Celebrity Hair Stylist And Entrepreneur Swanny Interview

All right guys, this is the maddie ice show. Today we are bringing in somebody that is very well known here in arizona you have been brought up in a crazy amount of podcasts of mine interviews of mine, i hate to say podcast interviews of mine. So right now we're with swanny. You have um. First of all, dot opened up a freestyle and he said shout out uh swanny phrase. Uh-Huh, that's me. Did you watch that interview? I did and i was excited. I felt honored. That'S actually how i first saw your instagram was when he shouted out, and i was like, oh my god, from dot yeah. Okay, let's talk about um, let's open it up like this. I want people to get to know because everybody in arizona knows what you do. Some of my audience might not, but i want them to get to know you this interview as well. Okay, so let's start it off like this um. Were you born in arizona? Are you from arizona? No, i'm originally from los angeles, california, uh. I moved to arizona when i turned 18 in 2011, when i graduated high school i was 18 and pregnant, so i did what i had to do. Um and i've been out here ever since so yeah did you move out here because you were pregnant or what was the reason i moved out here because my ex was a student at asu and i was 18 this year baby. So where are you going right? We'Re both in college right, you know, so i moved out here um that way it could be easier for him to be a father to our kid. You know, when did you guys meet um? I met when i we met when i was 17. okay in high school, obviously in l.a yeah, no, no uh upland, california. So because i was in foster care uh, you know i was raising false care um. I went to a lot of different schools so from from 10 to like 17, i was in different homes, so i ended up in the ie like inland empire you're at rancho cucamonga, of course, yeah. It was from uh what, from friday after the next yeah day day and craig um, so i i moved to upland to finish high school and i met my ex through my foster mom. He was like the son of my foster, mom's friend, you know so you grew up in foster care from what age um 10 to 18.. I aged out when i was 18.. So what happened between 1 and 10 um - and i'm saying like who did you live with at that point, uh so um? Okay, so from one to five, i live with my mom okay, my mom's uh from belize. So she's, not you know, she's, not legal out. Here, don't be trying to go get my mama, because i ain't gon na find her. Believe me. It is beautiful and my mom's beautiful um, but my mom, you know she had 12 kids, i'm the fifth the 12th um we live with my dad when i turned from six to ten um. Unfortunately, my dad was sick. My dad uh molested me and my siblings. So i ended up in foster care by the time i was 10 and that kind of started my journey. You know going back and forth throughout. You know. The system started in la los angeles county then ended up in san bernardino county, and then you know when i turned 16 i could take a bus. I'M like i'm not going to be switching schools. You know so. I'M gon na take the bus and i'm gon na make it work, so you've been through obviously a very traumatic experience in your life growing up. Yes, we don't need to elaborate on it, but obviously you had to grow up at a young age fast. Yes, definitely so at 10 years old here you are going into a foster home. What did uh? What was your mentality like then? And and what were you thinking um your future was going to be? I mean you start to think a lot of things. I definitely i was always older than my age. You know i was 10, but i had two younger siblings. You know so my sister ashley she's, like my baby, she gets my last nerves, but i love her. So she told me i better shout her out. I started doing hair on her head. She was my scapegoat and it sucked at first um, but you know it started at that age. I knew i was at first. I want to be a lawyer. That'S right! You started doing hair what age ten! Okay, i practiced to my sister and it was bad. She would get her hair done at the shop foster care yeah because okay, so i lived a lot of different families, mexican white, it wasn't even one asian family, they didn't even speak english. I don't know how the hell i ended up there, but they were nice uh. So i practiced on everybody's kid. The asian girl had braids. She was like three but um. I would practice on my sister and i just got better. You know, and they did not do our hair, they didn't you know they didn't have classes for false parents, then so we made it work. You know. So i had to do my own hair. I ain't going to school, looking like silly from the color purple right. Okay, so at the age of 10 you started doing hair. Yes, when did you um get out of foster care? I aged out of foster care. When i was 18., i got pregnant with my first son. His name is wesley um and i was afraid that they would take him from me because i was young. You know it was my senior year, i'm pregnant. So i emancipated myself that way. I could be a mom and move out here with his father. So what would you tell people listening to this interview or people out there that have maybe had to go through something similar that you've had to go