Good morning and welcome to this week's video i am very washed out, but i'm also very excited to be bringing you a day in my life, so it is 9 20 in the morning. I'M doing this video on the day that i don't have to ride the bus, so i'm gon na head over to starbucks grab my coffee and a bagel and then head into the office, and that's how i start my days when i don't ride the bus. When i ride the bus, i wake up a lot earlier and i go and i ride around the neighborhood and pick up kids. I don't drive, though, because that would be messy and now that i'm gon na be caffeinated. I am much more ready for the day. I'M not even gon na lie to you guys, i'm hungover, i may or may not have gone out with some friends on a wednesday and i'm paying for it on a thursday morning um. But i promised myself that i would do this video every day. In my life, so that's what i'm doing once i get into the office um. The next thing i have to do is basically get ready for class, which just means i'm photocopying lots of homework for them. Uh, it's phonic sounds and reading right now and then i'll mark all the homework that they bring this morning that they did last night and then once that's all done i'll start my class properly at 9 40.. So let's do it. The hangover is not that bad. So, what's what this this, this? What'S what a heart for me, i love you too. Your brother has a bts card. Oh we call them photo cards. You made what if it gets in somebody's eye, that's gon na hurt one. Two three stand up. Four. Five. Six push bye, bye, bye, bye. What are you picking everyone has? I don't know if i can eat a whole one, and there is what do you do on your break when i'm supposed to work you're not supposed to work on your brain? Oh no. I'M supposed to make up work that i didn't do so. I just continue to procrastinate. That sounds like a good plan and get coffee yeah. I need doughnuts and how long is our break maria one hour? That'S it see you in elementary. It wasn't that she didn't like shopping or playing with daniel or being nice to dad. It was just that she hated saying yes, don't you want to be a pleasant, helpful, little girl what's pleasant? Yes, nice yep. It rained even harder making patterning noises in the trees. This is patterning, it is now 5 44. I got off work at 5 40 and i actually am going to get my haircut tonight, but i'm stopping at home quickly because my phone is gon na die and i also need to grab a couple of things. So quick, stop at my apartment and then go to the hairdresser. I'M gon na bring you with me. Don'T make it hard i wan na celebrate. You know i just got back from the salon um, but the day is not over yet right now it is 6. 48, so she literally cut my hair she's so fast she got my hair in, like maybe 30 minutes. Like i mean she cut, my hair, like i walked in at six. I walked out by 6 30 and i was like done. I usually would make one of those like soups in a bag that i boil um, but i was too lazy to do that today. I'Ve got a lot of other things that i have to do today. So instead i went to starbucks usually like when i come home and i don't have things to do in the evening. What i really like to do is, i do really like to um keep in touch with like north american politics. I love late night shows, like i don't know, if anybody else who watches my channel likes late night but like every week, i look or i look forward to john oliver, and so that's what i'm gon na watch. I also like a closer look. I, like all of that kind of stuff. So that's what i usually watch when i'm home sorry did. I say obstacles. I meant prisons, we're gon na talk about prisons. There are tons of them in america and when they get too hot, it can be a real problem. Okay, so i changed it to my work: clothes, i'm literally just in like a baggy, t-shirt and leggings, and now i'm gon na go to the laundromat. So i'm walking to the laundromat right now uh. I have no idea what time it is. I think it's like 7 45, maybe um but yeah. I do have a washer in my apartment, but i like to dry my clothes. I don't like to hang them to dry, so i do actually prefer to go to the laundromat and bonus. It has good wi-fi it's connected to a grocery store, so i can get snacks and shoes and it's open 24 hours. So i like to that. Like never happens, there's a couple more minutes left on my washes, so i'm gon na go get a snack um because i'm hungry and this is attached to a grocery store. Another thing that's interesting to point out is like i feel 100 i mean yes, there's. No one in here, but anyone could walk in here anytime, that they want, and i feel 100 comfortable literally leaving my macbook there. Oh my god that was so awkward. I tried to film and then this poor old lady filming in public is so embarrassing. Um anyways! I got orangina and what i'm really addicted to is diet coke, but um. If you like diet, coke, be warned, there is very there isn't no diet coke in korea, but it's like really hard to find diet, coke in korea, um and if anyone tells you that they have diet. Coke, like a korean person, tells you that they have diet. Coke they mean coke zero so and then i also got these little chocolates, which are like biscuits with like chocolate. Um mushroom tops, i guess which are really good, and so that's my snack. It'S always like right when i think i've cracked the code that something goes wrong. So this is a wasser that i'm currently trying to use, and it keeps giving me this like red, angry message. So, let's see what it says, of