five minutes in two three years, a total. When I promise you I total of five listen. Those shoes are made for Barbies that have like one toe okay, they're not made for people who who are who have who have hits, and abs and stuff like it's not made for normal people, because your body that that my body weight and the heel that don't Like you know, you're like no, no, no, no, no, no! No! No! No! And if you're squeezing my feet for five hundred dollars. No, no! No! We wear was supposed to walk on our toes, but you can't even walk on your toes. She got me too. I even took the shoes to this alteration place. I I sent them to this place in New York. That specifically, will alter the heel of the Red Bottom by like a quarter of an inch so that your foot can sit normal because the heel makes you stand on your toe, I'm too heavy for that. So when I'm trying to walk, I can't I can't actually step because your toe first of all, whose toe is like this, do your toes? Does your toes touch your pinky? No, so I know anybody who wears these shoes you're gon na have a bunch of corns. By the time you turn 60 years old. Okay, you're gon na have a lot of feet problems. Your podiatrist is gon na love. You myself, I do have that. So I got ta get knee replacement but yeah I have little heels every day, walking all around that hospital. I like to wear them. Oh that's for surgery! Me too, I used to actually you don't like to actually wear heels to the salon and then I'd get to the salon and change my shoes just so I'm stepping as I'm coming to work like that's too good. You know yeah just so I'm stepping. So it's like now I don't give a damn. I care less. I would come in here Crocs, I don't care, I need to be comfortable and even with sandals. You see me standing here Barefoot right because I'm so flat-footed. I can't stand in shoes all day. I don't like sneakers, I don't like feeling like I'm trapped. I can't push the pedal in my car with Shoes On My Feet. I have to take my shoes off to feel my head. I need to feel the pedal. I need to touch yeah. I have no control if I can't touch myself, because I drive like that. Okay, I didn't know that for the longest and yeah I used to drive with one shoe all the time in an office, a random mine. He told me that, and I looked it up and I was like wow - I never knew that. I need it me either I'll go to podiatrist and get a whole doctor's note for you, that's stupid. I have one for the tents on my car. I have one for the tints on my car because I had to have. I had a Ford Taurus, the new one when it first came out, and I wanted to look like the police. You know when you're in the hood yeah okay, I needed to look like the police, so it was like. I had a black Ford, Taurus, someone from migraines right. No, I just told the doctor I needed for my eyes and he gave me a prescription for a five percent tint for my eyes and anytime. I would drive the hood no matter where I'm at you can always tell me something ain't right because everybody start Ed. Oh, when you pull up everybody's standing there like this, I love it. My five percent all the time um when I traded it. I got a new black one yeah and I used to try to ride with windows down, but it's five percent tint. You still cannot see through it with it, cracked in the daytime, like it's so dark, and I um I've always been like a little like I'm. I'Ve been a tomboy all my life, so I had music in my car and everything. I went to the hood and got me some speakers put into everything, because I was single then look. I was just like. I got. I got two points I had two 12s and I have a 1200 watts um amp, because I knew I was my dad was a big into all that and my cousins were too so. I knew what I wanted and everything listen. I played only music that made the bass hit hard and I needed to get it only chick pulling up yeah nope. This is why that they made that alone. But you don't remember that police officer that shot and killed that boy they shot those kids at the gasket and now you want to make it a lot, because you knew that he was wrong for what he did so now. Of course you need to make it a lot like what was, but you know, we've had noise ordinances and laws in Florida against that music for years. So I don't know why right you know, I just find it as a sign of respect. All you, if you're at a stoplight whatever it is like, don't be disrespectful like show the respect to show respect. That'S all right. If I see people out there - and I know I'm stopped through oh yeah right now, but when I'm driving like if I'm on the interstate I like my music, if I'm pulling into my neighborhood, you will never hear a sound because number one I have to live Here - and I don't it's already bad enough - that I'm like one of two black homes in the whole neighborhood, so I don't want you to learn the control of the pedals. She loves sneakers. I have sneakers and I hate them. I like to okay, so I like to buy stuff because it's nice - and I tell myself I'm gon na - wear this, because it's really nice and then I get it and the way our closet is now. We can now like put everything on nice and pretty, and then we just look at it like so all my nice shoes. I can just look it yeah, that's all my bags. I have them all like. You know laid out. I'M walking there. Yes, thank you. Yes, they are yes, they feel good, healthy, yeah, exactly yeah. Thank you. Thank you. Everybody get this Crystal products, so y'all sure indeed looks like cash today, because I went to the bank before okay, before I called before I came from, I love the outfit. Thank you. New York and Company on sale I like to I Am cheap, as hell just buying that line just buying that sign that sign was 200. I would buy a pair of shoes for 200, but it took me four years to get that signed it's just because that I wouldn't get it until they gave me a coupon too I'm. Well, I'm not buying it. Really, it is cute, I'm one of those. I am, I use the word I'm through I'm a cancer. I can save. I like to look at my money I like to stare at it in the account. I have a certain threshold and if I go below that, I start to panic like now. I got ta go, do something yeah yeah! That'S me, because when you've been you've been broke for a long time, I'm not trying to lose one dollar. If you take from me it's like death for me, I am going to hunt you down. I'M real, Petty outside from all of the latest, is that I think that's the disease to a certain point where you have to have to, and then I have a whatever you hear from when I was two I was burned by water. Okay, I just relax at last. When was the last relaxer, it's like October September 29th, like the last week of September. Oh it's not time! Yet we don't have anyone got to do that for these markets? Who did it? You did it someone else, but I sweat a lot. Oh okay, yeah we're gon na push this one. It'S not! I don't think it's it's too soon for trying to work out and get this weight up. So I swear. That'S why your roots? Thank you. Oh sure. It'S um, I'm too funny with putting my payment stuff out there. People people are very, very easy um. I think it's the Elite, Hair Care, USA, but let me make sure thank you so much if you don't see anything. If you don't see anything text me.

Catherine Mark: I love your hair. I had the same challenge as you. I would fall asleep, but would not stay asleep, and was getting up at all hours through the night. I realized that I was going through so much; thanks to COVID-19. Now that things have normalized a bit, I'm able to sleep through the night; for the most part.

Alicia Gooden: Hey Crystal! Go see a sleep medicine doctor. Sometimes, it's a pulmonologist. I went because I was having horrible sleeping issues and it really helped me. They'll run different types of tests to see if you have any health conditions causing you to have poor sleep habits. Just an idea...or you can get that 20 mg Melatonin off of Amazon.

My opion, but I believe she could have used a relaxer touch up OR maybe you could have flat-ironed/hot combed her hair in order for it look smooth. From the edges and frontal/mid-scalp hair I could see texture difference and the hair bulking/separating. Maybe this is the reason why you don't prefer do this service [keyboard suggested it] , but hopefully she truly liked it. Otherwise, keep up the good works!