through um, even just going into foster care or even being molested at a young age? I would tell them. I would tell them that you know one thing. The one thing i've learned is yeah. You have family that you're born into, but that is that's, not the film you have to end up with um and it's not your fault. Everything that you went through is not your fault, like you were a kid you're supposed to be protected, um and, if you're still struggling with that as an adult you're acting normal for what you've been through people like to make, you feel crazy. I'Ve been in foster homes where they would assume that i was a bad kid because i was a foster kid when really i'm an abused traumatized kid and you're supposed to love. When that person you know, and instead they treated us like a bad kid immediately. So i would say: you're you're gon na be fine and just just learn. Love yourself. It'S not your fault. Do you believe in therapy and stuff like that, i do. I actually start counseling in a week. You know just as an adult i went through therapy in high school and i'm not gon na lie. I was like i'm not telling this person my business um, but then i went through counseling again for my marriage and that actually helped for the time being and then now that i'm i'm i went through a divorce and i'm a mom before i'm three salons and The fifth of 12 - and it's a lot so i need somebody to vent to because i'm the person everybody else comes to so i need an outlet. So i'm i'm going to start counseling next week. I have anxiety. I struggle with anxiety really bad how many employees do you have. I have help me may uh eight. I got eight employees, but i have about ten tenants at my other salons who rent at my suites, so they run out space for like a chair. So touchy love salon. Southern mcclintock is a commission, so that's my employees, okay and then i have my suites off in tempe as well, where i started as an independent hairstylist. They rent rooms like suites, so i have massage therapists. I have estheticians, i have a tattoo artist in there all right, let's slow down for a second yeah. That'S the salon's name, they're all touch of love, salon, a touch of love and on google is like touchy. Lovely number one number two: when did the first one open i opened it in 2017, is when i got my llc, so number one was in 2017.. Yes, when did number two have before the pandemic, when number two happened: number two happened during the pandemic: 2020. 2020 yeah. I opened it november during a pandemic and they looked at me like. I was crazy, um and he's like you know. If people are closing down, but i was open, especially because you're a non-essential - yes, i was not considered essential at first. We were, but then all of a sudden we weren't anymore um. So a lot of my clients. You know my scotch still crowd. I met them during the pandemic because they would come to my house to get their hair done um and that, depending because, when i got most of my clients, all the cardinals, it all started that year. I want to come because everybody can't go to the the salon or the boutique, so they're yeah, they couldn't come see you and i was doing mostly house calls for you, know, celebrities exactly getting paid for the house calls um, they had no issues paying it and The girls who were driving to san tan valley from scottsdale that clearly we had time yeah, it's a good 45-minute drive um when they made a drive and they were paying full price and we sat in living room and did hair. So that's how i met a lot of my scottsdale, my bottle girls. You know t parks and ayanna um alexis alexis actually works in my shop part time, but she's a a bartender at monarch, um, but yeah. I met a lot of those girls during that time because you know airbnb parties were popping back. When was the third one. The third one um is the third one open yeah. I opened my third one uh last summer um. So it's funny. It'S not funny. It [ __, ] sucked, sorry, i said a bad word, but look they they broke into my shop. Somebody broke my window june 21st insurance. You know yeah yeah, thank god hey. I wish they would have burned it down. We got a million, but they didn't uh. They broke up dead ass, i'm like damn you gon na. Do some damage. Do some damage uh, but they came in there. They broke my shop and that was june, 21st, 2020, 2021 last year and then the following month. I opened my third suite. What did they steal from your shop? I mean the register it turned out. I thought it was money on fire. They really think you're gon na leave thousands of dollars in cash and they're ready. They definitely thought um, but them stealing just my register, even though there was not much in there, i was able to get a good return back because of my insurance and right. My windows got fixed and i want to get in with that. They got to take care of the register too, exactly all that [ __, ], missing time work and my feelings being hurt right. All that emotional, yes yeah, i was stressed out. I was actually really sad. I cried when my shop, the window got broken. I felt violated, you know, like that's my baby, we lived there so it hurt my feelings at first and then, when i realized it wasn't personal, i