course, as soon as i turn on the camera suddenly fixes things. Maybe i should start doing that more often when i have troubles with technology in korea or misunderstanding anything, i'm just gon na start putting my camera on because apparently it works now. So i'm back home now someone came, someone came into the laundromat, so i didn't film anymore, but i'm now back home. It'S 8 57! I'M about to get on my business call um with some people in north america. So usually, if i am ever like skyping zooming, whatever we're calling it now with my friends back home, it's either early in the morning or late at night, so nine o'clock is like a pretty good time. Um. I can't. I can't show you any of this call, but just know that i'm currently taking it. So i finished my call and then i basically breast tic talk for like an hour and 45 minutes um it's time to do my skincare and then head off to bed. Just in case you're curious, i know sometimes people are interested in discovering new products, so i thought i'd tell you what i use this. I don't know i just randomly picked this one. I think it was actually like. Maybe like one plus one, i don't know it's a cleansing oil for taking off makeup and then i don't love this one. This is the cosrx. I guess um, it's really popping online. It leaves my face feeling like er or squeaky but anyways. I want to finish this bottle before i buy more of something else, so i guess i like to like triple cleanse. Someone is probably gon na come in my comments and tell me how bad this is for my skin, but, like i think it looks nice. This is another cosrx thing that i use it's this like bha clearing pad, but it's also good, like in case i've missed anything like any makeup or any dirt. On my face, which i actually have i'm not going to show you this, because i forgot that i put makeup on my neck, as you can probably see now, i'm turning pretty red, it's not the products that actually make my hips turn red. My face is like pretty red, and this is actually quite improved, like actually quite improved from how red it used to be so. I'Ve actually started using some new stuff which, like has really helped to improve, specifically the redness in my face. It'S from this company called new new derma project. I they have like a suite of products that they sent me which i've been using. So the first one is this toner, this like cream toner and i have like historically had a lot of problems with toners. I don't know why, but like they just upset, i think the balance of my skin. I know they're supposed to sort out your ph balance, but they just really upset it, but anyways this one's formulated really well for um some thick skin, which i guess i have. I don't know i use it in the morning and at night just because i think my skin, like gets really stripped by the cleanser, sometimes, and so i like this toner, because it's like really moisturizing and soothing, so this this. I also really like this is the dr dart moisturizer. It'S like a moisturizer with tea tree oil, tea, drink oil, tea tree leaf. But why stoppable moisturizer to be honest, that one's really light - and i don't really love it in terms of like actually keeping my skin hydrated. So i do use it mostly because it has the tea tree leaf extract and it's really good for page balancing your skin. But, oh my god back to ndp again, because i can't i'm literally, i think, i'm in love. This is one thing that they sent me that i'm really excited about, because i actually think it has significantly improved the redness in my skin. I don't know exactly what it is in here. That is doing it. To be completely honest. I should probably ask them, but it's really cool. It'S like a bio placenta. I mean i didn't even know. That was a thing, but whatever is in here. If it is the bio placenta, which i think it is, i'm just really having a lot of fun saying with spiral placenta um, it has helped with my redness so much this the zika bio placenta, cream, it's not thick and creamy. It doesn't like sit on your skin. It melts in really really nicely because it's more like viscous than a regular moisturizer usually is. But oh my god. If you are interested in trying out um the ndp stuff, they did also give us a code. These are the two products that i have been loving, which are the green caper toner essence and the zika bio placenta um. So you can give them a try with 10 off. If you use the code, it ndp easy to remember - and you picked me um. They actually just launched a new website, so you can head over there check out their products and learn all about the science behind them, because they're really transparent about what goes into their products and how they design them, and you can also buy it on amazon too. If that's easier for you so and then my friend says 24 hours, not exactly but close enough um, i hope you enjoyed this look at my life as a hack one teacher a day to day you could say um if you have any extra questions about teaching At hogwarts - because i know lots of you are curious about that, then feel free to leave a comment below i'll be happy to reply um, but other than that you know the deal don't forget to like comment and subscribe. If you wan na be the first one to watch, new videos will be live. Every sunday also hit the notification bell so that we can chat in the comments um on sunday yeah. That'S everything i have for you, i'm gon na go to bed now, because i do this again tomorrow, but i won't be hungover this time. Bye, you

