Hi everyone welcome back to my channel, so it's been a long time since i actually posted a video. I always post youtube shorts, but i really haven't had time to like post tutorial and plus. I already have a bunch of like similar videos before like similar tutorial, but it's been a minute, so i just had to post this one. So today i am doing the butterfly locks it. You know, distress look, but the fly look messy looks like they kind of all. Look the same. Just difference is just like more curls like more um yeah, just like more curls that going through, but my clients actually booked for a mess lock. So we're going to be doing that today, but for some people it might look like butterfly. Look that's why the title is like that. So, as you can see, um i'm doing the three parts and the free parts is my favorite type like of like parts, because it's easier to do you don't have to follow any line, just make sure that your lines are clean, and that is all you don't Have to create a straight line and then try to go back and create your boxes. You just go with the flow go as you go, any anything looking like v right now, you just after after this current breeder you're going to see me braiding right now. I am going to go ahead and you know: do the other cut and you're going to see how i make the cut, and that is how i do parts my freestyle, um parts, so my client is doing um um the short lens like shoulder length, ish um Kind of look like a bob um about the same length a little bit longer than the bob and we're using we're doing color 27 and color 30 and then we're going to add a sprinkle of like color 1b. So i would say we probably had about. I want to say 12 counts of color 1b give or take and the rest which is like about equal amounts of the color 30 and the color 27.. I did use the sprinkles here as you're going to see as you go in the video and you're enjoying this part of the braid you can, if my client does have fine hair, i'm going to um braid our hair with like some marley hair. Oh yes, as you can see right now, i'm going to go back and create another part, and that is just literally how you create your favorite part and that's the reason why i love the free part like it's just so easy so flexible. You don't have to do too much, but yeah um gosh. What was i saying? I was saying something: oh gosh, oh yes, i was saying i use the sprinkler's hair again. If my client has fine hair, i'm going to go and braid my clients. I would like some kinky hair or braiding hair just so it has a very strong and firm foundation before we can start um. You know wrapping it with the sprinkles here, but my client has like kinky hair, like just like kind of like strong um texture of hair like thick thicker, texture of hair, then i don't have to add any um extra hair. The only hair i'm going to be using is going to be sprinkles hair, but my client does have fine, hair again i'll, probably use two types of hair which is going to be like the kinky hair and sprinkles hair or braiding hair and sprinkles hair. As you can see right now, i am done. Braiding is looking up, it's looking looking great looking nice and ready for me to start locking and i went ahead and i counted how many, but i am not going to lie like i was counting, and i don't know why i just forgot the counts, but i Would just say we have about 60. um a huge give or take a huge give or take yeah. I want to say a huge take not give but a huge give or take. I forgot to count if you guys, i don't know i usually on average, when i do the stylish i usually have like 50. Something that's why i said like a huge like 60 give or take so for some reason. It seems smaller than my usual and yeah, but it doesn't really matter like it took. It still took me the same amount of time. So, as you can see already, i already um done a few where the colors are looking really nice really really cute. Remember when i mentioned about the butterfly looks and the mix looks like um the difference it just occurs. That'S because, when you see me create that nice little loop when i'm doing butterfly loops at five laps when i'm doing butterfly, looks i'll, probably gon na create some more loops as i wrap. But for the mess looks i'm going to wrap, wrap and then create a loop, but for the butterfly looks i i probably will just wrap like once and create a loop so that it's fuller. It has like nice, like butterfly, like jungle, type of look, but the mess locks is just less loop, less curls, basically and yeah, to make sure they lengthen the same. You want to kind of measure like the hair, like you saw me, did earlier um to the other locks, and then you start wrapping and right now you can see me trying to attach some more hair for me to continue. Wrapping and yeah just keep wrapping creating a loop when you get to the end, just like wrap all the way up. First, and then you probably have to wrap all the way up like twice. You want to use the shortest one to wrap up first and then use the longest ones, like still everything that you want to rub it to your palm and you're good to go. I didn't do anything extra when i was done. I did apply hair modes and then i i had um, i implemented something new which is like the hair steam. I mean i got it from amazon like they use it for like clothes and stuff, but it does works for hair as well. If you don't want to dip your hair in hot water, it just helps to make the hair like feel softer, feel warmer. Just just nice, soft and and yeah makes makes, makes you feel good. It makes my clients feel good and you do apply hair oil um. If you have one, but i would just recommend you apply hair oil because you know that would just sustain your clients until they start oiling their scalp. So it's not really really dry but yeah um. I know it's been a minute and i've done this hairstyle a lot and i do mean um posting like long videos.