wasn't as hurt. Did they find out? Who uh? Who did it yeah? He was picked up. He actually did it to a few businesses in tempe, tempe police department were able to apprehend him and they invited me to come to his court date. But it's like you know my window's fixed. It wasn't personal. This guy doesn't know me, i don't know him so who knows what he's going exactly? He clearly needed it so how'd they catch him um. He did it again and got caught that time. Yeah and i had him on camera as well. He had a ponytail, i'm like okay, he got his hair, then i would have looked out for him, but they caught him. Eventually, you know yeah. So, let's talk about because you have worked with a ton of arizona cardinals. You'Ve worked with some celebrities. You'Ve worked with a lot of artists here that are blowing up in arizona, yes, um. Let'S talk about when it first started, uh your first, let's just say celebrity so my first actual, like athlete celebrity, was guiseppe like i don't know if you know of him, but he was he's not in the league anymore, but he had a really good story and I met him first and i have to give him his credit because he was, he was a football player um, but after that was kelly ubre for the sons when he was out here. Um kelly was cool, but you know i have a thing about light skins. They can be very sensitive, so you know that relationship didn't work out, but moving on uh the next light skin made it better. I met byron that same week, okay uh and he had different light skin byron's not sensitive at all uh. So immediately. I clicked with byron i liked i met him. I did a house call and - and i see him and i go, how do i do what i know about you and he's like what i'm like? You got to start breaking my client's heart. You know you know byron's from arizona, so it's like it's not his fault right, he's handsome and he's he's athletic and smart. So the girls fall from him, but he was just honest like hey, i don't know i'll be leaving them on. I don't need them on it. Ain'T his fault, micah, mike bibby's, is uh his uncle too. Oh nice yeah, that's that's byron's, so cool! First of all insert he was at arizona the the vegas uh festival and he got to be on stage with fat joe because it just he's just cool because yeah his his uncle his baby's brother. I don't know if it's exactly his den yeah yeah he's tight with fat, jokes, yeah, yeah, yeah he's like yeah, i'm gon na be on stage. I'M like! Oh great, can you give me some water? We were hot as hell out there right um, but yeah byron was my first and i always uh give byron, even though he's sometimes late. The fact is, when i'm late he's cool and chill. He doesn't give me a hard time, he's very humbled in a lot of ways: um and he's one of the best cornerbacks in the game. Now he's one of the best and literally the best personality right. So it's funny that he kind of started off. You know your career as far as getting the celebrity athlete right. He was like my second or third interview ever look at him out here, hiding out opportunities like he's very, very uh, vocal about it, and you wouldn't think that, because he's so humble and quiet shout out gino yeah yeah period, uh yeah, gina uh-huh. I know gino's happy he's a big drake fan, drake's dropping an album tonight. Oh yeah see i don't even know much about that. I do like girls want girls, just saying that's a good song um, but byron was my first cardinal and then he handed me isaiah simmons um, who was one of my favorite cardinals as well. First round yeah he's awesome he's tall. He he has it all the whole package um and after that it was. You know, you know benjamin and i also did kyla murray's hair deandre hopkins stop back for a second. You did kyle's here i did. How was kyler, because i hear a lot of different things about him, so i want to hear it right here: you're, no [, __, ] swanny's going to talk about it. What you telling me right now is what i'm going to believe by the way too. Okay, so i'ma tell him like it is. He actually told me, don't tell nobody, but i didn't sign an nda. So i'm going to say what the hell i want to say: um kyler. I did his hair and i thought he was so cool. You know um. I did his hair. I was honored to do his hair, it's [ __, ] calamari, like hello, it's kyla, murray um. I noticed immediately that he's very entitled you know and i'm a strong black woman. So this is going to be a very interesting relationship when i'm doing your hair, we're dating a lot of us are married and some of us break up me and kyle broke up um and the reason we broke up is because some people, you know when you're Raised a certain way and you're so used to getting what you want. You don't have to respect other people sometimes and i'm an adult, i'm a mom, i'm 29 years old, uh fast forward one day, i'm getting ready to go. Do his hair my job done his hair? Probably, would you say you broke up? What do you mean we broke up because he i felt disrespected broke up with, like he's not doing his hair, i'm no longer doing his hair okay, so i did his hair for about. I would say two or three months straight, but i was seeing about once or twice a week like consistently. He was new and getting braids. I