Quick Natural Hair Protective Hairstyles | Short/Medium Length Hair

It'S nice to see you here again so today I'm treating you guys how I did this quick hairstyle, I actress later on Instagram and I thought hmmm so be nice. I just will create because it's simple and so easy and everyone can do it so, like you know what let me share this for today. As you can see, it's cute. Well, let's get into it so that all my hair stretched out. I had cornrows, you watch my last week, video and I basically just open those cornrows, and I come my hair like look at my afro. Oh my god, like I am so excited. I haven't, got a braid out. You know in a little bit - and I didn't realize my afro has gotten this big, I'm like. Oh, my god, like I didn't want to break my hair. I just wanted to wear it like this, but I have to post a video and your bell did not have any other video to course so yeah it is, it is glorious and beautiful. I think like this is the length that I always wanted. My offer to be so now I'm wondering why should grow it longer or should I start trimming it? I don't know, but I absolutely absolutely love it and I think like this coming week, I will rock my afro pretty much the whole week just cuz, I'm feeling this look, but you know what let's get back into styling of this hair and me showing you how I did the hairstyle, so I divided a box at the top of my head. As you can see, that's what I'm doing right now. The Lyons you should try to make them straight by y'all, know like doing your own hair. Sometimes you cannot see some parts. So just make them out straight as you can and also look nice as long as you do it and nicely and neatly so I'm dividing that a box and then I'm going in with a shine and jam gel and I'm just going to use that to lay My hair on the side I like using it because it's not it's not a hot gel, you know, like those gels that you put in your hair, is like so hard. This is sort of like it dries in sort of like oil kind of thing. If you are either ever one what's the difference, but as you can see, as you can see in religious works perfectly, and it just pushes my hair in the way that I want to, and I can still file it in another hairstyle, even without washing my hair Cause my hair, it doesn't get hard, it doesn't get. Would you call it flaky from this shining gem conditioning gel many brands carry this. So sometimes people ask me if they have to buy the specific brand you don't need to. If you just google it, you realize that many brands carry this shine and John Chow well. This is just me, brushing my hair and making sure that it is laid, as you can see like my hair was really cooperating today. Now that we're done with that, I'm just going to go on ahead and divide my little box with like another box, the triangle. So I'm going to have three little triangles and I'm just going to take a rubber band and make sure that I section that up properly and then me with a toothbrush. I don't know why I'm so obsessed with the toothbrush nowadays, I feel like I have to use it like all the time you can use your finger, you don't you have to use a toothbrush, but I'm just using that to apply the shine and jump gel in That little section to make sure all the little flyaways and go into the box and then I'm taking a rubber band, I'm using it. I found that what I'm doing you're, I don't know what they call this it would this be like a box braid in Kenya. They call it my tutor, so that's what I'll call it! I find that it's nice to do this much I after doing the rubberband, and it just looks neater when you're doing the boxes. So after doing that, I'm going to divide the second triangle. So now I'll have three triangles in total: try to make them the same size if you can, but obviously do you write it's better when you make them the same size. I think we just look so much ah better, but and do what you can like. I say, and then I'm just going to finish that up and then we are going to add the little accessories, as you can see like this is so easy guys like I know all of you can do this because sometimes I do hairstyles and so I'll do It oh girl, I cannot do that. Y'All can do this. Okay, y'all can do this. So I'm going in with this accessory box that I got from Amazon I'll, live it link down below. If you want to check it out - and I just got the little cuffs and I'm putting two cuffs on each little braid and after that, I'm just going to go in with some bobby pins and pin them on the side. As you can see, I pulled two of them on one side and I'm going to use two bobby pins to make sure that they stay in place. I would not use styling things. Go. Styling pins would not help them. I stay in place so make sure you use our bobby pin and I'm just going to use one working on the other side as well.