Shannon McLaughlin: Loved this vlog! So nice to see how you interact with your kiddos!

Rain Rowan: How do you find time to balance YouTube and projects like that in your daily life? Especially as a hagwon teacher ☀️

Carly Erin: I've just found your channel, and I CANNOT stop watching your videos! You're such a good content creator

jirayamana: Hi Camille! I was wondering what your hours were like at the hagwon when you were working there (teaching and working hours(, and if you had breaks, prep time, etc. I'm trying to find the right job for me before making the move to another country and it's honestly been so stressful

Henry Han: It's so lovely how you are so passionate about your job and your business as well. this surely suggests me a great insight. I love interacting with foreigners which nowadays potentially broaden my point of view for different cultures. However, literally watching them through this type of video is incomparable than listening to life stories as expats in South Korea from foreigners. I could understand your consideration for each of your kids' privacy, very thoughtful. I wish someday I can make friends like you. unfortunately, for me to able to do so, It takes a bit more time and huge changes in my life and yet, I shall work on it. until then, I'd probably watch your videos to keep motivating myself :D 화이팅 in this pandemic!

Gen Torres: Loved this vlog girly!!!!!! Definitely more like these <333 I'm moving to Korea soon to be an eng teacher too so I am excited but so so nervous.

Xxxchewittxxx: Really liked the vlog style! Also John Oliver is so funny to watch, it's like the perfect balance between being insightful and entertaining

Stay Home: Hi! Been watching you YT videos and they are so wholesome and amazing. I don’t have any experience in teaching, so I’m kind of nervous to apply for a teaching job in a hagwon. How did you manage to adapt to that since you said your previous job was marketing and you don’t even have a co-teacher there?

Ana S: This was great to watch ^^ I hope when I move closer to Seoul I have a laundry mat near me!! I love the one in my town. Also do they wash your hair when you get it cut or is it just a cut and style? That’s such fast service!

CAILIN: I've always wanted to go to the laundromat to try out the dryers but I'm way to lazy to carry everything Your students sounded so cute!

Manie: Yep I was right in thinking that this video will only make me more impatient about getting a placement at a hagwon. Loved hearing your students chat, and it makes me think about what mine will be like!

Erica Joy: Yess more of these type of videos!!

Victoria Amber Robson Cutts: Love your videos may I ask what hagwon you work at? (if it's a franchise) It seems fantastic

Charlotte Burrows: love the vid! Is it difficult teaching with a mask on?

Darren Evans: Your students are super cute!

Taste and Sip by Tesha: thanks for sharing your life sis... so prettyy...

Pat John:

Riley Hays: How expensive is the laundromat? Is there any reason why you don’t just air dry?

Nicole: Do you like working at your hagwon?

paige stevens: How much education did you kneed before you got your job?