would just hit you up like you're on an appointment. I took his braid virginity technically when he dmed, so i've been seeing a lot recently yeah and i don't do those so you know i'm happy. He has somebody to do it um. I knew he would find somebody. He dm me immediately uh and i responded back and i'm like hey um yeah. I can do your hair. Whatever i get to this house, i'm like hey how'd, you hear about me like which, which one referred you to me. You know. Oh no. I found you on my own cap: there's no way. 100. I'Ve been doing these guys here for about a year. Locker talk come on now they all have braces half the damn team wears braids white and black. So i'll let it be clearly you don't want to make it clear that you on a the swanny train, it's cool, so i did his hair um, but then you know we would have little moments of work clash. One of the moments was uh. He made a comment about the shader room and how black girls run it and how they can be messy, and i'm like hello, i'm i'm a black woman like calm yourself. You know i'm doing your hair, but don't don't do too much. Yeah yeah calm yourself and he like um. What'S up what's the problem, you're blesian, your mother's from police? No, i'm a black when the police pull me over, i'm a black female, they don't say she's central american. They i'm black, so watch yourself and you have black right so calm down um but moving on so then uh one day he calls me and he's like hey swanny. When you come on thursday, can you wear pants and i'm like excuse me, i'm thinking you're about to buy me a [, __ ] uniform, because you want me to wear pants mind you. It'S 122 degrees, i'm over here, rushing after crossfit because i work out to go and do your hair um and you want me to wear pants and i'm trying to figure out why i don't want to wear pants. I want to wear what i wear a lot of [ __ ] about to wear pants. If you can control your eyes, that's one thing and if your girlfriend's insecure, that's her problem, so whatever the problem is and because i never got that detail, my response was you: don't buy my uniform, i'm 29 years old, you're 22., i'm a mom of four. I work out every day i service you. Whenever you want one braid is out of place and i come and fix it for you and you want me to wear pants. You can [ __ ] off so hold on yeah. You said that too not till we're done, i just say [ __ ] off, but i said you got me: you got ta, be [ __ ] up your appointment's canceled on thursday uh. Excuse me, i'm like your appointment's cancelled. Well, can you not tell the team about this? Oh i'm telling the whole [ __ ] team about this, like what do you mean? Don'T tell the team. How dare you disrespect me, i'm gon na do it. I felt very disrespected. What do you think? What do you think the reason was? Was it? Was this girl over there before when you were doing it yeah? I met her once, but she was a sweet girl. We both do hair, so i i thought we were bonding, but you know it's not the first time the guys use their girl as a reason as to why they're doing something a lot of times it's them and they can't control themselves. Um, i'm not attracted to collar. I don't like he never like. My athletes are very respectful because i set the tone. I'M you're going to respect me, i'm not here to [ __ ] on your couch money. You have. I don't even watch football. I don't know youtube in my chair, so it's like i'm not here for that, and they know that and that's why we have the relationship that we have. I did call him petite one day and let me tell you why he's big. Now, though, i mean he's been working out recently yeah, but he's still my height. So when i said petite i didn't mean to offend him, but i was trying to pick up the barber chair to move it to get closer to where i need to put him. I'M strong i deadlift 205, so i picked up the chair on my own. He go. Oh. You can't pick up that chair and i go bro. We both. I saw you in the gym um. I saw some video. You just picked, you go. You go hard, i'm pretty hard like. I have four kids and i have a six pack. I mean five and a half is getting there. The little bottom part is a little harder for babies, but you know that's basically it i think he's a great guy. I think that this they're going to make this super bowl because arizona the super bowl is here. We have two this year. Uh and all the guys are useful, they're, amazing, i'm so excited we need to invest in airbnbs. So if kyler hits you back and he said yo, you know i need. I need swanny back, my braids haven't been, you know up to par with what swanny would do. Would you take him back? I would because i'm first of all, god can forgive me, i'm not perfect. We all make sins, we all [ __ ]. You know [ __ ] up sometimes, and if i can forgive uh, nobody i'ma, forgive him. I think kyler will get his contract if he sees you again and gets the braids um the way swanny. Does it because he's literally he's looking for a match. I agree i mean i'm just saying the first day. I did him. We got a lot of good attention and it was like oh kylie, with the braids and he was all confident in my you know. You saw the difference. Everybody was all excited for him, so i do. I wish him the best, but i don't like