Hi guys and welcome back to my channel today, i'm going to show you exactly how to get this hairstyle with a tool that i thought was going to be discontinued, but they brought it back and i'm very very excited. Croc brought back their curling irons, which is fantastic. I missed them very much. I stopped using them just because i couldn't promote them anymore, because you couldn't buy them. I would suggest if you're looking for a curling iron, you go get one and you can use my code chloe 30 at checkout to get 30 off of everything off of their site. So today, i'm going to show you how to get this big old bang in the front. It'S just something i absolutely love. It makes the volume last all day and nothing moves. This doesn't move, it divides gravity. So i'm going to teach you how to do that in this tutorial, so without further ado, let's get going, i'm back and i'm looking like a hot mess and i need something on my lips. So let's do that before i get started now. This is, let's take this earbud out. I just kind of feel like when i'm talking, even though nobody's in front of me nothing's going on in my ear. I just feel like it's rude, i'm so used to having my earbuds in, but it's road, it's road. It'S road, okay, so this is the one inch uh curling iron. Now this is a hybrid curling iron and there's like a little lock thing on there, where you can like spin it so like you can use it like a marcel which is a professional way of curling hair. I absolutely love using the marcel because it makes curling your hair faster and they also have a cone and then they have a three-fourths inch. So this one is more like a wand, um. I don't really use the clamp much on these, but they work good. The nice thing about these is that the clamp is so thin on them, um that you can just wrap your hair around it or lift it up and use it as one two. Now i don't have the 3 4 inch curling iron anymore. I stopped using them because i couldn't promote them, and so it was kind of just like you know. When something's, like discontinued or not being carried anymore, i needed to find like an alternative um for you guys, because i can't i think it would be really rude to be like hey here's, my curling iron. However, you can't get it sorry, so i started using these and then i started using this one. So those are the ones that you would see me use, but now that these are back, i'm gon na start using them again um. I do like them so, like i said, it's been a whole year since i've used this thing. Let'S get started, i'm gon na turn, there's um three settings on this: it's 370, 400 and 430. I'M just going to do 370.. I am going to be, i always flat iron, the first couple sections of my hair. Just because, with a bob, you really don't need to curl everything which is nice very nice. I went to sleep with my hair wet last night. Don'T recommend, but that's just that's what happened? I'M gon na be using the one and a half inch uh new, classic flat iron uh from croc. This is my ride or die i'll link it down below. If you guys, wanna get it code, chloe 30 gets you. 30, off of anything off of their store, which is very nice - and i have this set to 350 - and i'm just roughly straightening nothing too important. It doesn't need to be perfect since i'm going to be wearing my hair curled today, i'm doing thicker sections just to get the job done quicker um. So that was the first section. This section, i think, i'm going to just curl these little pieces in the front and i'm going to straighten everything else. The reason why i curl these little pieces in the front is because i like them when i tuck my hair behind my ears. That'S just my little thing: okay, i'm gon na use. This is the non-marcel i'm gon na use the marcel on the next one, and i like to pull my hair down when it's cooling on these by the ears, so that the curl is more towards the bottom. There we go perfect, i'm going to turn the marcel option up and honestly, it's just like a little lock unlock and then, when it's unlocked, you can twist it which is really nice and i'll. Show you why i like that, so you just twist and then pull down it's so easy, and i like the option that you can. You can do both all right. So this section i'm going to curl everything um, i'm going to curl away from my face in the beginning, towards my face away from my face away from my face. Okay, i just like to add a little bit of movement in there and i like to bring this a little diagonal in front of my face and then pull it down, always try to keep the curl towards the root. And then i, like everything, kind of being a little bit more straighter towards the end. Now, if you want a trick that you can do, is you can straighten the ends um, but because this curling iron has that marcel feature i feel like? I can straighten the ends while i'm going down and you'll see. So i have it curled right here and then i just flip down real quick and i straighten the ends just by twisting it through one pass there we go, i'm so happy, i love it love it. I miss this thing, so i have a lot of hair. So i section my hair a lot when i'm curling yeah, i section it a lot, but most people can get away with probably three sections like three sections of hair um yeah. So we're gon na curl away from our face really sticking that at the root and then twist it and pull down curl forward. Add that movement in there. So i get a lot of questions also, and i don't really talk about this much about curling, the back and honestly, i just curl the back, just like i curl the front and then when i'm all done. I like turn around and use a mirror to. Like look at the back of my head, if i need to edit some curls, then i'll edit, some curls, but no way like specific way, i curl the back of my head. I kind of just like split it down the middle and then have a meet. I curl them away from each other, so