Well, honestly, just you know my honest opinion. I like to be honest and transparent with all of my clients, honestly, like short layers, are just gon na make you look really it's just not a look. It'S not a look. You don't have the face for it. I can go ahead and do like some long layers, and you said you wanted bangs, okay, no, it's just that! Your forehead is literally like two centimeters long, so i mean, if you're wanting to go for that emma roberts. Look, you know i can totally do that. That'S your problem, not mine, um, but yeah. Maybe you might want to do like some curtain, bangs yeah, where they just kind of like hang to um. You know the sides of your face. Just cuz, like i said you don't really have a forehead yeah um. Unless you just want to have curtains over your eyes because, like i said you don't have a forehead, i'm gon na go ahead and do the curtain bangs. Okay, good choice: good choice; okay, so i'm gon na start off by brushing your hair, because it's literally so tangled do you by any chance, wear conditioner, okay, what brand like? What kind! Because at this point your hair is just really damaged. I would really highly recommend you coming back not today, because we are going to close soon, but i really recommend you come back and do a treatment. Okay, ma'am, like there is hairs literally falling everywhere. This is going to be an extra charge. Yes, all right turn around turn around yeah, so just a tip. Next time you come to a salon. Even if it's not this one, please make sure that you wash your hair, conditioner and brush your hair. Yes, because you're literally shedding my dog right now. This is just how i work them. If you don't like it, you can get up and leave yeah, and it's not my fault that your hair is super tender. That'S not my problem. Okay, i'm gon na definitely have to charge you for that brush. Yes, because it's pretty much full of hairs, the bristles are probably broken. You know, so don't worry. I will charge it to you at checkout, so i am gon na know i'll, be right back so, okay, that should be good. So since you came in really late um, i had already put up all of my tools and stuff, so i'm just gon na be using these scissors, which work perfectly fine trust me. I'Ve been doing hair for 12 years. I know what i'm talking about all right. So i'm just going to go ahead and start okay, just stay still. Ma'Am stay still. Thank you. Okay, okay, okay ma'am! I have never had a client that moves this much yeah. I actually have a five-year-old daughter and she does not even move this much. I'M not trying to be rude. Ma'Am, i'm not trying to be rude. It'S just. Can you literally sit still for just a second yeah, so i'm just gon na kind of section, your hair, because it's all over the place and we're gon na start by trimming this side? First? Okay, now perfect! Hmm, yes, ma'am! We do do color services here as well. Yeah, were you looking to fix this orange hair? Okay, i was honestly hoping you were gon na say that yeah no offense, but is this your natural hair color by the way? It'S not okay, ma'am. What were you thinking? Yeah, oh okay, yeah i mean i can see like what you were trying to go for. You were trying to do platinum and it just turned yellow okay yeah. So you probably need to do some toning. No well, we do do hair services here, but i am pretty bugged, i'm pretty booked until what month are we in august yeah, i'm booked until december, but sandra does a really good job. I mean she's new here. I don't really talk to her too much. She, as you can tell it's, really irresponsible and calls in doesn't let her clients know. I mean yeah. Of course the manager tells us you know. If someone calls in, we have to call the clients back, but in my opinion, like that, that's just not right. It'S not our job, you know it's not our job, it's her job, so yum yeah, she's new. Here i mean she's, okay, like if you want her a hit or miss totally book with her she's, always available um. Now, if you want exactly what you want, i would say book with me, but again i'm not available for like the next six months or so yeah. Okay! Well, i'm all done with your trim lab now, let's go ahead and get these bangs out of the way. Okay, let me see okay, just close your eyes. Please thank you yeah, so i would probably have to bleach your hair again. We probably have to bleach her hair. Add a toner to it, because you know your hair is orange. Yellow kind of looks like grandma vines, minus the gray, hair, um and yeah, and i can maybe add some you know definition to it. Maybe some highlights maybe do something like what i have going on, maybe add some darkness in the roots. You know that's, you know, it just gives your hair a little bit more character. Um. If i were you, i would just um look for something else. Yeah maybe go to great clips. Have you ever gon na click, quick clips? Yeah i mean we don't get very good feedback from people that go there, but it just i don't know it just seems like a spot that fits you, you know, i'm sure they take same-day appointments, yeah, i'm pretty sure they do. So, if you're looking for something quick like something tomorrow, which, if i were you quite frankly, i would just give you these bangs, okay, perfect, perfect, okay, sweetie, so we went ahead and gave you some long layers. You know you still have um length to your hair. We did trim off just a little bit, so your hair does not look disgusting anymore, no offense, and we did give you those curtain bangs. So was there anything else you needed today you wanted styled, i'm sorry, but unfortunately we're just out of time at the moment. So yeah we're just not gon na be able to do that. If you want, i can do like a leave-in conditioner for you, yeah. Okay, we can do that. Really quick yeah! I'M just gon na. Add this right here, yeah. What kind of um shampoo do you use? Yeah? I just i don't think it's doing you any favors. I would recommend. Have you heard of the brand olaplex yeah? I would highly recommend that for you, because your hair is really damaged, it feels very thin, very brittle. Very disgusting, so i would recommend you going with lulaplex it's about forty dollars a bottle, but - and it only lasts you about two weeks, but it is most definitely worth it: okay, yeah and then maybe you can book like a conditioning treatment or a few seems like You would need quite a few um and then yeah definitely highly recommend you go and get this hair fixed now go, get it fixed up. You definitely need it to be toned because you are just not looking your best. You do look a little bit better now that we, you know, gave you your trim, but yeah. Of course, you're welcome. Now, of course, all right! Well, we are all done. You definitely look a lot better than what you did when you walked in yeah, okay. Sazzle: This one hit a little too close to home for me. This is literally the hairdresser I went to last. No matter when you come in, they are always bothered, lots of critique and difficult faces (for a literal touchup on a pre existing frame). She botched the entire thing so badly that the manager urged me (without me even complaining about the cut, I wear my hair up anyway) come back the next day, early morning on her day off, an hour before I had to go to a wedding to fix everything. The girl got written up. I hate hair salons, there's a 50/50 chance you encounter this literal character and you have to pay het 140 dollars for a mefiocre cut.