him at all. I love it. I love, i love the honesty, but you take it back as a client. You don't like. I would it's business, you know, but i know how to handle him now, and i know that if i do choose to get back in a relationship, i have to wear pants, so maybe just the winter december. To january. Outside of that, i can't do his hair wow yeah, so you're into fitness. Yes, do you eat very clean as well? I mean, if you have a hell, no hey whatever i want metabolisms is crazy. I poop every i do morning right, ask everybody. I do but fitness is something that's really important. It'S very important to me. Not only is it for me to stay telling. I have to have three boys and i have one daughter and my boys are getting bigger and i'm gon na kick your ass. If you think you can kick my ass and my oldest likes to race me, i just like to be fit if it feels good to wake up early and as a businesswoman. I want to be the first one uh. Well, i used to work about 5am, but then my life changed a little bit so now i'm up around six, my kids have school. I get up early, i like to work out before it works. So how important is it for you to be a mom of four? It'S been so welcoming, you've you've experienced life in a foster home and you've. Seen, unfortunately, you know my kids are my life like without them? I have nothing like. I was excited to be pregnant at 18.. I was the one in high school a one month: pregnant sticking, my belly out, so everybody knew that i was pregnant, looking dumb as hell now that i look back like girl grow up, but my kids are my life and they mean everything to me. You know i want four shops and more because i want them to take over and i bring them to work with me, so they can see that their mom works hard. You know you said earlier: um girls want. Girls is one of your favorite songs yeah. You are engaged right now. Yes, i am to a girl. Yes, a female diana. What is it diana diana? She want me to say kalavi, so you got to call her kalavi okay, so you obviously you had four kids um you were in. You were married. I was married for how long i was married to my ex for eight years and we were together for 11 years. This is obviously a male, obviously at kids yeah yeah. Definitely you know it's funny. I want not even funny. I want to share the story really quickly, uh, because a lot of my clients they're just one day a minute. I had a husband and four kids. Now i have a whole fiance she's, a girl and we're engaged within i've only been with you for nine months. Um, but i met her in a moment where my marriage was in shambles. Like you know, i praised this person. I prioritized this person. This person was lying to me. I tried to be the perfect wife, the best wife um to my ex. He used to be a cop for tempe, so i want to be that cop wife, with the businesses and the mother of four breastfeeding every last one of them. I had to buy new boobs because i breastfed all of them um, and so i felt like i'm being this great mom this great wife, because i want him to see me as perfect only to find out this [ __ ] wasn't even perfect. He had secrets and lies, so he left me vulnerable in june, when i learned about his infidelities and his lies and secrets. So i met dee in august and she walks in and i'm like. Okay, i guess i'm i'm gay, because i like this girl, crap see what you never were um sexually attracted to females. No, i definitely was. I always thought. Girls are beautiful, like we're all gay for girls, but i had a threesome like two summers ago, and that was my first experience. I did it for my ex because he never had one. I never had one all my siblings had when i have 12 siblings. You said this was with your ex-husband. Yes, so my ex-husband, that's, i had a threesome with him and a girl that was your first time ever experiencing anything with a girl. Yes, ever what was that experience at first, it was great we're in a tub. We have to make not i don't even drink. I just started drinking last year in the bathtub i even booked a room, your husband and then yeah. I made a date night, so i told the girl to come. I actually went through a few girls. I had to pick the one that matched me, because i don't want anybody with a fatter ass in me. Then he'll leave me for them, so i picked somebody who was similar to my body type in shape that way, but you were attracted yeah and that i could be uh like not feel overpowered overwhelmed. So i met the girl. I told her hey, you should come. I booked room at the omni resort in scottsdale period. Uh 300 for the night got a babysitter to watch my kids. I told my mom hey it's going down tonight. Everybody knew it wasn't a secret. All the girls in the shop knew your mom knew. Yes, she had one too i just wanted. I need everybody to tell me what the experience would be like they were more so scared like girl, you better be careful. You might lose your husband, but i'm like okay. Well, we've been [ __ ] for like 11 years, i'm getting it's boring now, so we need to spice it up and you were very faithful, very, very okay. In 2018, i talked to somebody but i've never like had sex with another person in 11 years. Never penis, never in my vagina um, so you've had one sexual partner besides