Hello sweet friends,I'd love you're opion on my hair to keep the style I've had for a long time or try to get a little length on it so I can style various ways maybe.It's going to be hard to judge because you really haven't seen me in longer hair.Just recommend a style you think might go with this face! Good morning, sweet friends, it's Lee with beauty over 70 with Lee and if you're new I'm Lee and welcome to my channel uh, sweet friends um my subscribers, I really need your help. I want your advice on something. As the title of the thumbnail says, I need your opinion and I'm asking you because I value your opinion. You see me on the other end and I'm ready for a change with this hair. It'S this hair that I'm talking about, and yes, I still have. Let me say first of all, I still have on um some blingy colors today, because I have been filming some for New Year's. I filmed Christmas, a little short Christmas and the New Year's - and I had my makeup done and I had my red lipstick on. So I thought: okay, I'm going to grab a black jacket and my little red camisole and put on a little bit more bling and do this little opinion video keep it short. So I'm going to get to the point. So that's why I'm dressed the way I'm dressed. I try to do a couple of videos when I get you know ready to do that so um and it knocks it out and makes it really really easy YouTube. Youtubers that have channels know what I'm talking about. Uh tree's still spinning, I'm filming this before Christmas, as you well know, but anyway, getting back to the thumbnail title. I need your opinion on this hair uh. I have kind of decided kind of leaning toward if you will to kind of let it grow a little bit. I don't know if I'm going to be able to make it 50 percent more or less a hundred percent to let this hair grow a little bit, because I have had this hairstyle since the 80s. I wore this hairstyle for a long long time. I do not have at 74 years old, you know, I don't have the the face shape. I used to have everything used to be up here. The cheekbones used to be up here and now they're down here, uh. I didn't have used to have all this. I used to have a gazelle neck and um because they'll run away. I don't know where it went, but it's definitely not here the double chin. I you know, as we age we change, I mean we don't stay, we age, it's a fact of life, so I could sit here and say the pros and cons you're doing it too you're aging, as we speak. So am I, but I need your opinion. I know you can't uh, you didn't see me with I'm not saying long hair, but just a little bit of length is what I'm working toward is what I would like to work toward a little bit of length and a little bit of volume to where I Can put it up and have some little wispies hanging and um kind of put it up in the back and still having kind of an updo most of the time, uh be able to um to just kind of kind of Let It Go like everybody else. Kind of natural you know just kind of messy and natural um. My hair is all gray at my age and my hairdresser does put color on it and highlights it with it being so short, it's getting more and more difficult to get the foils in it. I know that's very hard to do to get the falls in there when your hair is so pixie short like mine and um. It seems like when I first get it done. It'S okay, for I guess, maybe three weeks and then it starts getting one color but um. I need your opinion. I need your opinion. Just leave me a comment, please, whether you think I should just keep doing what I'm doing or continue to maybe um, I'm due for a haircut in about two weeks, and so I'm gon na see how that goes. Whether I just say I'd like to just kind of Let It Grow or um or get it cut, um and I'm very I'm 90 99 sure that I'm going to just kind of Let It Grow for a little while and if I don't like it. If it gets to the stage that it's totally driving me crazy, I can always get it cut right. The scissors the scissors has not went out of obsolete as far as I know so matter of fact, I've got a pair right in there um that um. You know I'm just going to try it, so I need your opinion. What you think, if I should maybe a hairstyle that would work good on this face. Um, I don't know. I just need your opinion, my friends and that's what the video is about today is um. I know I'm a grown woman, 74 years old to make my own decision, but I just want some opinion from my my friends, my girlfriends. That would be you. That would be you guys come on come on help me out. Let me know if um what you think if I should keep it the way it is continue the way it is and um keep fighting it or kind of let it grow a little bit and put it up and just kind of put a clip back there Or a headband or something like most people do and just just go with it the way it is because if I told you the price, if I told you the price of what it cost me every six seven weeks to get this done, you'd say Let It Grow, Let It Grow and I don't know um, I don't know. I just need your opinion so come on, come on. Give me some feedback, please and um. If there is a a certain Style, please just let me know, but anyway, I'm not going to keep rattling about it. That'S what the video is about today is my your. I need your opinion, my friends on this hair, whether to keep going the way it is or kind of let it grow a little bit and see. If I can, I can muster it up. My hair has a natural wave to it. It gets kind of frizzy. The points my sideburns and my points don't go just straight down. I have to put them down and when they get a little bit length on them, they get fuzzy. They get frizzy. So my hair is very thick. I don't have a problem with hair. Believe me, I have hair, I have had my hairdresser texturized it thin it everything I have a head of hair um. I take Hair Skin and Nails a lot of Biotin for hair. So maybe that's one of the things I don't know, but anyway, friends. I need your help. Leave me a comment. Please one way or the other be nice, keep it nice whatever you do. Sunny8915: Lea, We are the same age and have the same shape face. You are extra pretty now of course; however I’m going to give you my honest opinion. Going with the advice my daughter and friend gave me has been so much fun and I’m thrilled I let mine grow into a more loose updated look! Since the carefree messy look is trendy now I get many comments that I look younger and fresher. My new hairdresser suggested I replace some of my natural red with both warm brown lowlights and blonde highlights to cover the grey. She said it would cost less and be less upkeep. Lea, it has been less costly and I can go longer between visits. It’s been so much fun. You don’t have to do much but let it air dry and scrunch some messy waves on the ends. What a relief for it to be less costly overall . I’m told it looks much younger and like I’m not trying too hard by my 54 yr old daughter. Whatever u do you will still be lovely but I hope u let it grow. I’m not going grey because those of us with red in our hair don’t typically look good grey. Good for those with the nice skin color who can go grey but not me. Good luck my dear. Let it grow and enjoy the process. It took a new young hairdresser to see me as a woman not an “old woman” but I appreciate her fresh approach. Best of luck whatever you do. Your face is pretty enough to handle a longer style so have fun.
Kathy at Home: You look so pretty in this video, Lea! It’s hard to let your hair grow out. I had a pixie and it took me a good year to get it to the length it is now-which is still pretty short. I do, however, enjoy having more movement with some added length
vicki griffin: I tried letting my hair grow out last winter. Ended up cutting it this last summer. Change can be fun.. Go for it !!!!
Lin D: Lea, quite honestly, I absolutely love this classic style you've been rocking since I started watching a couple of months ago. Because it is truly a classic cut you could easily keep it; however, it is obvious that you are getting that itch for a change. It may be awkard & frustrating at first - but if you have the time to work with it growing out, then by all means do so. You know we love you and will follow you in that journey. judy morgan: I tried to let my hair get a little longer i found that it dragged my face more downward every one at work agreed, so i cut it again everyone loved it. what i was told if it sweeps upward it draws things up downward draws things down, I think you should try if you don't care for it you can always change it
Diana: I think you should absolutely try growing it out. Primarily because you have such a beautiful head of hair and what woman doesn't want to try something new, fun and different. Life is short...have fun! You have the face shape to honestly pull off any length of hair or style. I would be thrilled to see you grow it out and try something new. You can always cut it short again.