they meet in the middle. Does that help, and i just kind of like pull up the hair and i'm like okay, that's not curled i'll curl that i don't know like. I said: there's no like specific way. I do it also. I had my niece over. It was two nights ago and i had cut her hair and i cut her hair to like the length of mine. It looked so cute on her, but i was like here's. A curling iron go ahead and curl your hair, and i didn't realize that she was never taught how to curl her hair. So what she was doing was she was putting the back of the curling iron this way. She would pick up her hair like this and then curl backwards, and i was like what so you always want to make sure wherever you're clamping like whatever direction: you're curling your hair, so i'm curling my hair away from my face. I want that clamp in the front, so there's no like crease or kink um in my curl. I know that that's like a given, but she she definitely didn't understand um and she was never taught. She said that she always used wands. So you don't really have anything to go off of there um. So you always if i'm curling away from my face, i want the clamp in front from curling towards my face. I want the clamp in the back. You can let your hair curl down to or cool down to room temperature. If you, your hair, doesn't hold a curl very well or if your hair does hold a curl very well and you want them more loose. I usually just like, run my hands through them. Right after i curl them, okay, i am actually going to do a side part today. I haven't done a side part in a very long time, but i have always curled my hair down the middle away from my face and then i flip it and that just helps me get like a huge bang same thing here, away from the face. I'M gon na bring it a little bit towards my eye on this one, because i like that curl to be like right here and on the top i take smaller sections, so the curls are more defined all right, so this curl at the front, i'm actually going To make it pretty tight, so it's going to be opposite from what i did over here, and that is because i'm going to flip this one all right. So it's going to just stay like that. I'M going to let it chill for a second cool down and then i'm going to flip it. While i let that cool down, i'm going to tease this side of my hair today, i'm going to use a backcomb in a bottle and i just spray a little on there and then i'm going to bring down some teas right here and the backcomb in a Bottle is like a really high hold hairspray, it kind of has like a texture thing put in there too. It just really holds the hair, and i really like it. It holds it for days like and it's nice, because when you tease your hair off of the root of like off of your scalp, it gets less oily. So i can wear my hair for longer without using dry shampoo. I really don't like using dry shampoo. I don't like how it makes my hair look. I don't like how it makes my hair feel at all. So i'd rather just tease it and then deal with it that way lightly bring your brush over it. So you're not taking out the tees but you're softening up the top part of it. Now i'm going to tease the front side now you can also i i would suggest if you have a hard time holding a curl tease to your hair before you curl it. So i would tease and then take your curling iron and then curl your hair, because if you brush through a curl of course, it's going to make it a little looser looking all right. So now i am going to flip my hair, and do you see how that kind of just adds a really big bang up in the front? Once i did that i'm going to tease this side now like that, and then i am going to tuck right behind. Like that, oh my gosh, i love it and then spray now we're going to focus on this top section. I'M just going to take my bangs like a diagonal angle. So it's not going to be just like this. It'S going to be diagonally backwards and then, before i spray i'm going to just brush up the back just a little bit. We want this piece to look very nice and then you can lay it over and then i like to pull this forward. The other way, and then because you have that part, sometimes you get like a little separation in there just brush it out, it'll come together and then spray the front again there we go. That is how i wear a side part with a big ol bang and i love it and it looks really cute with earrings. So i'm going to go, get some earrings right now and i'll be right back! Oh there we go. I put some little like gold. Bronzy little danglies on so in camera. I don't know why, but my hair looks huge. I don't know why, like i said, i have no idea, but it does um it's not as big in person as it is in camera, but anyways. I love it. It'S voluminous that big old bang sassiness all right. Let me turn around to do a 360., so you guys can see everything and then we will close out this video. I just love the choppy blunt bob, like i uh. This is probably one of my favorite haircuts and i know a lot of you guys are missed the undercut and missed the side cut or whatever, but i just i love it. I think there's like a stage for everything, i'm sure at some point - maybe maybe i'll get the undercut back, but man it takes a really long time to grow the side cuts out. I'M not gon na lie that took a year and a half to get this to be this long. It was that's, not fun, but it's it's fine now. Thank you guys so much for clicking on this video and watching it. I truly appreciate it um. I hope you enjoy this. I'M very stoked today, as you can tell, my mood is very peppy, because i i'm feeling myself i'm feeling myself, hey, hey every single time. I wear my hair. Like this. I sing i'm bringing sexy back nope, not sexy, i'm bringing sassy back yeah. I don't know i feel so um sassified when i wear my hair like this, i don't know why i just love it. Anywho enjoy your day. I hope to see you guys in my next video bye. You