your fiance right now in the past 10, 11 years. Besides the threesome - yes literally - and she didn't put nothing in me so technically, all i did was eat her vagina technically, but then she [ __ ] [, __ ] it. So after that experience, when she pooped on the bed, i just thought wait so which did she [ __ ], because she was getting anal penetration. Yes, she told us what toys to buy, because she was the expert mind you. I'Ve been [, __, ] the same person for 11 years, i'm not really sexually. So you went to fascinations and got the order. [ __ ] for five hours, yeah yeah everything back. We even had a back massage in between i even paused alexa, because the the the word was uh corona, because remember it's co. It was covet, so the safe words was corona cause, i'm the girl. This is my husband and you're: the [ __ ], that's [ __ ] on us, so i have to be comfortable because i'm the one it ain't like it's two [ __ ] right so she's doing something out of line yeah. So i said corona because he was in a vagina without me telling him to do that. I mean i'm on her face she's eating my vagina, but he eat her vagina. I look back like how the [ __ ] so y'all know what the [ __ ] y'all doing, because you're eating and she feel it, and i don't know that it's happening so i'll call corona, because i'm control, okay, i can be controlling. I want it to happen when i want it to happen. That'S that's my that's. How i get off right, okay, so anywho they didn't listen. So i called corona. We took a break, she said. Well, i'm gon na go no [ __ ] you're gon na sit down because i already paid for this time. Let me go talk to my husband in the bathroom. So i'll tell him i'm all drunk and until like you better get your [ __ ] [ __ ] together, you thirsty as [ __ ] right like follow the rules. Bro, are we gon na [, __, ] home to our kids right and i paid the babysitter too. We got ta hurry, the [ __ ] up right. So then we get out there he start over. Then we start off with a massage. It was edible strawberry. You know she's massaging you guys. No, he was massaging both of us and she was talking about how much our relationship is so amazing and uh. Okay, sure, let's get back to [ __ ]. So then i let him i end up letting him have sex with her, even though i said i wouldn't do it, but i did because you're just watching in a moment, yeah he's watching i'm telling her get your [ __ ], you know, might as well um. So then it was cool, but then after we walked into the car, come back to the room and he go. I got something to tell you i'm like what do you need to tell me he moves the pillow he's like yeah. She [ __ ] it and all i could think about is that she amber heard the bud bro. I ate her vagina one more time after that. So that's the problem. He didn't even look out for me. I was drunk, i didn't know so that was my was it i mean i'm not to like. It was whack, got you and let me tell you something that i don't want to say, but i'm saying when i was driving home the next morning, because i didn't wash my hands afterwards, because i was putting the toys in her butt. They looked like a little different color and it was the color of the [ __ ] on the bed. You got to love you because you're just honest and graphic, and so when i got home i love you. I look at them and i go bro. Don'T tell me this is [ __ ] on my fingers right. So when i saw her the next day she was gon na get her hair. Then i figured okay. I'M gon na bring her panty. She left in the bathroom and i was gon na say: hey shitty booty, but i didn't because i'm like okay, that's [, __ ] up. She probably doesn't even know that. I know i mean clearly you shoot it on the bed. The sheets are white, i'm pretty sure the hotel people thought i [ __ ] on the [ __ ] bed. So let's get back to the threesome, really quick, okay, besides the the the [ __ ], which you didn't know about. Until after, besides the [ __ ], how was that i loved how women kiss okay, it's so intimate? I just thought you just posted a kiss on instagram. It was one of the most i mean i watched it. It wasn't the most passionate. It is right. It really kissing is the best ever like. First of all, i release his talks and not everyone knows how to kiss that's just facts um, but the fact that i'm with somebody who knows how to kiss that's that's what really started for you was the kiss. Yes, it was just very, she knew how to kiss and the way girls touch each other. It'S like. We know how to touch each other because we're women, so i'm gon na touch you to. I plan on getting married, hopefully early january, so initially it was going to be october. I mean august, but be that that's my bro, this nigga's in australia just got engaged yeah. I have both of them, but bdot is a brother to me and we relate on a lot of levels. You know that's a great person he's somebody that you know has done a lot he's won. He was the winner against like big names, when kevin hart was like a lot of people, my kids knew, who beat out was that's how i knew okay, clearly you're somebody, because my babies are telling me hey mom. I mean regular ass car where's dog, he's a scooter period, dots in the dog, very humble uh, and we can relate in a lot