See this it's a shoulder length Bob and while it seems like everyone is getting this haircut right now, it's not the easiest to style. So I'm going to show you three ways to change up the look for the first look. I wanted to do something soft and sweet and work perfectly for the office, so first you want to start by giving yourself a good middle part. It'S really easy to do this. All you need to do is brush your hair back and see where the line kind of naturally parts. Now you want to section off the top half of your hair you'll be working with this later right. Now we're only going to be working with the bottom half grab your favorite hot irons. I like this one from nume, because it digitally shows you the heat. So you can see what you're working with I like to use a hot iron to create these little curls, because it gives them more natural little waves, so grab about an inch section of hair, clamp it with a hot iron. At the top, then turn your hot iron about a 180 degree roll and go all the way down the length of your hair. This creates nice formed waves. You don't want a tight ring line once you're done with the whole bottom. Half of your head go ahead and give it a spray with a nice light hold hairspray this one from Leah Giorno is great because it gives good whole but its brushable as well. Now it's time to work with the top half of your hair, I'm going to keep some of it still section. So it's easier to manage to give your hair some lift and texture. I'M gon na use this bumble and bumble finishing spray. It instantly gives volume go ahead and spray it all over. The section you're working with then grab your hot iron again now, you're gon na want to give a little bit of curl for the ends of your hair, go ahead and repeat those steps. On the other side of your head now, it's time for a little more Brigitte Bardot volume, I'm gon na grab my brush and gently. Tease the crown area, give your entire head a good missing of hairspray. Then go ahead and grab two bobby pins. You should choose ones that are the same color as your hair pin each section up behind your ear. Now you have a great sophisticated style, that's perfect for the office now for something a little more edgy that is beautiful, but also helps to keep the hair off your face. I love this walk, so the key to this look is having really stick straight hair. You want to go in with a hot iron and straighten each section to get it really really straight. Next, what you want to do is you want to section off the top crown area of your hair. Just go ahead and put in a bun on the top of your head. Now grab a firm hold gel. This one is perfect from Paula breakfast. It is alcohol-free, and it has a little bit of glimmer for added shine, smooth it onto your hair molding, your hair away from your face, grab a brush and brush it into shape. Holding your hair there give it a good dose of hairspray, then grab some bobby pins place as many as you need to hold your hair in a straight line going upwards. Now it's time to get volume on the top part of your hair, let it loose from its bun and go wild with this hair powder from Bumble and Bumble, its equal part, dry, shampoo and style extender. So it gives you a lot of texture and a lot of volume. Now that you got some texture start teasing the higher you can get your hair, the better once you've got your desired height, go ahead and miss with hairspray. This will really lock in the look. Finally, for a night out this tousled updo is sexy and easy to style all right. So for this up, do you need a lot of texture, so I'm going back in with my bumble and bumble powder and putting it all over my head once I feel if my hair, it's got some really good grip. I start to mold it into a twist grab. A bunch of bobby pins, then start pinning up your twists. Don'T worry about getting it perfect. This look is meant to be messy once you feel, like your hair in the back is pretty secure, start focusing on your front lightly. Twist top sections of your hair and pin them down then go through your fingers and start messing up the top. Adding hairspray to this really helps to piece out your hair and aids in the process. Once you've got your desired, messiness pull a couple of pieces out around your face, then grab your flat iron again and add a little bit of wave to each with. All you have to do is slightly turn your iron. This is a very sultry look for more tips and tutorials check back every Tuesday and subscribe to new Beauty Max Channel

Danielle (LePooke): Loved all the style Anna! so cute =) I'm going to be chopping my hair off soon so this gives me some good ideas!

Steve Kuth: My name is Ginger. I love this video. I just chopped all my hair off. Medically related hair loss. It is growing back like crazy now and is your color and length exactly. I found this so helpful because my old hair was long blond and to my butt since was like 3. I am in my 30's. Thanks!

Love Rain Ailee CL: I LOVED the 3rd style ♥

Victoria Vann Kuja: Thank you so much! I been watching this video over and over and LOVE how you show when to use the products, which is always my biggest hindrance in styling.

Julia Comeau: This is so helpful!

Jan Williams: Great that you want to do hair tutorials but you have to use the right tools to keep hair from breaking and damage.    Use a teasing brush to tease and do it gently.   Round brushes are not for teasing and will damage the hair, they are for shaping when drying your hair with a hair dryer predominately.   I think you have great personality but tools are key to keeping lovely hair.

Yolanda Chen [Books & Beauty]: so helpful love this video

Relita Arhi: Love the Last look! <3

Penny Sue: I love all these look but especially 1 and 3. You are gorgeous and very good with hair. I don;t know why people must be so negative though. So what if you made faces in the camera. After reading the reviews I had to go back and watch it again to see what they were taking about because I never even noticed the first time I watched it. I was to busy watching you fix your hair. Keep up the good work and ignore negative comments.