xCrazyTracy: Thank you so much! I was struggling curling my short bob hahaha. This helped so much - can't wait to get the iron!

blipblop03: Even though the iron wasn't on yet, my hand hurt from you grabbing it Also, dang you!! Every time I have been like, yep, growing the hair out, you come out with a video that makes me want to chop it again ❤️ Beautiful as always!!

Jenn W: Thank you for this! I love this style on you and it is a style that works for me too. I was having trouble with getting the bang to stay up in the front. Teasing at a diagonal made a huge difference!! Thanks again!!!

Mel: Always loved this lady, 100% genuine! Thank you for this vid, bringing sassy to us all ❤️

Michele van Essen: Thanks for this demo. Made me realize I need to curl MUCH smaller sections. Learning to love teased roots again. Yeah, I did that in the 80's

Kathy Dodge: I love your videos, I'm a grandma, and have trouble with styling my hair, you have gave me the inspiration to get up and do my hair everyday, I love your style.. I went and got this haircut, so thank you for your time and effort...

Jen Schrock: You always have great hair style tips. I wish my hair looks like yours! I have thin fine hair

Debra Roth: Chloe I love the way your hair looks my hair is almost your length and I can’t get my hair to look as good as your hair and I don’t have a under cut like you . I hope you keep doing these kind of videos it helps me learn new things on how to do my hair your so pretty Chloe ❤️stay healthy and safe ok

Paula G: Just purchased the curling iron. Croc has a 40% off code "Fall" going on right now, so I couldn't resist. I have their hair dryer and 1.5 in flat iron. Great products. Thank you Chloe. I absolutely love this cut on you the best also. You're the best. Your tutes have helped me out tremendously.

Deb Buckingham: You are my inspiration. I’m growing my pixie cut out. I can do it. I can do it. ❤️

ashleigh white: So jealous of your hair! So many screenshots over the years of your hair as inspo! Stunning

Make It Happen Fam: I am so glad to have found your channel!! Thank you for all the tips.

Bees_nail_art: Love this look can’t wait to get my hair short as it keeps falling out as I do have thin hair & some alopecia

Donna Layne: Every time I watch one of your videos I want to run out and have my hair chopped to your length lol you look gorgeous

Kathy Knuteson: LOVE IT!

Kait Cervi: Love the hairstyle and can't wait to try it! That's cool you can spin the head of the iron but it doesn't look like it changes to a Marcell. A Marcell iron is an arm with no spring and it looks like then you unlock it, the arm is still spring loaded. Is that the case? I would love an iron that is dual spring-loaded and Marcell.

Chanda Chism: You’re my inspiration for growing out from a pixie to a bob. I figure now is the time since COVID is keeping me in my prison, I mean my home and away from the world.

Diana Evans: Love it!!

Love: nice hairstyle! are you still growing your hair, or are you satisfied with the length it is now? I saw a video about you growing your hair a couple of years ago, I wrote a comment to that video as well.

cathyantrim: I finally tried super skinny serum!!! Love! Love! Love!

Joanne Diffin: Hi Chloe, what cut do I need to ask my hairdresser for. I’m going around in circles a little bit with undercuts and growing them out. Do you have layers in there?! My hair is currently slightly longer than yours but with some disconnected type layers

Shawni Lohman: Thanks for sharing. I got the same haircut.

lisaulis: Def. need that croc curling iron!!! ❤️

Jackie Brown: You have great hair! ❤️

Veronica Arges: Just gorgeous! Where did you get your teasing comb from?? Thanks for sharing.

Leah Watkins: Love it

Paula H: I love your hair the way it is now

chantal pilipchuk: What kind of cut would you say you have , blunt, textured, layered, one length, longer in the front short on the back? Trying to grow my short hair to about this length any tips

Melinda Yzaguirre: If I want my bangs to do that.. Do I just start parting my hair in the middle? I've been doing the "emo bang" for years and I want to change it up lol.

IselaQ176: Love it.. Sassy!! Kinda getting a little of a 90's vibe.

Kacie Nuanez: Is this curling iron still available?

Erin Meagher: You are the cutest! I just love you, Chloe ♥️

🏰✨ luv adventures and art: So cute I think my hair is too short tho

heather hauenstein: How do you not get you hair all staticy when teasing it

Denise Jordan: What is the brand of spray you used?

Candise Smith: I have issues with my straighteners clamping strands of my hair and when I pull down it totally destroys that piece of hair. Does this straightener do that at all?

Raquel Carmina Encinas Gracias: Another thing I'm using a translator to be able to write to you I hope and you understand me, greetings from Mexico

hbarlaam: Some people use ear buds for sensory reasons. Not rude. So I wouldn't worry about it. Just my opinion. :) Hair looks awesome. Thanks for the tutorial.

LetsBeHonest: Try teasing it then spraying, that’s the better way, not spray then tease like you did at the start

Sari Hendershot: don't know where to get Brock. They're made in Germany. Please post the site to get the curling iron. Thanks.

Nicole Baker: Your earrings are so cute!

Candise Smith: Nothing moves

ren gon: Are the plates on the croc iron titanium?

Bees_nail_art: I hate using a curling iron with the clip never could use it or a hair straightener to do it I use a curling wand

Leah Watkins: I wish u would get like a model,,,and do the big puff in the front...Do styles w long hair too...That would be nice for a long hair grl..lol

Inno Sense: Your miss america to me Missy!