of ways. He works hard that dude can do anything um and he's not. He puts like he's not afraid to share his light with other people. I met him the first time i met him. That'S why he's successful very and he's a great [, __ ] father period, and he can be a good husband, a great husband, so i'm excited for them shout out dottie perry and he can rap. He really can he could he dropped a freestyle on this show that was like insane yeah he's really good at what he does and i think that he's going to go so far. This is the beginning for him, so i'm excited to see where he ends up. So some of the other people that i want to shout out that know you um somebody that i have a lot of respect for obviously um, terence trillionaire, terence, that's my brother, arizona, baddies. Yeah he's really done a really good job. With that platform, i got to tell you about him, so when i first met terrence, i didn't know who ran that baddie's page. All i know is they posted tea parks when she got the blue passion twist, and that was her first time doing blue. That was your first time really tapping into arizona babies. Yes, when he posted her, i didn't i i saw the page, but i wasn't how long ago was this, because the braids are kind of new for teamwork. Yeah, it's new, like i followed yeah. It'S really really heavy literally, so the the blue passion tools was big for her. She doesn't do stuff like that, so she did the blue twist and arizona baddie's page reposted it but did not tag the hairstylist and you know swanny ain't playing yeah, i'm like what the hell so t parks wrote in there hey such a love by swanny kyrie Wrote in there swanny hennessy the barbie wrote swanny and i'm thinking [ __ ] her. They done tagged me now. You ain't, you still ain't fixed it. So there's the arizona trending show comes up and i'm like that's that [ __ ] right there. So i i followed the page and i was upset, and i said when i meet this person, i'm gon na tell them how i feel so. I walk up to him and i was trying to embarrass my fiance because she was a photographer as well and i saw him in the red jacket. I'M like you standing out. So i do my little carpet and i go around through the back and i go. Are you terrence? You run the arizona body page she's like oh yeah. Why what's up? Well you don't [ __ ] tag me in my work. That'S rude as hell like come on. I don't follow you. You hurt my feelings. I don't like that and ever since then he i know terence no, he was like whoa like oh now. I know you. Let me get a video. Most definitely he's he's taken a platform, you know with starting it from the ground up from the ground up and he needs the respect that he deserves. Like he works hard, and he really does this dude is probably a ghost, because how you go to all these places in one day right he's everywhere, i can't stand being out either like with a [ __ ], iphone right, i'm just saying that work. That'S that's! What yeah he's building i admire his hustle and his grind, and that's why anybody like that that my circle consists of people like that? Definitely so we got terence, you know kyrie. Obviously, who was somebody that i've had on the show a few times? Everybody loves her in arizona he's a good spirit, good person, you know big host super positive, very supportive, anything you post and you tag him he's going to hype you up very fast, i'm like damn three comments period. It makes me look like history yeah, yeah yeah, and i appreciate that because you need that encouragement from people, it means algorithm for sure yeah. He really does and even in a club, his environment, the way he does what he does. He deserves everything he's getting right. Now um you know so i appreciate him as a person as well and he's a brother to me too so and then taylor parker, that's my baby uh t parks. I met her in 2018 uh when i was starting my club in days. You know i've had kids. My first time going to the club was 2018. um, so i went in the club and i walk into international. This is when international was lit and i'm like um yeah. I got lockers for my purse. You know where the locker's at cause, i saw lockers in the corner by the bar first yeah t parks your first time ever meeting. First time meeting her, i'm like hey girl, you got a locker like you work here. Is that a locker she's like? Oh? No, those are not for you, those are for us, but i'll hold your purse for you. I didn't even know this girl right as pretty as she is. She could have been a [ __ ], like most of the pretty girls in scottsdale. Instead, she's, like i'll, hold your purse, she didn't know me, i didn't know her and that started our relationship. So every time i go to the club, i never paid because dee parks will walk outside in her nice cute outfit and come on swanny. I'M like i got like five people with me: come on bring him in. You know free shots like she really looked out for me and she made me feel like important, and i did her first extensions when she did uh when she was on while now she's still on there. You know on and off um, but when she went on there she wanted her hair done, and you know that's how she became a client. Something just happened to her instagram i mean how can they take