Maxie Nova Scotia: 1) Since you are lucky enough to have ample hair, 2) Since you do have a conducive face shape, 3) Since you are able to apply your makeup skillfully...I say you will probably have good success with more than one hair style. So go for it! We are curious. BTW, I am sure it is pricey to maintain that hair, but I never consider that when I watch you ... just that it looks great--so you did get value for your money
Carolyn Thompson: Let it grow to a short layered bob. I am 71 with a small amount of gray in the temples but will always color and highlight my hair as long as I can make it to the beauty shop. You can always cut it if you don’t like it but I think you just might like it

Cindy Pass: You always look beautiful, Lea. I think if you had more of a pixie perhaps. I have mine that way and can do many things to it. I have the top texturized so I can piece it with styling product, sorta spikey but more piecey. I have the neck cut into a whispy look . Don't want mine cut straight across on the back of my neck. I also have bangs that I tease a little. I like volume too. I did have highlights and lowlights. Now I have it colored brown and love it. That was my change, lol. Anyway you decide I know it will be beautiful. Have a great weekend.

Mindy De Britos: I Think you look great with short hair. But if it is getting to pricey maybe you can keep it short and let the white hair grow out. You can also put a wig on and see how you feel about it. MEANING try a white short wig and see how you like it...............i keep mine short but I only use one tone of blonde and that is it.............blessings...............MINDY