down t parks, instagram, somebody's being a [ __ ], hater um, but she'll get it back like easily. You know she needs to get in touch with nick cannon and see if he agreed make a phone call real quick. I don't think he would mind like for her it'd be his loss. If he doesn't, you know what i mean, so i think everybody should just repost and reshare, but because she's still appearing she's such a good person i haven't met, not one person doesn't like tea parks, literally she's, not one i mean now. She is, she makes she has a business, take her ears, yeah taquerie, and she drove to san tan valley to deliver my son's cake last year. She drove there with the cake by herself. She made me a cake for my salon: grand opening, uh touch of love, salon, cake, pink, pretty um, very good friend, so i appreciate her tea parks and then obviously dot yes dot and then there's uh, jada jada is a was my client initially with doing her Hair then she became a friend through that you know. I want to say this right now, because this is important. I want to make sure i say it on the show with you jada these past six months. She'S did it, you know with her song. Did it and now she's here and still doing it? She is somebody. Now i've been talking about her a lot recently. I'Ve been watching jada for the past year, the past six months, though she's turned into now something um different great. She has the persona on stage. She has the presence, her music sounds really good, she's, a good person and she has the whole ambience and the drive and she's humble, i believe in her, i believe in her. I know she's gon na make it far. So that's why, when you believe in somebody you support them, you know and you make sure that they see the support, not when they're bigger than life, but right now when they're working their ass off, and then you see all these artists and influencers they're tapping with You um and we got the biggest names here, at least in arizona. You know yes, they're working with swanny, i mean we even had kyler perry with swansea and you released them. Yeah got switched over, you know and i feel like it's still for me. It'S no love loss. You know, i'm just i'm an open book, i'm sensitive, i'm a pisces, you don't be mean to me, be nice. You know talk to me with respect, i'm going to give it back, but i will match your energy. You don't disrespect me and think i'm going to just take it. You know, so you have three salons break down. Um right now. Tell me every single thing that you offer so, of course we offer hair services such as braids locks, extensions. You know if a guy got here, we gon na, give him hair. We offer eyebrow waxing. We offer brazilians of teeth, whitening tooth gems, massages facials. I have a girl who does tattoos [, __ ], damn everything i just made one of my rooms in my shop into a kid room. We might offer daycare services at this point. I'M there all day so drop your kid off and you can do a drop-in rate, and i mean that because there's a lot of moms who are single out there and they're struggling and if we're at the shop all day, the least i can do is watch A kid for a few hours um, but you kid got to listen cause i like to spank kids, you feel me, hey joke you, don't listen. They can't come. How important is it for you to stay, organized and manage the business? The way you do because we all know what you do as far as the hair is concerned, but you're a businesswoman and you have three salons. You have eight employees, so you have people underneath you that you have to make sure are taken care of, and then you also have you know the state of arizona that you have to take care of and all the business license and all the licensing that come With that taxes and the irs and all this [ __ ] um, i give you a lot of credit. How do you manage that um being a new fiance and then also having four kids and everything else that you're doing? I think i have about 20 arms um, i'm really good at just organizing my life, so i'll pre-plan my life for a whole year. If i have to i use my calendar, i use google calendar everything's written out my schedule. My kids right now we're on seven days on seven days off there with their dad for a week, they're with me for a week, so that works i get to have a week of no kids. I don't know if that's like i've been a mom for 10 years. I get to poop with nobody watching me. It'S amazing, just like you know, um, you know in a month yeah, i'm just saying it's normal. I just appreciate it so much. You know um but um, honestly, it's just it's just i'm so organized and i'm so uh consistent. I wake up in my my brain's, like okay girl, get your ass up. You got to go to tempe. I drive 45 minutes every day. That'S my commute. I live in san tan, i drive tempe for five years. I'Ve been doing that commute um, it's important for me to continue to be consistent because i have four kids and even when i had their father in my life, i was still the person that i am. I just i don't need a man to take care of me and i want to make sure that i can be content after that. So it's important for me to stay consistent and provide for my kids regardless because i'm their mom, that's just how i think they're.
